I have the Jabra Elit 75T and it's ANC works well in my opinion. It is also not that expensive compared to the other expensive ear buds with ANC. Hear-through is good too. The only thing I don't like is the touch button in both buds but I think it is acceptable. I also like the compact size of the case. Call quality and bass is very good in Jabra Elite 75T. Hope this helps someone in choosing their next ANC ear buds. Thanks! :)
I have the bose qc, jabra 85t and sennheiser momentum tw2. I would rate the sound quality as follows: 1. SENNHEISER (offers highest levels of clarity and punchy base) 2. JABRA 85T (heaviest base and treble) 3. BOSE QC (more mid focused, treble and bass is not on par of the other 2 + the loudest out of the bunch) Comfort 1. Jabra 85t (feels surprisingly light) 2. Bose qc (most secure fit and comfortable but large) 3. Sennheiser (they go most deepest into your ear canal, probably the most comfortable deep in ear earbuds) I didn't bother with sony or airpods. Because sony are very deep in earphones and airpods is not my preference for best in class. I hope this helps....
This is the most honest review👍🏻.....obviously its hard to pick one hence it boils down to your priority... BOSE for ANC SENNHEISER FOR SOUND QUALITY SONY XM3 for that price range but lacks ipx rating Jabra for customisation etc... Airpods for apple users etc

@@markem4996 I bought the Sony Xm3s and they sounded amazing. Great bass, decent ANC for buds, but the fit was just terrible. They stayed in my ears for the most part but any kind of walking or movement meant the seal was broken and the ANC and sound quality dipped. They are also heavy and uncomfortable to wear for over an hour or two. I hope the XM4s come with a stability fin to fit better.
@@altamushg Sonys and the Bose are the least choice to me because of their looks, it's too tank. Im planning to buy the Jabras because I like the looks also need them for workout Ill just tweak the equalizer for better sound and I have rooted phone which made me install Viper4ndroid, advance equalizer so I can edit the sound for my liking. Sennheiser is too expensive for me maybe their next version.
The bose qc earbuds are really comfortable for me. I can easily wear them until they turn off and they don't fall out. I especially like how you don't have to stick them in the ears but they more Sit on your ear canal and are safe because of the wings. Also they added volume control later on.
I'm a first time purchaser of quality earbuds and I bought the xm3 on sale. I was looking at the sennheiser and bose but those were 60-70 $ more and I am very happy with them.
Jabra 85T is the most user friendly and best all rounder in my opinion. The case is great size. I love the physical buttons. You can use with them without taking out your gloves in winter. The fact you get Multipoint use is superb. You don't need to keep connecting and disconnecting devices. It automatically takes over my phone when im getting calls while listening to music or working on my laptop is superb. It's also superb if you have a work and personal phone in the fact it automatically detects and connects when you are playing music or taking calls.

I was just set to go back to budapest after many years to visit, and the trip was cancelled because of covid. Hope to reschedule this summer of it opens. @@AndysTechTone For sure. I’ve been to Hungary a couple of times and love it. Magical place, but I generally favor Eastern Europe to Western and have for years. Heck. I’m old enough now to have been there to help knock the Wall down. Time flies. I’m a nyc person at heart but have lived and worked near Seattle since my twenties. Worked as the chief legal officer for a series of tech companies but now mostly consult. Fun and crazy times . I was a lifelong athlete, but mostly a runner, backpacker and reasonable climber. Now? Injuries and time have slowed me down, and I hate it! Now, mostly living a quiet life with my boyfriend, just getting through this shitty year. Maybe go on a short hike today. The weather is really great today. Our weather and Ireland’s weather are somewhat comparable. Long dark winters, never too cold. When spring comes, though, we welcome the long days for sure! Hope the restrictions ease soon. You can visit your family, and I can visit Hungary! We are doing pretty well here now on the vaccination front, as is the uk. Unfortunately, I’ve lost track of Ireland, it still in the eu vaccination rollout. Here? Almost everyone I know, including kids, have been vaccinated. Hope you have had or will get yours soon! @@wallybeep Don't even mention injuries and health issues. I consider myself young enough yet I'm struggling with some issues already. But that won't stop me from training, only temporarily maybe... Vaccination is not going that well here in Ireland, so I expect to get it no sooner then July maybe. In Hungary, on the other hand, half of the population is already vaccinated, so they are doing pretty good over there. And even though I'm more or less happy with how the government managed the pandemic in Ireland so far, I can't wait for it to be over, so I could travel freely again. Until then I keep myself busy with making earbud reviews 😎

