I lost 50lbs in 10 months through just giving it a little effort when I could. Start today sis! You've got this!! Should I do more of these sweaty low impact workouts?
Day two of this workout for me 🤗 Glad to hear someone getting good results cause I like this workout (so glad I found her)! My butt hurts like crazy though 🤣
Doing this for 30 days. Have 100lbs to lose. Posting updates here to hold myself accountable Day 1: Did the entire workout, no breaks. I’m sweating, heart rate is up. I feel great! Day 2: Complete, not sure if it’s the workout but I lost 3 lbs! Ok guys I did this video for 14 days: that coupled with intermittent fasting I lost 15 lbs. However I did get bored and moved on to some of her other videos. It’s been 30 days and I’ve lost 25lbs so far! Update 3/11: it’s been about 2.5 months and I’ve lost about 43lbs! Almost halfway there! Thank you guys so much for the encouragement! I’m going back to this video for a while but I’ve also utilized weights so I’ll update in about a week or two. I can say I see a huge difference in tone now Update 3/31: hi guys so it’s been 20 days since my last update. I’ve lost a total of 55 pounds. This is the most consistent I’ve been in weight loss for a long time. And I’ve lost more weight than I ever have. (I’ve been on weight loss journey for more than 6 years!) so here’s what I’ve been doing… I prefer night workouts so I do one Growwithjo video at night usually a cardio, then I do 15-20 minutes of strength training. Monday Wednesday Friday, I do legs. Tuesday and Thursday I do upper body with abs. Some days if I’m not really feeling cardio, which has been a lot recently, I do a growwithjo video that incorporates weights. I’m not a big cardio fan but I do it for heart and lung health considering I do have asthma, but weights have made the biggest difference in how my body LOOKS and how quickly I’ve been shedding pounds. Since focusing more on weights I stopped IF, I needed more energy throughout the day but I’m still doing the calorie deficit, I hope these updates are helping. Feel free to ask any questions you may have that I may not have answered in the updates! Will update again in 2 weeks
A lot of workout videos are hard when you have a lot weight on you like I do. People don’t understand what it’s like to do certain exercises with 100+ extra pounds on you. I wish instructors would put a fat suit on and see how it feels so they can create a workout doable for us. Standing workouts are so much easier for me. Im gonna give this one a try. Thanks! I subscribed
Good luck sweetheart I used to have alot of weight on me and I started out just doing walking videos because I could not do any of anything else. I have alot of medical conditions. You will do great this one is low impact. Good luck on your fitness journey my friend.
Yay I am so happy you found it helpful! You would love the workouts on the Growwithjo App! You get to see video demos of all the exercises! You can try it out for free for 7 days on meee! bit.ly/3ujelec
i’ve done this for about 6 weeks and i’ve gone from about 68kg to 64.5kg so so so impressed and i actually really enjoy the workout it feels so much quicker than 20 minutes. thank you jo you have improved my confidence so much i’ve never found a workout that works as well as this!💗
@@hmood3318 the only thing i changed is instead of eating 2 chocolate biscuit things a day (kitkat, cadbury’s mini roll, for examples) i would only eat 1. these workouts have been amazing! if i have time i do the 40 minute ones but that’s probably only once a week usually it’s just 20 minutes a day. so worth jt
Girl is smiling left and right.. Me cussing like a pirate because I found muscles I forgot about from 33 years ago... This was good for my 48 year old self
I feel you on the bad knees part i was worried about my self but i knocked the workout out . I’m trying to lose about 20-25 pounds. You got this We got this !
I want to say thank you for this. I am so embarrassed about my body and have been in a severe depression. I started this today and completed it! This workout is perfect for me on my home.
I started today too and hope we can come back to this comment in 2 weeks to see our progress. Keep being active, it helps with mental struggles as well. Keep it up girl, we're all here to support each other. Good luck in your journey.
