hey bro just wanted to say thanks for making these how to videos. I just installed the frame sliders on my 2015 gsxr750 and you made it a piece of cake. thanks dude! :)
Oh man dude thanks for checking out my channel! I had been checking yours out for awhile and your wheelie videos have been helping me! Nice bike man, take care of her. Love me some Suzuki.
Helped a lot with Hotbodies no cut sliders. Installed them on my 2019 GSX-R750. They're basically an identical product, from what I can tell. Thanks for the torque amounts and attention to detail. Helped a lot.
just did up my 750 with the shogun framesliders. step by step right with you. also put in a new windscreen and levers. Couldn't have done it without ya. thanks brotha. exhaust is next.
Tony Maz Right on brother I'm glad it went smoothly! I want to get some windscreen and lever action on my bike soon. Deff the exhaust though cause stock sucks!
Absolutely fantastic vid... I have a 2016 750 and this is basically the identical kit... could not have done this without you brother! The time and attention to detail is perfect, you gained a new subscriber, thank you, sir! 5 stars!
This was a very precise video with all the tricks for young players. Thank you, Rudy. You gave me the confidence to do this myself just this morning. The only unpleasant part is the removal of the fairings, with those very reluctant tabs along the top edge that make you think you are going to bust the plastic. Next I'll be moving on to the Gixxerboys fender eliminator job. Thanks for a really great video.
Hey man just wanna say thanks! I just got a 2014 gsxr 600 and was able to get my frame sliders installed easily thanks to your video so again thank you for that and I hope to see some new content soon!
I laughed hard when I read this comment about your moms concern and I just pictured it happening and you being like "it's cool mom it's just a motorcycle video" all cool. Thanks bro, I appreciate it!
Hey man, thanks for the tutorials. I'm always nervous about doing stuff to my bike, but this gives me confidence. I also need to buy a gsxr before I try to do these things LOL
GREAT VIDEO!! I love that your super attention-to-detail. You definitely care about your bike. Keep making more videos. Im ordering these today because of your video. Thanks
Awesome Video!! Just picked up my 2015 GSXR 600. These videos helped me out slot already. Thanks to you, I feel completely comfortable installing my new frame sliders. Thanks for that! Also, what service manual are you using and where did you pick it up? Any chance you can send it to me?
Batman_707 Congrads on the new gixxer and thanks for watching! The service manual I bought directly from Suzuki's website. Its the 2011-2015 gsxr 600/750 service manual. It was about $90 dollars I believe, which sucked because usually for older gsxr's you can find a pdf manual online for free. I only have it in the book form they gave me so I cant send it to you but if you need torque specs for anything or the steps on something I can see what I can do about passing the info your way.
Other then not having to cut the fairings are there any benefits to using the not cut as opposed to the cut? What i mean is does either of them have better protection over the other? or they about the same?
Absolutely gorgeous bike! I love the color scheme. I am still considering a 2015 GSXR600, as dealers are offering hefty discounts to clear inventory. Besides, Suzuki screwed up the 2016s with that awful red fairing :/
+fl0sserelli I would definitely try to score a deal on the 2015 stock while its there. I dont really care for the red fairing piece either. Its sad that its the only change really to the 2016 model.
Not needed for this video...but, I'm just wondering, how easy do the Ram Air covers come off...mine are scratched and I'm due to replace the RHS panel. Thank you
hey! i guess its too late for me to watch this videos now. i stripped the bolt hole thread on one side. Is it the end of my bike like you said or is there a way to actually fix it? thanks
Really enjoy your videos, there a lot of help. I have a 2014 Gixxer 600 and was wondering if the torque spec is the same on a 2014 as its is for a 2015? also i am installing Vortex No Cut sliders.
Preston McGrath Glad my videos have been helping you. Yes, the torque specs in this video are the same for the years 2011-2015 gsxr 600 and 750. Nice buy, Vortex makes some great stuff. I may be buying their sprocket kit and rearsets.
Hey bro I really love your videos and you make everything supper easy for everyone after watching this video I decided to do my frame sliders by my self but I can't find the exact kit for my 2014 GSXR 1000 so you think if I buy for gsxr 600 shogun kit would it fit gsxr 1000 and if not can you tell me what's my best option would in "no cut"?