Just a suggestion for future comparisons: when dealing with so many products in one video consider making a summarizing table at the end to present the pros and cons of each or the winner of each category , even if you don't award points... I found myself rewinding back and forth to put all this information together.

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds sound quality is BRILLIANT. Bose QC's absolutely POWER through. Delivering higher highs and some very nice lower-end punch. "A full balanced spectrum of joy." Regardless of a bulbous look, B-QC's stay in place extremely well, even under intense rockin' to my favorite jam. On numerous occasions... I would have expected one or both to drop out, leaving me scrambling to pop back into my magnificent in-head heavenly concert. It doesn't happen. Not only very light in the ear, staying FIRMLY in place - they are the first earbuds I forget were in my ears. Noise-canceling is very good, though sucking up battery life - though not annoyingly. The downs? Yes, there are a few. Let's not assume what I consider to be the top two earbuds on the market will, or even can be everything to everyone. When I say top two, I am referring to the left and right Bose QC's. Realistically, nothing on the market can be everything to everyone. As a blue-tooth phone device, they are not very good. In a quiet moderate to loud space, they are adequate. To expect a microphone on your ear to block wind noise is I believe at this stage of technology too much to expect. That is what microphone extension arms are for...placing the microphone in front of your mouth. Did that have me returning the B-QC's for a headset? Hell no! Never! It had me looking for a good headset for phone calls. The Case: some find the case overly large. Clearly larger than the AirPod Pro case, I found the case ok. The buds slip into charging position and stay in place well. I do NOT like the case access button. I suppose it is a fine line between engineering a case that stays closed when it should and opens easily. For the replacement price, you certainly do not want the case to inadvertently pop open. The alternative however leaves me a touch frustrated opening this case. Overall? "Get'em...WOW!!"

I bought galaxy buds pro today, but they didnt fit at all (idk why samsung ditched their rubber wingtips) so i returned them and got a new pair of buds plus. But i will note that I have weird ears, go to best buy and try out your earbuds so you can return them if you dont like them.
Save your time and money, get Jabra I took my Sennheiser back, mic is crap, volume doesn’t go high, for what you pay for Sennies compared to Jabra it’s ridiculous
Great review although I disagree with the criticism around the Bose, although the battery life isn’t there they are the ones the offer the safer fit with the clip in style tips. I totally agree around noise canceling Bose just simply know how to do it the best. With the inability to turn ANC off, I totally get where you are coming from but I love the pass through mode, you hear a lot more around you than you normally would as they seem to put in good mics for this (the same can be said for the 700 headphones). I am a big Bose fan but I guess you may have figured this out! I have found Bose touch although not that many options works really well and only needs a genitalia touch to make it work unlike my AirPods where they need a decent thud at times. I spoke with my dad on my the Bose and he was amazed at how clear and crisp I sounded and that was in the middle of a busy city, he hated when I was speaking on my AirPods. At the end of the day like you said it’s is down to what an individual likes, comfort, ability and sound quality is such an individualised thing! Great review.
As you said Ben it's all about personal preference. I love my Bose Sport Earbuds because of their sound and the fit works for me thousand times better on those smaller, lighter buds even though the tips and the wings are identical to that of the QC buds. I was about to buy the Bose set. Good thing I saw this. In the past I bought over the ear Sennheiser headphones only to immediately return them because of the poor ANC quality and then buying the Bose QC35 II. Bose by far has the better ANC, but already having the headphones when I want ANC, the Sennheiser ear buds seem like the overall better choice for me. Although if you don’t have any Bose products with ANC already, don’t bother with the others, Bose is the one you want.
I was wondering which one of these to pick, mainly deciding between Bose (290€) and Sony (220€), your video helped very much and I went with the Sony's, they even got discounted last minute to 175€, I think that's a really good price for such a pair of IEMs.
I purchased a set of AirPods pros and the Bose QC Buds so I could make a choice. I loved the Bose as I already have a 3 year old pair of Bose Quietcontrol 30 Wirless noise cancelling headphones, just wanted to upgrade. The Bose sound quality I found to be so much better than the Airpods Pro, but found that the range was quite short for my needs, And even with the smallest adapters, the Bose are just to large for my ears. Have always had apple products but never used the earphones as they never fitted in my ears going back to the old iPods. The Airpods are great for range compared to the Bose, sound quality is not bad, connectivity is brilliant. Unfortunately I think the Airpods may go back as they really don't fit well, and it's not going to be easy sucking up the loss if one falls out. I am still passing judgement on the Airpods, got another couple of weeks to decide, due to lockdown. Anyone able to recommend a decent set of ANC earbuds for a person with small ear canals?
I'm in love with my Sony headphones. But as a side sleeper who's looking for some buds so I get some sleep, I'll strongly advise that you steer clear of QuietOn Sleep Buds. They don't play any music, AND AT A VERY STEEP PRICE, they positively do not cancel noise. In fact, they barely diminish noise. As I prepare to ship them back, I've learned that I can expect a runaround with their return policies. Again, no QuietOn!