Hi Natalie...I wish you all the best in your fitness journey. But more than that I wish you joy in life cause no matter your size joy and happiness are for you ❤️
Update: IT REALLY WORKS GUYS!!! I worked out a full 4 weeks using this workout & a mix of Jo’s other workouts. Went from a size 13 to 11. From 155lbs to 150lbs. My thighs, arms, butt, love handles are all slimed down & tightened up. I don’t eat as great as I should so I know I’ll drop more when I eat better. Day 1-Feb 27 Night workout laying in bed, decided to do it! Felt great to be moving again. Muscles kind of weak, not used to working out. Caught a cramp. Had to keep stopping workout to get the moves down. 8 months postpartum (weight 149) Day 2- Feb 28 Morning working out- Back, bra and arm workout. Muscles burning had to really push through to complete the workout. Felt sore that night Day 3-March 1 Afternoon workout- Muscles really sore, got the workout rhythm better than the previous 2 days. Walk the weigh off, back & bra Day 4- March 2 Night workout- Walk weight off & bra, back Muscles really sore still. Slow start with the workout due to the soreness. I should’ve stretched really good before. The more I worked out the soreness subsided a little. Felt so good to make it through!! Day 5- March 3 Night workout- Walk the weight and arms- felt light headed & sick have blood was not supposed to work out for 24 hours Day 6- March 4 10 min HIIT & back Day 7- March 5 10 min ab & back bra- workout was easier felt so good to stretch and work my muscled Day 8- March 6 Walk weight off, vertical ab workout feeling better. I am actually seeing the beginning of results Day 9- March 7 Walk weight off & Ab Day 10 March 8 20 min mix walk weight off & arm work out. Added 5lbs weight to arm work out Day 11- March 9 Rest day Day 12- March 10 Morning warm up, 20min arm & walk weight off- night time arm w/5lbs weights
I just started today and not only was my but KICKED (I'm shocked!) but i feel good about myself bc it was doable and I completed it with one break. I'm sticking with this girl! I'm taking it one day @ a time but I'll be back tomorrow 💪🏾 50lbs to lose!
I know this is an old video, but to myself and anyone who needs to hear it, if you can’t make it all the way through the video, THAT’S OKAY! If you did any of the video AT ALL, it is still more activity than you would’ve gotten if you hadn’t done any at all. If you do two of the exercises and walk the rest of the video, PEFECT! You are still being active. However much or little you can do, it is still more than if you hadn’t done any at all. So to myself and anyone who needs it, I’m proud of you💛
Thank you for this comment . It’s my first time doing this and I had to tap out at around 13 minutes 😂. I was feeling discouraged but was reminded this was way more than I would have done if I hadn’t made this first step . Gonna keep at it 😊
Yesterday I got through 11 minutes of this workout. Today I got through 13 minutes. Shooting for 15 and beyond tomorrow! This is lowkey tough. Absolutely love it, thank you!! Going to keep up with it.
@@mshadeel Awesome!! Good work. It's such a good routine to help get our blood flowing. I've reaching to 18 minutes in the last week. So proud of myself! :)
it’s been a week since i started this work out and i can see a difference already!!! the cellulite on my thighs are slowly disappearing and my stomach is slowly getting thinner!!! i cried when i put on a pair of jeans that had fit a bit tight when i first got them but now fit a good! really love this workout 😄
This is wonderful. I need to do something about my health. I have been really struggling with a lot of things. What is your diet like along with these workouts?
I thought “this looks simple enough”, I was sweating like a farm animal by the middle and had to push myself to finish. I love the low impact, love how it doesn’t hurt my knees. I subscribed, can’t wait to try out your other videos. Awesome content! 👍🏼😊
🤣I can't stop laughing because I thought THE EXACT SAME THING on one of Jo's videos and I can't believe how intense my body felt!! I have big breast and thighs so everything is a challenge for me at the moment. But the amount of calories I burn on third at home workouts is WAY MORE than 3 miles of walking at the park. I'm in it to win!
I was like ‘no way is this gonna kick my butt!’ .... 20 minutes later ‘dripping in sweat and gasping for air, butt officially kicked’ this was awesome!!
My butt is officially kicked as well. Glad I tried this workout. Have not had a sweat like this in a while, even though I would walk for exercise. Currently pregnant and the only thing I didnt do was the jogging; but just kept moving. Made sure everything felt comfortable and enjoyed doing this. Thank you for filming this! Totally enjoyed it.