+sameer khan , Sorry for the late response. I dont think the 600 kit would work with a 1000. The bikes are somewhat different. As far as no cut for a 1000 I saw this www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/shogun-frame-sliders-suzuki-gsxr1000-2012-2015#fitment_tab
I just install same not cut kit today but I accidentally broke one of the clips on my right side fairing. I used JB weld for plastic, hopefully it will stick. FML :(
That really sucks, hopefully it holds up, I've used JB weld on lots of shit and its not too bad. The bike fairings are a pain in the ass to snap off correctly though.
I guess the JB weld held on good but now where the clip broke off, it has a tiny gap showing. It won't clip on as before but held on good. By the way, do you plan to install exhaust on your gixxer?
For the bar ends where you talked about the gap or space that's required, is that gap sealed off or open? I'm asking because I was wondering if rain can get in there. I'm literally doing the same thing as you man. Just bought the 15 750 and installed type 2 gixxerboys rear plate and pitbull spools. Now I'm looking around for bar ends, sliders, and possibly case savers from woodcraft. Still up in the air about sliders...I don;t want to cut the fairing and people seem to be so so when it comes to no cut frame sliders. Also want to change the headlight since our stock lights aren't to great. How much did that kit cost you?
If I remember correctly, the complete kit was about $150 on revzilla. It made sense to me for the price and the fact it included all the basics a new bike needs in my opinion. I know people say that the cut type sliders are better but I'd say the no cut will do the job just as well. A lot of research goes into their design and shogun had been around forever. Plus the fairings are to nice to attempt to cut in my opinion. As far as your question on the bar ends, if you get the shogun bar ends you basically just push them in all the way. They will automatically leave the little gap you need since they won't go in further. As far as rain wouldn't say it's water proof but I can't imagine rain getting in due to the rubber expander inside that holds the bar end in. It's like a plug and should keep water out. I hope that answers your question. 750 is the way to go, I should of got that but the 600 is still awesome.
Yeah I hear ya man and I don;t want you to think I'm trying to knock no cut frame sliders. That;s what I'm looking around for right now and it's basically down to shogun or motovation. Also looking into the woodcraft covers but for now, I just want some assurance when I leave it in a parking lot in case it gets knocked over. Hey thanks a lot man. Honestly the 750 is nice but the 600 is nice too. I love the new look of the 15s and it's great to see others who feel the same. IMO your 600 has more usable power in the corners and technical stuff. I'm pretty sure we both have the same frame so weight wise there isn't much of a difference. You really can't go wrong with either. That's one of the things I love about gixxers, the midrange power is beast compared to other 600s...it just wants to pull, even around 5.5k RPM. Anywho cheers man and keep up the great work. If I buy any different parts than you I'll post a vid so you can see what it would look like.
Hi. I just purchased this same kit from Revzilla. However I won't be receiving the item till after one month since I'm here in the Philippines. 2015 Gixer 750. How are the bar ends and any feedback? Still thinking if I want to install these too or not. Thanks
Jay Lopez The bar ends are ok, they do not reduce bar vibration much really. They are good for a crash cause they are plastic and will slide in a fall but if you want to reduce vibration its best to buy some good metal weighted bar ends. I'll also be changing the grips on my bike soon.
Just as I thought about vibration reduction. Do you have any preferred brand for a good set of weighted bar ends. Thanks a lot much for sharing your GSXR videos. I found these to be helpful.
Jay Lopez I know that Driven and Woodcraft make some but I dont like the look of them very much. I have to research that more after I put on after market 2 ply grips. I will say though, stay away from amazon weighted bar ends or ebay. I've bought some of those for my old gsxr and those shits fell out while I was riding.
Dude, any chance you could get me the torque settings for the real wheel nut and sprocket nuts? Can't get a manual anywhere here in the UK. Thanks bro.
