Just got one. I used as you suggested on a site that has been very good, but well hunted by me with my Equinox 800 and XP Deus with the X35 coil. Oh my word, amazed that I found more coins and colonial relics over ground I hunted so much in the past. Excellent choice for a special job.

It’s a fantastic coil, I’ve used it since it came out and have found small gold pickers with it local to me (Welsh mountains) not just gold it loves small hammered 👍
Best coil for celtic and Roman targets.. Best sensitivity, Best separation, Best work in high mineralization areas.. I am using with my friends.. For archeolog prospecting.. With Best ag and au targets..
@@giannispap16 This coil not made for depth ,but great separation,still you can hit 15-20 cm deep small coins , best with Fulltone program 2.5 reactivity

@@XPDeus1.2 i had the hf round coil and x35 11 inch with orx. i wanted elliptical to pinpoint targets easier. maybe in future for gold nuggets as well. whats the best frequency to your opinion? 13 khz for deep targets as possible and 30khz for silver?
I have the round one HF coil.. I think the round one is as good as the eliptical... At historic sites where much iron is, the eliptical may have a plus, and also the higher frequenz for smallest Gold... But I think the round coil is absolutely a perfekt coil.. 😁 👍 👌

I agree with Brad a close second. 😎 I like that at 5:35 Virgilio showed using the coil alone in a tight spot. To my knowledge only the Deus & ORX can do that and the X35 coil makes it even more handy.

Mine has just found me a Commonwealth half groat with iron in the same hole. The coin was tightly rolled up but the coil wrinkled it out. Well pleased

how about depth of finding medieval or roman coins and artifacts?

@@XPDeus1.2 if i use it with orx? depth depends of the size target. a roman coin could be found or jewllery in 15-20 cm a soldiers buckle at 30cm

I have tried most setting and just can not get the depth this coil is not for me I’m afraid

I had this coil but it does not find anything over 4 inches in my soil. I decided to stick with the hf round coil. It does better in my soil.