I just started back on my fitness journey, 6 months post partum. Starting slow with this low intensity workout. I need to lose 80 pounds. Posting here to keep myself accountable. Day 2 done Day 3 done Day 4 done Day 5 I did an another workout from growwithjo Day 6 done Day 7 break Day 8 done Day 9 done Day 10 done - i am so proud of myself for reaching 10 days
The thing with the right screen that says "next move" is genius!! Usually you have to go back to your phone and rewind because it takes 2 seconds to figure out what the person is doing next!
I’m on my weighloss journey and so far I lost 45 pounds. I went from being 227 to now 182 I’m not done yet but finding videos like these can help me speed up my weight loss. Today is day 2 of completing this workout I find it very easy and makes me sweat so I can’t wait to see results !!
Low impact but heart rate 189 🥵🥵🥵 I prefer this over a treadmill any day! I can’t believe how much I sweat. I’m so grateful for your videos, the quality, music, and energy you radiate 👏👏👏 thank you!!!
Omg yesss Thankyou so so much! I’m so glad you are enjoying these videos, been putting some extra work into them and I love that you’re loving them 🥺❤️ thanks for the encouragement queen!
I have gained so much weight during this pandemic and honestly some of the moves were challenging for me but I kept going and once I saw the work out completed ending I burst in tears of joy. Thank you for your platform and I’m encouraged to continue in my journey to health.
Amazing workout! After stage 4 Cancer, was able to go 3/4 through but still keep walking and adding the leg or arm workout when I couldn’t do the whole sequence… hope this helps someone. Thanks for being such an inspiration Jo!❤
~ lost 8 kgs (17.6 lbs) in 5 months (74kg to 66kg) (Doing the same exercise every day) *note: intermittent fasting + i walk 6k steps every day ~I took a break of 3 months :') but ive started working out again !!
@DiamondGirl-rd3db heyy ! No diet ! I just follow intermittent fasting (16 hrs fasting) so i have breakfast at 12 and dinner at 8 and follow portion control !! Also, make sure ur drinking atleast 2 ltrs of water everyday ! Good luck
@@saad.cobain lol, it's not too bad. But one time they did complain bc our fan (that was sitting in the floor above their bedroom) was rumbling too loud for them and they heard it from below..lol 😂
I started doing this workout today at 5min segments at a time,I'm pushing myself further everyday.Im loving the low impact on my knees..I look forward to finishing this entire workout soon! I lost a total of 45lbs in 4 months I will get better at this
I think I’m gonna give this a try tomorrow morning. Wait! I am going to try this tomorrow morning. Thanks for your comment because that’s exactly what I need...to sweat!
I'm 75 years old, enjoyed every move, and finished it the first time. Will repeat 3 times a week or more. Excellent for any age and yes, I was sweating!
started with this after a loooooong break. Intending to do it 3 days a week for 2 weeks and then 5 days for another two. Its been a long journey full of u turns, and I learnt to respect and value what my body can. Be compassionate and kind to you and your bodies people, this is one of the toughest journeys to liberation from apathy, lethargy, depression and all cancers of the soul..Sending you love to who all trying their best to keep this going. You got this!
I strength training 4-5 times a week, run, and cycle 2-3 times a week. And this just had me breathing hard and dripping sweat. Unexpected but damn, I’ll be back. Thanks for publishing this! 🧡
Can I just say? You look like a genuinely beautiful person. Like, I would pay to take your classes in a gym just for how you make me feel welcome, accepted and not judged. Like, I want to do only your videos because of your vibe. I mean, the workouts are SUPER fun and I always feel like I'm dancing, but you are super encouraging and magnetic. Thanks for doing this!
I am beginning working out with Jo at 241.6 pounds. I have a genetic condition which makes my lower muscles quite tight. Gave this video a try a few days ago with my husband and let me tell you something - 15 minutes into the workout, we both were gasping for our breaths and had to stop. Today, I completed the workout with a few modifications. My right knee hurts a bit so I modified the moves a bit for it. I also modified the moves wherever arm-leg coordination was required. I did the arm reps separately and the leg reps separately. Having watched a few videos of people who have followed your workouts, and having read comments of people who have seen results; I am extremely excited to begin my weight loss journey. I am planning to work out with a few different videos and switch between them every few days but since this is the video from where my journey has begun, I am hoping to update my progress here.
