2019 WISE Awards Winner: Programa Criança Feliz

Brazil launched Criança Feliz (Happy Child) Program (CFP) in October 2016. It is one of the largest ECD home visiting programs in the world. The intent is to reach all of the country’s most vulnerable pregnant women and young children.
