    If practicing law without a license why do we have the power of attorney that can be assigned to any citizen regardless of education or credentials and why is it possible for any citizen to proceed Pro Se and anyone no matter who they are can defend themselves without a license or any lack of state Bar association. Credentials. The guy who thinks nobody but attorneys are allowed to proceed in court and act on our own behalf?? Best bite your lip and find out what youre talking about before you make blanket statements. Also are you aware that in small claims court attorneys are not allowed so you best do your homework before saying only attorneys are allowed to litigate cases

    I am an excop. I have never been in a court without a Deputy or other LEO guarding the door. This court seems to have a revolving door.

    Wow! This video is absolutely riveting-a masterclass in storytelling that captures every nuance of drama, passion, and resilience. The way you brought Amelia's journey to life with such intensity and depth is nothing short of cinematic brilliance. The pacing, the emotional arcs, and the gripping twists kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. Truly, this is a testament to your incredible talent and professionalism. Kudos for creating such a compelling narrative-I can’t wait to see what you produce next!

    This is stupid you cannot represent another person in a court case.

    • @clintonhiler4726

      Actually a non "bar member" can represent anyone who is involved in a court case. You might want to read positive law article 229 counsel. A bar member cannot be counsel do to the bar causing grieves injury to the law and justice

    Yes it is very scary to have to take a stand to show the truth. I know of a group of crooked elected officials who were charged with their crimes. Many people were hurt from their acts. A middle aged woman started a petition for justice. Attending a meeting, concerning the situation, she faced the crowd. Two other women agreed. The next day it was front page news. Two days later, a reporter, from the State Capital, did an interview and submitted it via wire service. She detailed the crimes and how the people's complacency enabled it. The attacks, including death threats began. She retaliated by the law. It woke people up. History was made. Changes happened. The event had a book written and the FBI Investigation that resulted in Justice.

    Fun story to watch but obviously completely made up. Nothing like this could ever happen. The judge let too many extraneous things happen in his court instead of taking control. IF these surprise actually happened a judge would take them in his chambers to understand them before letting anything be presented in court

    Practicing law without a license is a crime.

    • @neilarmitage6632
      @neilarmitage6632 3 часа назад +4

      No it's not a crime. It becomes a crime if you charge for your services without having a licence to practice. So what you are saying is: if you defend yourself in a court case it's a crime? Paralegals work alongside lawyers everyday. Is this a crime?
      You should study law. The basics.

    I see the appeal of this story, but doing something that will lose a bar’s credential first thing in the story is a bad start. Lawyers have a uniform that they must wear in court. Yes, the judge can kick a lawyer out of his court for failing to wear it.