I've been doing this workout for 20days and I've lost 4.5kg(9.9Lb) so far. I started at 58kg and now I'm 53.5 kg. (Also including my 18/6 fasting weight loss in these 20 days) Thanks a lot for creating this amazing video. This doesn't take my time a lot and also effective. I'm trying to keep doing this workout the next 30 days. So if there's someone looking for this workout is effective or not, I just want to say to keep going and don't give up. All you need to do is to put your effort and everything's goona be work.
girls with this workout do not consume anything. 100 calories if you are lucky. I advise you to buy some weights and a bench and look for more reliable sources than this girl because she is selling you smoke
Did this twice yesterday just to lengthen the workout and omg I can barely walk today 🤣 This works your muscles HARD I would not have expected this when I gym regularly , love it!
I can't believe I just finished this. I went from sprawled out on the sofa now scrolling to doing this. Haven't worked out in a while but just got fed up of the TV and saw this. My body was confused about the sudden change 🤣 but I'm glad I did it. Feel so much better mentally . Back tomorrowww if I can peel myself off the floor from the sweaty heap to which I have now sunken.
The thought and energy put in to making this is so kind and appreciated! I'm hoping I actually remember to do this tomorrow. When my mom was in her 20s, she lost a lot of weight coincidentally just cause she was obsessed with dancing, so seeing that this is very dance-y made me feel genuinely excited to try it out lol
Thank God. I got through it all. I'm 150kg and have heart and lung problems, I've decided I need to do better regardless of this and rebuild my stamina. I didn't think I'd get it done inmy first try but I did, though a bit winded. Thank you!!
I just did this routine and it had me sweating! It was so easy to follow with the split screen, genius, and low impact just what I need, thank you for sharing this!
Ive lost exactly 5lbs using this workout along with weightwatchers diet, i wish i could post my before and after to show you but it really works!! Thanks huni xx
Oh man... this is exactly what I needed! I have injuries to my right shoulder and left elbow. I can’t do push ups or crazy jumping exercises... I also suffer from fibromyalgia, neuropathy in my feet, and ligaments issues in my knees! With assistance from knee straps I found on Amazon, I was able to do this workout! I’ve searched forever for a workout that is truly low impact but fat burning 🔥 and this is it! 💯 Thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥️!
YOOOO i've been searching for a workout like this for so long!! (a workout that doesnt bother my downstairs neighbor but still gets me sweaty) I'm geeked to get off work and go home and try this!! Thank you thank you thank you!!
I recently saw an ad for your channel on Facebook. I lost 50 lbs this past summer by taking my 2 and 1 year old girls on walks in their double stroller. But I live in Colorado and it's been too cold to walk outside since November. The last few months I've fallen into a depression and gained 10 lbs back. But your videos have helped save me! Thank you. I wish I came across your channel sooner. This cold weather is no longer holding me back!
It's 9:30 AM and guess what? I just finished this workout!!!! I am so proud of myself! It was just what I needed. I could feel the burn, but I pushed myself. Thank you Jo for this! I am going to do this every day to the end of August! To anyone else doing this: YOU GOT IT!!!!! 🤗♥️☮️☕
Omg I did 17 minutes and died covered with sweat. Thanks for such workout!!!! My leg muscles are damaged and need the recovery and this workout is perfect!!!!!!!
I was feeling super lazy and I discovered this as I was scrolling for low impact, quick home workouts. 10 minutes in and I was sweating like crazy and burned a good amount of calories. Keep it up!!!
starting this again after not doing it for so long, i was so consistent with it before christmas and saw great results but then haven’t done it since. can’t wait to be back your workouts are amazing!!
