Honestly the best seiko colour scheme I've seen! I'm getting my first seiko In 2 weeks (slow delivery Cause they're out of stock) I'm getting the SNZ15K1 the one with the Pepsi besil.
It's amazing that Seiko still hasn't fixed their bezel alignment issues with their new production watches. If any other company had such a fault rate they'd be crucified.
I absolutely love what Seiko does on their dials - even on their more entry level pieces! Funny enough the best dials are mostly JDM models which is kind of sad for the majority of all American and European Seiko lovers. Not that you can't buy them from some respectable dealers but you first need to find these beauties at all! Thanks for showing & keep up the great work Bruce!

Man, that thing is frickin huge next to the alpinist. I wish they'd actually made the baby turtle in a smaller size-bracket. Both model lines are still in the "large diver" bracket, and neither fit smaller wrists particularly well, like mine :(
AMAZING dial!! Do Seiko do a sub 40mm diver with a blue sunburst dial or similar blue/black blend sunburst like this one? My dream dive watch would be the case of the SLA017 with this dial on a Milanese bracelet - more of a ‘desk diver’ I guess!

The 6 o'clock edice is not centered on the white marker, it should have been about 0,5 mm to the left 00:9. Schould I take the chance on buying this online from another continent? Cheers.

This is the most beautiful Turtle. Period. After seeing this review, I searched and found a used SRPC25 in great condition for a great price. It is now on my wrist on a jubilee and it is really stunning, easily my favourite watch.
I currently have a steel dive captain Willard just to see if I like the turtle style without going full seiko. It’s been about a year with daily wearing the watch and it’s still going with no scratches. Now that my birthday is coming up I’m thinking of getting the batman or the Pepsi versions I just can’t decide rn I like them both but don’t want to spend the money for both

I too have a 773 and I am sorely tempted to replace it with this Dark Knight variant. It really is beautiful. Hard to tell, but is that 6 o'clock index offset slightly to the right? If so, I have that same issue with my 773. It's not as bad as having the entire chapter ring rotated slightly (unfortunately my SKX007 is this way), but still Seiko -- dudes -- you've got to get this issue resolved!

Hello. Are thera any modifications available at the market (Bezzel and ceramic inserts) for this model. I have found a lot of modifications on the internet, but not for this exact model SRPC25.
Bruce I know you love the turtles as do I. I feel you may be selling yourself short by not utilizing the strap code bracelet options. Such as the super Jubilee . They even have PVD coated turtle bracelets for the ninjas
I've tried the superjubilee and the endmill. Ended up coming back to the stock bracelet as I really don't mind it. If strapcode altered the endlinks to not protrude so much I might take another look
kinda confused: misalignment bezel, inaccurate time keeping, but its amazing and sought after? have cheap watches that cant keep time....not hundreds of dollars

Save the Ocean. By far. Money is donated to Oceanic research run by descendants of Jaques Cousteau. It gives the watch a backstory and is a great conversation piece. I will imagine it will increase in value. The bezel and crown are colored and the dial is texturized. It says "Special Edition" on the back. I changed the strap for an Uncle Seiko Razor Wire. The watch wears incredible and has 0 issues. The strap it came with can be sold for $30 easily.
The Batman does have that ”WOW” factor. Also, your camera work is incredible!👍

Long Island Watch now sells these, although they're sold out at the moment. I've had a positive experience with them.