I have a few thousand bucks worth of headphones and nothing beats Bose for staying in my ears in an HIIT workout and sound is insane! I wish they were much smaller.

Man, do I hear you. For those of us who are active, injuries are just a real pain. The guy I live with - a serious runner, is down for two months from an adductor strain. I think I've finally gotten it through his head that if he doesn't let it heal, he won't have a summer, so he's resting it. It's a bitch, for sure. I figured Ireland was about where it is, but I had no idea Hungary was doing so well. Good news. Sorry, though, if you might not be in for a jab until July. That will put you well into August before your ready to go. Bummer. It seems Van Der Leyen (not my favorite) and Macron may start some entries for vaccinated people soon, but will have to see. Seriously. Good posts, A. Hope you heal, too, soon, and there isn't any getting around it : exercise a lot? There will be an injury. Sucks! Have a great weekend! Maybe I'll order both the Jabra and the Sennsheimer and see which noise cancelation is better (active and passive) and generally which is more comfortable to use, then return one. Will see how the vaccination goes, we're nearly there... But at least I didn't feel the usual pressure when I was not allowed to train because gyms and swimming pools were closed. Great video! I am a classical musician, sound quality and detail is very important to me. I am trying to decide between the Sennheiser Momentum and the Bose Sport Ear buds, which one should I choose?
They both sound great but the Bose are more exciting while the Sennheiser buds are more relaxed and mature and also have more features such as ANC or EQ
I say a few words about the fit and comfort in the introduction of each bud but it varies so much from person to person that I don't think it's worth spending more time talking about that.
I currently have the JBL Reflect Flow, which I’ve held onto for about two years and I love them, but have been looking into ANC headphones. I would’ve grabbed the Sony’s in a heartbeat if they were IPX rated

I'll probably keep the Sport Earbuds myself but not the QC Earbuds. There is no extra value in having ANC for me right now which is strange to realise after working so hard on a video about ANC earbuds 😂

Also considering the pixel buds due to size and fit, plus I can only try eabuds that are not fully in ear like bose, which I think pixel may be too. Also, all the earbuds in this video go into the ear canal pretty deep apart from the bose.

IPX4 means it's sweat resistant (can resist splashes of water) and therefore fit for exercise. I don't get why you think it's not? The only reason I could see would be the fit and the rate at which one earbud falls off.
Feel free to use whatever earbuds you want in the gym but I'll always say what's recommended and what's not in my opinion. Howver it usually has nothing to do with the IP rating as most earbuds come with at least an IPX4 rating these days, even cheap ones. And as you said it's rather a question of fit and that varies a lot from person to person

I have the Sennheiser 2s and they're definitely the best I've ever heard in any wireless earbud. Hopefully they continue to improve with the 3s.