I do this 5 days a week twice in a row and I love it…sweating so much but soooo worth it..really starting to see a major change in my body and the number on the scale 😍
I love going back to your older videos, it’s like brand new world I’ve discovered all over again!! All I can says to GWJ community, don’t stop , the results come from just walking and moving at home ❤❤❤
I'm pretty sure the only reason I'm "only" hovering around 300 lbs and not well over it is because I don't do a lot of sitting at work. With that being said I'm ridiculously out of shape. I've watched a lot of "beginner" videos. This is one that lives up to its description. This was challenging, but fun! I might not have been able to go full out, but I did do all of the exercises (let's see how my legs feel about that in the morning). I look forward to doing this again.
I am so proud of you for completing the workout, it is a challenge and soon enough you will be able to attack it full force. Thank you for the kind words, I am so excited to continue to hear about your journey and how you are feeling!
So last night my baby was spending the night with grandma, I got so comfy and lazy but then felt guilty for not being active for the day. The second I saw you posted this I watched it after eating 2 pancakes at 9pm lmao I had to do it. So I finally did it and felt SO GOOD afterward!! Thank you so much ❤️
You're way better than me, I order a bunch of food and have a full binge eating session whenever my daughter is at her Grandma's. It's my maladaptive way of relieving stress from the school week 😂
This ain't no joke! Saved this last year and I'm just getting back into the swing of things. I went through my saved vids, saw this, and said "looks easy enough to ease back in". My mistake lol this is great. Thank you!
Day 1 : Done , whole workout done with no breaks! Day 2 : Rest day ( started this over the weekend) Day 3 : done my muscles weren't sore like yesterday but I was SWEAAATINGGGG but when you finish it feels so rewarding ! Got injured took a break but healed ! Day 4: done
Day 5 of beginner level playlist: Yesterday I worked out after a 5 day break but I managed to maintain my progress of taking less breaks than when I started. Today my aim was to finish the workout without a single break. Couldn't do it. BUT there's a reason why. Today I was able to put more energy and bounce in my movements. I didn't have to stand and catch my breath in between every move, I could keep my feet and arms moving the way Jo does, and most importantly, I was able to finish the whole workout with satisfaction. I was wheezing by the end, had a bit of vertigo, but these are good signs for me personally since that always happens when I have put my body through a sufficient level of exercise. I don't know if I'll be able to workout a second time today but I'll try to eat healthy. Thank you once again Jo for the encouragement! I hope I can finish the entire playlist by next month and also start beginner level weight training in the meantime.
Did this work out this morning didn't feel like moving but the words "low impact" and moving a little everyday will make a huge difference and 50 lb in the same sentence...thank you so much.
super low energy day, didnt feel like moving my body at all today. I saw this was low impact so i just did it and WOW !!!!!! i am dripping in sweat yet it wasn't too crazy or hectic.
STATS: ~2000 steps according to my Fitbit Versa 4. It may be a little lore than the 2000 just because I couldn't quite get my feet to coordinate. Just started this workout today because I cant find a low impact walking video. Saw that it was from Jo and clicked on it as fast as I could!!! Loved the vid. I can already feel it in ny thighs.
Thought I'd start tomorrow then had a strict word with myself and did it straight away! My fitbit says I burnt 200 calories! Loved this workout as I can do it alongside watching the telly haha
Omg just finished it! I’m out of breath while I’m typing but I love how it was completely standing and neighbor friendly! I loved it. Also I’m definitely sweating!
Oh my gosh! Could only get through 3/4 of the workout with 4 breaks to catch my breath… gotta lighten up., after stage 4 cancer, S’okay. Blessed to have gotten this far 😂😊
Started this work out last week and my daughter, 2, has been doing them with me. Her and I do it right before bed which were ready for bed by the time we’re done haha
started today will follow for a month ans update every weekend . dayt 1 : completed the workout with 90 percent accuracy hoping ot get better with time soon i also do almost 8000 to 10k steps walk fast paced everyday with light yoga training of around 15 mins along with this workout keep up guys we can do it !!! for a healthier tomorrow
I watched this last night and decided to do it in the morning and I could only complete 15 minutes because I couldn't breathe. This is witchcraft. Setting a personal goal to hit the whole 20 mins!
