Hopefully "Fifi" doesn't go bananas with the Corsair in tow... 😁 - Lovely, just lovely... i like this theme very much. I'm also currently building palm trees myself, partly to finally finish the Jurassic Park diorama and partly to stock up for another planned project about WWII in North Africa. However, I still have two Corsairs just gathering dust, I was thinking about Pappy Boyington but I don't have the right figures in 1/72 at the moment.
Wonderful diorama. One thing I noticed if I may; the base of the trees need a little ground work built up to them to tie them into the base a little bit.
Agreed. They look a little "plonked on" right now.
Excellent result! I have a couple of comments, if I may. The first is a certain tonal monotony of the sand on the beach (I would make variations in tone) and the color of the edges of the base on the side opposite the beach changed to a darker one.