I’m a nyc person at heart but have lived and worked near Seattle since my twenties. Worked as the chief legal officer for a series of tech companies but now mostly consult. Fun and crazy times .
I was a lifelong athlete, but mostly a runner, backpacker and reasonable climber. Now? Injuries and time have slowed me down, and I hate it!
Now, mostly living a quiet life with my boyfriend, just getting through this shitty year. Maybe go on a short hike today. The weather is really great today.
Our weather and Ireland’s weather are somewhat comparable. Long dark winters, never too cold. When spring comes, though, we welcome the long days for sure!
Hope the restrictions ease soon. You can visit your family, and I can visit Hungary! We are doing pretty well here now on the vaccination front, as is the uk. Unfortunately, I’ve lost track of Ireland, it still in the eu vaccination rollout. Here? Almost everyone I know, including kids, have been vaccinated.

Vaccination is not going that well here in Ireland, so I expect to get it no sooner then July maybe. In Hungary, on the other hand, half of the population is already vaccinated, so they are doing pretty good over there. And even though I'm more or less happy with how the government managed the pandemic in Ireland so far, I can't wait for it to be over, so I could travel freely again. Until then I keep myself busy with making earbud reviews 😎

Great vid with outstanding production quality! Just a suggestion for future comparisons: when dealing with so many products in one video consider making a summarizing table at the end to present the pros and cons of each or the winner of each category , even if you don't award points... I found myself rewinding back and forth to put all this information together.
Giving scores doesn't make much sense in my opinion but a summary of the pros and cons is not a bad idea. Thanks for your feedback 👍

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds sound quality is BRILLIANT. Bose QC's absolutely POWER through. Delivering higher highs and some very nice lower-end punch. "A full balanced spectrum of joy." Regardless of a bulbous look, B-QC's stay in place extremely well, even under intense rockin' to my favorite jam. On numerous occasions... I would have expected one or both to drop out, leaving me scrambling to pop back into my magnificent in-head heavenly concert. It doesn't happen. Not only very light in the ear, staying FIRMLY in place - they are the first earbuds I forget were in my ears. Noise-canceling is very good, though sucking up battery life - though not annoyingly. The downs? Yes, there are a few. Let's not assume what I consider to be the top two earbuds on the market will, or even can be everything to everyone. When I say top two, I am referring to the left and right Bose QC's. Realistically, nothing on the market can be everything to everyone. As a blue-tooth phone device, they are not very good. In a quiet moderate to loud space, they are adequate. To expect a microphone on your ear to block wind noise is I believe at this stage of technology too much to expect. That is what microphone extension arms are for...placing the microphone in front of your mouth. Did that have me returning the B-QC's for a headset? Hell no! Never! It had me looking for a good headset for phone calls. The Case: some find the case overly large. Clearly larger than the AirPod Pro case, I found the case ok. The buds slip into charging position and stay in place well. I do NOT like the case access button. I suppose it is a fine line between engineering a case that stays closed when it should and opens easily. For the replacement price, you certainly do not want the case to inadvertently pop open. The alternative however leaves me a touch frustrated opening this case. Overall? "Get'em...WOW!!"

I bought galaxy buds pro today, but they didnt fit at all (idk why samsung ditched their rubber wingtips) so i returned them and got a new pair of buds plus. But i will note that I have weird ears, go to best buy and try out your earbuds so you can return them if you dont like them.