This is one of my favourite workouts by Jo. I really appreciate the fact that she puts so much time and effort into making workouts accessible and doable. And putting on your favourite music REALLY helps get you through a workout !
will do this for two weeks and keep y’all updated, starting 03/24/21 day 1: to be continued (sorry yall I'm starting over because the week before I had too much to do and couldn't leave some time for working out but now I'll def update) (:
This video is amazing! I often get discouraged by working out because so many of them are high impact and I have very little stamina. But this is the perfect workout to get me moving and slowly build up my endurance!
Tried this video for the first time today, the "walking workout" title had me fooled this would be easy. 😆 It was harder than I thought, but I completed the video and feel accomplished as a result. I'll definitely come back to this one. Everyone's encouraging and inspiring comments below have me hyped!
I was able to do half of the workout without breaks, right now I’m taking a few minutes to catch my breath and I’ll try again and finish it! Hopefully tomorrow I can do the whole thing without breaks. I got really out of shape over Covid (I lost weight and got fitter multiple times over quarantine but a week or two of staying home and stress eating while studying for exams ruined my body) hopefully I’ll be able to get healthier than I am, soon enough. Thanks for the video and hard work!
Thank God for Jo. I was doing well for a few months. I did some of these videos a few months earlier. and then I had a relapse with depression that was so bad that I was contemplating.....yuh know. I don't want to say anything that might trigger someone. But I decided yesterday that I wanted to live and be happy and that I needed to make some changes. Let me tell you. When you are depressed you don't want to move. But Jo's videos are so easy to follow and not too intense where I will get discouraged and not finish. Yesterday and today was the first time I exercised in so long. I feel good. My boyfriend cried because it was so bad that he thought he might lose me eventually. This gives both of us some hope. So thank you.
Jo since I’ve been doing a combination of your workouts I have lost 19lbs. I never thought I would get this far you have helped me change my mindset. Thanks to you I will be snatched in my wedding dress come August. Much luv from GA❤️
Just started this workout today. I started this journey on Monday 7/18, but I was doing another low impact workout. But, I'm sticking with this for sure! The other one was making me sweat and everything but I didn't feel like I had to stop and rest for a bit. But, this one like wtf I had to push myself at the last minute 😳. I'm eating clean too basically salads, and avocado toast w/keto bread and etc. I weighted at 236.2 (7/18), so we'll see how much I'll lose in 30 days! My GW is 140 so I have a long way to go 💀. Wish me luck! And I wish everyone luck as well!
I started my weight loss journey a few days ago and I am super happy I found you. Your smile and your upbeat personality make these videos so worthwhile. When you make gestures to smile during a workout it makes me almost laugh and I do smile, it pushes me through and keeps me going. Day 3 of workouts with 1 day off. Thank you so much!
Saw this video a couple days ago, decided to take a jab at it and I surely underestimated this low impact workout! I am sweating, my heart rate it up and I burned nearly 115cal. Thank you!
@@emma-qz4tj All of her work out is good. There's no secrets, if you want to loose some weights, you have to moove your body. I choose a cardio video, do the exercices, and when it's time to do the transition beetween the exercices, sometime I run instead of walking. I push my self. And choose a GOOD RYTHM CARDIO playlist. That's will help you! Music motive the body. One day during the week end, I take dessert. But I don't focus on my diet cause I eat good. I do cardio video, and tone video. If I don't have the time for all of that, I split the time in my evening. Focus on a small target. One day by one day. And believe in your effort.
I’m 20 and busy with work and school and you are the only person who posts workout videos that actually motivate me and are so fun to do. It’s impossible to not enjoy the workout when you’re positivity is radiating through the screen. I’m gonna start having my mom join me. LOVE IT❤️
love it, this is the best workout for those who felt no energy or low motivation, it actually sweat you out even if you don't felt like you have no energy to do anything.
Love workouts like this! No craziness or flips and turns lol Good for those who are able to workout but not over do it especially for those who have a disability. Thank you 😊
Jo, midway through the workout sometimes, i feel so done, i just want to stop then i look up and you're all smiling and radiating. it really helps keep it going!!!
