No doubt, KEV is a great instructor.
Another great informative vlog from the boys at Mantra, Hope everyone is well - Stevie Schumacher ;)
Excellent advice especially checking the trailer brake, worst case scenario is a previous driver dropping the trailer without engaging the trailer brake and leaving the shunt button in…I’ve driven articulated vehicles for 32 years and have known of 3 fatalities because of this practice.
Thanks mate. I appreciate that.
Thanks you my friend.
Before to pul forward suspension down

To see if the legs are okey or damaged
Sensor for air in the trailer,to know if is leak or not
Lift the trailer then try to pul forward
2 pins 📌 in trailer legs for more security
You forgot to put your seatbelt on? 😂
I learned the hard way to always check the 5th wheel is higher than the king pin. Went straight under it and passed it lol, luckily only busted up the lights on the unit. Lesson learned
Great video thank you
Seatbelt is not a requirement for the test
Seatbelt is not a requirement for the test, however, well spotted and we do advise the learners to wear a seatbelt
He not put aur suspension down
Mising triangles 🔺️ on back trailer tyres
That’s part of the test mate.
These are not a requirement for the test
OR do what one of our drivers did, parked in a bay, pulled his pin, drove away, snapped airlines, trailer on its knees, at least £8,000 repair bill. Oops!
Sounds like an expensive mistake.
Thanks for watching pal
