The Four Tops are one of the most popular and successful Motown groups of all time. They were known for their smooth harmonies, energetic performances, and memorable hits that became the soundtrack for many generations. The group, which was formed in 1953, comprised of four members, Levi Stubbs, Abdul Fakir, Renaldo "Obie" Benson, and Lawrence Payton, who all shared lead vocal duties. Unfortunately, over the years, the group has lost some of its members. In this video, we will take a look at the lives and careers of the Four Tops members who have passed away.

I loved the Four Tops, so many great HITS 🌟🥰 they put out, My all time favorites, Ask The Lonely, Reach Out, Bernadette, All In A Game, When She Was My Girl, Seven Numbers,Just Walk Away Renee, and so many more, this group was classic 🌟🥰.

Levi stubbs had a voice that just oozes Soul!!I remember buying the Motown Story box set as a kid back in 78/79 and played it to death! Love Motown!❤❤

June 23 th 1997....The Four Tops were scheduled to perform at the Hatchshell in Boston 3 days after Laurence Peyton passed away Obie ,Duke and Levi came never missing a beat and left the spot open where Laurence would always perform 2 hours they played and rushed back to Detroit to attend Laurence wake and funeral....a day we will never forget!!

Brings back such memories. Loved their music, and play their music often. They have all passed, but I will always remember them. They were a class act. And, man they made you want to dance. Play on gentlemen, I know the angels are dancing.

In the early "60's" every Week they would drop a New single and Every Week was Great!!!! Levi his voice Booming and the fellas in Perfect Harmony!!! Go ahead and " RUclips" the "Four Tops" Greatest Hits... Y'all can Thank me Later..😊😊

The Four Tops,the Temptations and the Supremes ruled Motown in the 1960's and even into the 1970's.The "Tops" and The Temps definately sounded almost the same with the smooth Motown Sound.Luckinly we can still hear their music and their song will never die even after al of :"Tops" have.RIP to all four of them!