I don't know you and this is my first time watching this video but I will be doing these exercises every week! I gave up for so long because I thought there was NOTHING I could do! Everyone else's exercises are so hard! This was very easy for me, I love that you can take a walking break before the next exercise instead of going straight into the next like these other severe workout teachers do! I cried when I got done because even though I took a little break here and there I got through the whole video. That has never happened! And thank you for saving my life. If you want to lose weight but hate severe exercising that makes it too hard, please watch this video! I recommend
Love You!!! I am so excited for you, YOU DID IT! You can do it babe don't doubt yourself even if it is hard and there comes a time when you have to make a modification and THAT IS OKAY!!
I have had some health set backs recently and am trying to get physically and mentally back in shape and your videos have been great for me. I don't find the exercises for my back too difficult and don't lose my confidence. Keep up the girl work! *subscribed*
LOVE this workout! I've been stuck in the house for the past two days because of bad weather, havnt got in my daily walks and this is perfect to do in my bedroom and not make too much noise. Thank you!
My best friend asked me to create this video and it was sooo much fun- and I couldn't believe that I would be sweating like that!!

Should I do more of these sweaty low impact workouts?
Yes please make more of these
Yes thanks.
Yes, definitely please!
Yes please and thank you!
Lovely workout 💕
Who’s still enjoying this workout in 2025!! 🙋🏽♀️ over 2500 steps just w/ this vid! Thanks, Jo! 💗
I have been doing this workout 5 days a week for 3 weeks and I can already see a difference! It pays off, keep going everyone! 😊
Great to hear!
Day two of this workout for me 🤗 Glad to hear someone getting good results cause I like this workout (so glad I found her)! My butt hurts like crazy though 🤣
Day one for me☺️
I just started today. Thank you for the motivation!
Great!
Doing this for 30 days. Have 100lbs to lose. Posting updates here to hold myself accountable
Day 1: Did the entire workout, no breaks.
I can say I see a huge difference in tone now
Update 3/31: hi guys so it’s been 20 days since my last update.
Keep going! You can do it!
I’ve got 100+ to lose too. We can do it!
@@PippiOnePointOh same! Rooting for you sista!
Did you quit?
@@amy.ilcsfm I’m still going but I got bored and moved to other videos of hers 😂

@@hmood3318 the only thing i changed is instead of eating 2 chocolate biscuit things a day (kitkat, cadbury’s mini roll, for examples) i would only eat 1. these workouts have been amazing! if i have time i do the 40 minute ones but that’s probably only once a week usually it’s just 20 minutes a day. so worth jt

Day 1-Feb 27
Night workout laying in bed, decided to do it! Felt great to be moving again. Muscles kind of weak, not used to working out. Caught a cramp. Had to keep stopping workout to get the moves down. 8 months postpartum (weight 149)
Day 2- Feb 28
Morning working out- Back, bra and arm workout. Muscles burning had to really push through to complete the workout. Felt sore that night
Day 3-March 1
Afternoon workout- Muscles really sore, got the workout rhythm better than the previous 2 days. Walk the weigh off, back & bra
Day 4- March 2
Night workout- Walk weight off & bra, back
Muscles really sore still. Slow start with the workout due to the soreness. I should’ve stretched really good before. The more I worked out the soreness subsided a little. Felt so good to make it through!!
Day 5- March 3
Night workout- Walk the weight and arms-
felt light headed & sick have blood was not supposed to work out for 24 hours
Day 6- March 4
10 min HIIT & back
Day 7- March 5
10 min ab & back bra- workout was easier felt so good to stretch and work my muscled
Day 8- March 6
Walk weight off, vertical ab workout feeling better. I am actually seeing the beginning of results
Day 9- March 7
Walk weight off & Ab
Day 10 March 8
20 min mix walk weight off & arm work out. Added 5lbs weight to arm work out
Day 11- March 9
Rest day
Day 12- March 10
Morning warm up, 20min arm & walk weight off- night time arm w/5lbs weights
So proud of you thank you for sharing your journey with us babe

Pure motivation right there and would love to hear an update
I just started today and not only was my but KICKED (I'm shocked!) but i feel good about myself bc it was doable and I completed it with one break. I'm sticking with this girl! I'm taking it one day @ a time but I'll be back tomorrow 💪🏾 50lbs to lose!