HEy tales what would your recommend for a cbr300 i have looked and looked and i am not sure if i am gonna need to cut or no :( help meeeeeeeeee thank you
Great vid man. Just picked up a 2015 gixxer 600 in white and grey and I love it! I also picked up the shogun full frame no cut kit and will be installing them myself thanks to this vid. Also picked up a zero double bubble dark smoke :) Keep up the good work man! Gonna be posting more videos on my bike as well as I add mods. #gixxerbros ruclips.net/video/jlhEDpwCc8A/видео.html
I just fitted an Akro titanium full racing system to my 750. You need an ECU remap (this is the most thorough & accurate method) or a power commander with a custom map. If you don't, it will run like crap. I gained 10hp at the wheel (now running 130hp) across the whole range.
5 years later and still helping us
Thanks ✌🏼
I know it is about 8 years but helped me install the kit in mt bike....
Thank you
hey bro just wanted to say thanks for making these how to videos. I just installed the frame sliders on my 2015 gsxr750 and you made it a piece of cake. thanks dude! :)
Oh man dude thanks for checking out my channel! I had been checking yours out for awhile and your wheelie videos have been helping me! Nice bike man, take care of her. Love me some Suzuki.
that's awesome bro, I can't wait to wheelie her once she's broke in. Absolutely loving this bike so far! Thanks again dude, ride safe!
Hey man you posted this nearly 4 years ago but I just want to say thank you
The tips were so helpful, it totally saved me with installing them
Helped a lot with Hotbodies no cut sliders. Installed them on my 2019 GSX-R750. They're basically an identical product, from what I can tell. Thanks for the torque amounts and attention to detail. Helped a lot.

This was a very precise video with all the tricks for young players. Thank you, Rudy. You gave me the confidence to do this myself just this morning. THIS IS ALMOST WHAT I JUST ASKED FOR!!!!
Hey man just wanna say thanks! I just got a 2014 gsxr 600 and was able to get my frame sliders installed easily thanks to your video so again thank you for that and I hope to see some new content soon!
Great vid, My mom ran in here concerned about all the cussing going on. LOL, told her it's a motorcycle vid. She's ok now.
Thanks bro just got a 2019 gsxr 750, and this was a life saver, Keep it going please and thanks
Great video , everything well explained. Helped me set up my sliders in no time
I'm getting my sliders for my 2016 gsxr600,and couldn't find any instruction for the 2016 model but from ur video it looks just like my bike
+BleedGreenNation From what I can tell the 2016 is the same as the 2015 so the instructions should work the same.
This is the best video so far! thank you.
Great video. I'm getting a new bike this weekend. A new 2013 gixxer 600 and I'll be putting these on it ASAP
Right on man!!!! Fucking love gixxers! Enjoy it, I deff recommend the shogun kit! A must for any bike. Ride safe.
GREAT VIDEO!! I love that your super attention-to-detail. You definitely care about your bike. Keep making more videos. Im ordering these today because of your video. Thanks
Hey men, heads up. If you use an extension on your torque wrench your actually torquing more because of the extension.
Yeah i had read up on that, depends on what the extension is made of and the size. I could be wrong but every thing has been good thus far.
Great video! I'm a noob with this stuff and it was perfect. Appreciate it buddy.
old video but still useful, thanks bro
Awesome Video!! Just picked up my 2015 GSXR 600. These videos helped me out slot already. Thanks to you, I feel completely comfortable installing my new frame sliders. Thanks for that!

Appreciate the vid...got my frame sliders today with no instructions smh....
+Freddie Foxx No problem, that sucks that it came with no instructions but hopefully the video helps.
+Freddie Foxx Yeah got mine the other day with no instructions either, smh
Tales From The Gixx it helped alot man, thanks again
777Edub I don't understand why they do that...like we're suppose to automatically know how to assemble n install em....Gixx saved my ass 4real lol
Excellent videos, man!
My mom never said anything other than "Shut up or I'll give you something to cry about!!!" Or "Shut up I didn't hit you THAT hard."
Not needed for this video...but, I'm just wondering, how easy do the Ram Air covers come off...mine are scratched and I'm due to replace the RHS panel. Thank you
Great Video Bruh!
Thanks man

No mention of the pinch bolt on the right side engine mount.
Seems to me the pinch bolt should be loosened before removing the engine mount bolt.
" i like to start off first with hand"😂😂😂
Where in Texas are you?
Thx
So.. this shit turned out harder than It looked
Anton Ho I’m a jet engine mechanic. Always does bro
Ryan Dixon that’s a dope ass job
