In the video you can clearly see that the masterlink is binding severely. You put the side plate on too far. You need to measure the spacing with calipers and compare to the other links. There is also a spec. for the flare of the rivets.

No offense but you can CLEARLY see he is applying loctite haha.
I did my sprocket nuts to 80nm and stripped them all. Dont know why they need to be so tight. Got a new sprocket carrier on its way now which will be going no more than 65nm
Lol nothing is worse than putting load on a torque wrench and feeling it get loose