So this doesn’t bulk your thighs, right? Also good job and keep going!
So to myself and anyone who needs it, I’m proud of you💛
Put on your music that will help
Thank you for this comment . It’s my first time doing this and I had to tap out at around 13 minutes 😂. I was feeling discouraged but was reminded this was way more than I would have done if I hadn’t made this first step . Gonna keep at it 😊
Yesterday I got through 11 minutes of this workout. Today I got through 13 minutes. Shooting for 15 and beyond tomorrow! This is lowkey tough. Absolutely love it, thank you!! Going to keep up with it.

I have big breast and thighs so everything is a challenge for me at the moment. But the amount of calories I burn on third at home workouts is WAY MORE than 3 miles of walking at the park. Strength training video recommendations?

I know this video is from 3 years ago, but i've done this every morning for only 3 days and i've already lost 5 pounds 😭🙏🏽
I look forward to doing this again.

hahah yesss you earned that glowww!
Day 5 of beginner level playlist:
Yesterday I worked out after a 5 day break but I managed to maintain my progress of taking less breaks than when I started.

You got it! We believe in you ❤️ keep us updated
This video is amazing! I often get discouraged by working out because so many of them are high impact and I have very little stamina. But this is the perfect workout to get me moving and slowly build up my endurance!
im so glad you enjoyed this video and that its doable for you! Any suggestions for more videos?
Did this and another workout of yours and all I can say is: I FELT THE BURN. doing another tonight after work 🙌🏾
I am so happyyyy yayyy!
Any updates?
I started my weight loss journey a few days ago and I am super happy I found you. Your smile and your upbeat personality make these videos so worthwhile. When you make gestures to smile during a workout it makes me almost laugh and I do smile, it pushes me through and keeps me going. Day 3 of workouts with 1 day off. Thank you so much!
Awe I am so happy to have you here Jesslynn! You are crushing it and I can't wait to hear more from you
Really want to lose about 30 lbs. I had knee surgery and have a bad back. This is perfect, thank you! Walking is underrated!
Saw this video a couple days ago, decided to take a jab at it and I surely underestimated this low impact workout! I am sweating, my heart rate it up and I burned nearly 115cal. Thank you!
Wow awesome! Great work Lashane!
I lost 24 lbs since I follow Jo. And I begin in the end of july this year. So, I don't "think" it's work, I KNOW it's working for me. Thank you Jo!
which workouts did you do and did you change your eating?
Great video, I have cerebral palsy and this is great, no jumping or fast movements.
So happy you enjoyed the video love! Will definitely be doing more walking/low impact friendly workouts!
@@growwithjo that's great 😊 thank you
Ok, I love this. I have a 5 month old and trying to get in a good work out with her is hard! Thank you for this, such an inspiration 💖
Thank you 😊
Jo, midway through the workout sometimes, i feel so done, i just want to stop then i look up and you're all smiling and radiating. it really helps keep it going!!!
starting this workout at 246 lbs. im gonna try and update weekly. thanks jo!
I recommend
Okay Jo I love u😭. I literally thought I wasn’t gonna be able to do this but 20 minutes later I’m dripping in sweat and I feel amazing. ❤️
Love You!!! I am so excited for you, YOU DID IT! You can do it babe don't doubt yourself even if it is hard and there comes a time when you have to make a modification and THAT IS OKAY!!
Jo I haven’t worked out in years and Your video has been god sent. I got through the entire workout and feeling great!! Thank youuu!🙏🏽😊
I have had some health set backs recently and am trying to get physically and mentally back in shape and your videos have been great for me. I don't find the exercises for my back too difficult and don't lose my confidence. Keep up the girl work! *subscribed*
This makes me so happy to hear Morgan! There will be more low impact walking workouts to come so I hope you are along for the ride
LOVE this workout! I've been stuck in the house for the past two days because of bad weather, havnt got in my daily walks and this is perfect to do in my bedroom and not make too much noise. Thank you!
