I wish I had paid attention that there was a discount code. Hi Natasha. I just want to say that I love your videos so much and as someone who’s wanted to start a channel for years, you have helped inspire me and give me the push to pursue this goal 🥰
Thank you for sharing your collection! I hate how we as creators have to do those little disclaimers these days - and yet people will still just yap in the comments about it. I love your collection. I collect them too - not as much as I collect Tarot Cards but Water Colors are a close second. I love color! Such a fun video and your collection is so well organized.
Thank you! I just knew that if I didn't do a disclaimer that there would be comments about how I don't need that many watercolours, how I'm not a "real artist", how irresponsible I am etc. 😂
@@NatashaNewtonArt You are not alone. My channel is mostly about tarot, and I have been a long time and avid collector - the amount of nasty comments I get is unreal.
I really loved this video, excellent sound and cinematography 🙌 The palettes are gorgeous too! Such mouthwatering colours! 😋🎨 The Deep Deep Light might be my favourite, because it contains the Natasha’s Grey and Starry Night colours that they created for you. The Peg & Awl case is a thing of beauty too, I love the chunkiness of the leather, it looks such good quality. On a personal note, I’m very glad that I put the extra effort in on sanding and staining the floor in your studio, as it makes an excellent background for your videos! 😁😘 xxx
I'm forever thankful to you for making this floor such an aesthetic backdrop! 😂 I'm so glad that you enjoyed the video. I feel like voiceovers are the way to go even if they sometimes take a ridiculously long time to record! 😘 xxx
Officially jealous Natasha. I have lots of palettes...I am a colour junkie and they give me huge pleasure. I am off to look at Deep Deep Light..Time for a new palette!

Ooo it's like christmas looking at these Natasha. I want to recreate them all 😅. I think I like your main palette best. I am using my watercolours much more now that I have separated them into a cool palette and a warm palette although I tend to have both open on my desk when I'm painting. Thank you for sharing xx
Hi Natasha, lovely video. Oh my goodness so many lovely colour’s. I have a few handmade watercolours that I have been purchasing, I have a few Essee palette’s which I love so much I am so into warm/dark colours I prefer them so much more than bright colours this has changed since I saw the colours you use. I have the Senopia palette from A Gallo and I absolutely love them. I seem to be using the handmade paints more than the usual brands at the moment. I am definitely going to get some Deep deep light watercolours as soon as I am able too, they look amazing. I love the stickers you have on your palettes, the birds are just so lovely. Hope you are keeping well. Lots of love xxx🥰
Thanks Louise! The Sinopia palette looks lovely (I just looked it up!). There's something special about handmade colours for sure. They often have an interesting texture, and the colours are quite unique! xxx
OMG, now I found someone else who does this! Maybe I feel a little less embarrassed. My grandfather was a Master Dyer for a textile company. I blamed him for my obsession with colours! I absolutely love the colours you have chosen. I have a lot of 'moody muted' colours also, but I like the Cyart metallic paints aswell. Thanks.
I too collect watercolor paint pallets. Always looking for a new one to add to my collection. There’s always room for another new set…or two. 🎨 😊🤭❤ I absolutely LOVE your collection.
Such enjoyable video! I could watch it more and more! I also would love to see your entire watercolour paint tube collection and your traditional/ acryla gouache collection. :) A lot of them are beautiful!
So glad that you enjoyed it, Kriksis! Maybe I should film the tube collection too (although many of the tubes are now in the palettes too!). The gouache video is a great idea. :)
As a very beginner, I do love all of your collection 😍❤ Thank you so much for sharing. You inspired me to have some “special palettes” for “special missions”. 😁 That’s a good excuse to get more paints! 😁
Gorgeous palettes! It is so interesting, tho, how much they all have the same mood (except the mixing palettes.) I really liked them but they are very opposite to mine bc I primarily paint florals!
My favorite is the first one, I love granulating watercolors. I wish I could come up with a way to separate my colors into “named” pallets. Thank you, absolutely loved your video ♥️❤️♥️
You really have beautiful paints. If for any reason you would like to turn the lids of your Essee palettes into mixing wells you could paint them with acrylic enamel. ( for wood/ metal / plastic etc.) It takes a few coats but makes a decent mixing surface.
Wow! What a collection! So much love and dedication to each set! Thank you for sharing :) Also a random question: How did you print out the custom labels for the watercolor tin sets :)? Thanks!!
I like your small tins with just especially the 6moon with gold. I so enjoyed this tour of your watercolour palettes, thank you. Can you explain what you mean by mixing palettes vs non-mixing as I’ve not come across the term before 😊
Thank you! A 'mixing palette' means colours chosen specifically for mixing with others on the palette to create a wide range of colours without carrying all of those colours separately. A simple mixing palette would contain two yellows (one cool, one warm), two blues (one cool, one warm), and two reds (one cool, one warm), but they can vary. I hope that makes sense!
Well Natasha, I think you have a little too much money. Those handmades are crazy expensive!
