I mean it doesn’t slow down outside of fillers into well into the war arc so they have a while of well paced Naruto left 😂😂
Calvin is still suffering with PTSD from Naruto and Kakashi chasing Deidara for 7 episodes! haha... If only he knew where he's going to be at the end of the year, the pacing of the show steps up so much from this point, especially when they skip the fillers. Patience Calvin, you've already done the hard work. now just enjoy the show 😁
Gaara arc is truly horrendous in pacing, glad that they've passed it. I'm feeling like it's going to be quite consistently good for the upcoming years until they finish
Well that lasts until Shinobi War Arc that most episodes are half filler and thus really hard to circumvent.
As we say goodbye to Jiraiya, we now say hello to Sasuke vs Itachi shortly followed by the "Truth"

Naruto finally met someone more hyperactive than he is.
Aaron, that's only Zetsu talking to himself. He has 2 voices, black zetsu and white zetsu. While Pain said he will go and capture the 9 Tails, black Zetsu said he wants to watch something else...which is Itachi's fight.
Samehada is also the japanese name of Sharpedo

y'know why OP 6 is my favorite Naruto opening? not only the song is BANGER, but the episodes its played, are back to back, Jiraya vs Pain and Sasuke vs Itachi, just the best phase of Naruto right here, and everytime i listen to it i remember "yeah, that season when my heart dropped to the ground".
Its actually kinda scary to know if he was serious just using a kunai he could've sneak attacked everyone but he just swatted at them.
Naruto has it's flaws, but man the Pain/Itachi Arc is peak shounen. I can only imagine how good it'd be with better pacing.

Aaron during the reaction said something that concerns me. It’s during the scene when Madara was sitting on top of his statue in the Final Valley. I could’ve sworn that he said a certain spoiler-filled name. If you go back to watch the reaction, you’ll know what I’m talking about. Do they already know? They never mention the name later on during the reaction, so maybe I’m just hearing things.
Honestly glad Rhop decided to keep the whole OP already. Its one of the best and deserves to be watched everytime.
Also, imo OPs are mostly spoilery after the fact. I personally have never skipped an anime OP, just dont analyze them immediately. And usually they have made up or highly changed scenes. Unfortunately some do have big spoilers.
Now that they know the Sasuke/Itachi fight is coming the only "spoiler" is the eye thing which is only a genjutsu so its even better the more they believe it.

The backstory, the goodbye to Tsunade, the release of the key, Jiraiya literally saying he may die.
The guys were predicting Jiraiya was going to die since ep 127, just like everyone else who watched Naruto.
And that doesnt make his death any less impactful.
I like and appreciate when Rhop edits things out but sometimes it's not as necessary if you dont already know the thing that is spoiling

@@cdot32Yeah, but they skipped it until the death actually happened so that wasn’t a problem in this case. And like the guy above said, the eye thing was just a genjutsu so it seems like watching the op after this episode is best in terms of avoiding spoilers and getting the excitement from it.
They must have shown it dozens of times in Naruto and Naruto Shippuden but it never gets old seeing young Sasuke get bodied by Itachi like a ragdoll.

Did you skip the last few reactions, or the discussions for those reactions? Aaron's had the theory that Tobi is actually Obito for many weeks now, just off of the names being similar and Tobi having one eye hole in his mask.

I really don’t thing there any spoilers in the intro to warrant them delaying it any further, the eye thing was just genjutsu and delaying it further just takes out the excitement you get from the OP
This. I think that censoring OPs is just silly in general. The op is part and parcel of the experience and the entire point of it is to generate excitement for the show. In fact censoring it and revealing it in this episode is indirectly telling them that the eye scene is not a spoiler.
Now if they had just left the OP as it is, the crew could have been guessing if it will happen or not. Hell it could have been part of their discussion.

People use this statement to exaggerate the HELL out of Jiraiya’s power level. But it shouldn’t be taken too seriously. It makes no sense.
Also Pain literally just said last episode that if he knew their secret it wouldn’t change anything. So he contradicts himself.
When he said it wouldn’t change anything if he knew their secret, he meant their plans of what they were going to do with the tailed beats, the chakra etc. Not the secret behind Pain’s identity
if jiraya went into the fight with ALL intel on pain, he'd have a pretty decent shot at winning. he has the kit and smarts to counter a lot of what pain can do, although he would still struggle with tendo.
Also for the most part Pain was handicapping himself in the fight. Had he used all 6 Paths at the start Jiraiya wouldn't even get to Sage Mode
Also Pain is literally just talking to himself for the audience xD
The only Pain he would've had a lot of issues with is the Deva path. If he went into the fight with full Intel on all of them, he would've probably taken 4/6 of them out. Issue is, if he'd have gotten that far, Tobi would've gotten involved.
