Torque specs for pulleys?
Not sure how you could get the belt around the smooth tensioner pulley without taking it off like you did.

@@PistonShack yes but I had to route it starting at the ac pulley up to the idler pulleys and alternator
You can do that way.
Those types of problems are the reason I use factory ford parts. Not worth the idler pulley and tensioner being not the same as original.
Typical 6.0 powerstroke squeaking sounds! Getting parts for 6.0 Powerstroke is pretty easy in North America.
Indeed, that's right! Almost every repair shop knows 6.0 powerstroke!