Great review although I disagree with the criticism around the Bose, although the battery life isn’t there they are the ones the offer the safer fit with the clip in style tips. I totally agree around noise canceling Bose just simply know how to do it the best. With the inability to turn ANC off, I totally get where you are coming from but I love the pass through mode, you hear a lot more around you than you normally would as they seem to put in good mics for this (the same can be said for the 700 headphones). I am a big Bose fan but I guess you may have figured this out! I have found Bose touch although not that many options works really well and only needs a genitalia touch to make it work unlike my AirPods where they need a decent thud at times. I spoke with my dad on my the Bose and he was amazed at how clear and crisp I sounded and that was in the middle of a busy city, he hated when I was speaking on my AirPods. At the end of the day like you said it’s is down to what an individual likes, comfort, ability and sound quality is such an individualised thing! Great review.
As you said Ben it's all about personal preference. I love my Bose Sport Earbuds because of their sound and the fit works for me thousand times better on those smaller, lighter buds even though the tips and the wings are identical to that of the QC buds. I was about to buy the Bose set.
Good thing I saw this. In the past I bought over the ear Sennheiser headphones only to immediately return them because of the poor ANC quality and then buying the Bose QC35 II. Bose by far has the better ANC, but already having the headphones when I want ANC, the Sennheiser ear buds seem like the overall better choice for me.
Although if you don’t have any Bose products with ANC already, don’t bother with the others, Bose is the one you want.
The Sennies are better overall in my opinion too. Have you checked out the Sony XM4 though?
I was wondering which one of these to pick, mainly deciding between Bose (290€) and Sony (220€), your video helped very much and I went with the Sony's, they even got discounted last minute to 175€, I think that's a really good price for such a pair of IEMs.

I purchased a set of AirPods pros and the Bose QC Buds so I could make a choice. I loved the Bose as I already have a 3 year old pair of Bose Quietcontrol 30 Wirless noise cancelling headphones, just wanted to upgrade. The Bose sound quality I found to be so much better than the Airpods Pro, but found that the range was quite short for my needs, And even with the smallest adapters, the Bose are just to large for my ears. Have always had apple products but never used the earphones as they never fitted in my ears going back to the old iPods. The Airpods are great for range compared to the Bose, sound quality is not bad, connectivity is brilliant. Unfortunately I think the Airpods may go back as they really don't fit well, and it's not going to be easy sucking up the loss if one falls out. I am still passing judgement on the Airpods, got another couple of weeks to decide, due to lockdown.
Anyone able to recommend a decent set of ANC earbuds for a person with small ear canals?

I'm in love with my Sony headphones. But as a side sleeper who's looking for some buds so I get some sleep, I'll strongly advise that you steer clear of QuietOn Sleep Buds. They don't play any music, AND AT A VERY STEEP PRICE, they positively do not cancel noise. In fact, they barely diminish noise. As I prepare to ship them back, I've learned that I can expect a runaround with their return policies. Again, no QuietOn!
Just bought the sabra elite 75t for 120€ and I'm happy with it!

No major issues, not that I can remember. Recent buds are much more reliable in terms of connection

Man, do I hear you. For those of us who are active, injuries are just a real pain. The guy I live with - a serious runner, is down for two months from an adductor strain. I think I've finally gotten it through his head that if he doesn't let it heal, he won't have a summer, so he's resting it. It's a bitch, for sure.
I figured Ireland was about where it is, but I had no idea Hungary was doing so well. Good news. Sorry, though, if you might not be in for a jab until July. That will put you well into August before your ready to go. Bummer. It seems Van Der Leyen (not my favorite) and Macron may start some entries for vaccinated people soon, but will have to see.

Maybe I'll order both the Jabra and the Sennsheimer and see which noise cancelation is better (active and passive) and generally which is more comfortable to use, then return one. They are about the same price here now.

They both sound great but the Bose are more exciting while the Sennheiser buds are more relaxed and mature and also have more features such as ANC or EQ

I say a few words about the fit and comfort in the introduction of each bud but it varies so much from person to person that I don't think it's worth spending more time talking about that.

I currently have the JBL Reflect Flow, which I’ve held onto for about two years and I love them, but have been looking into ANC headphones. I would’ve grabbed the Sony’s in a heartbeat if they were IPX rated
The Sony WF-SP800N is IP55 rated, however, the ANC is not nearly as powerful as on the WF-1000XM3

Just bought the Bose sports earbuds for exercise and general listening. I am not too bothered about ANC so i hope i have made a wise choice.
I'll probably keep the Sport Earbuds myself but not the QC Earbuds. There is no extra value in having ANC for me right now which is strange to realise after working so hard on a video about ANC earbuds 😂

Also considering the pixel buds due to size and fit, plus I can only try eabuds that are not fully in ear like bose, which I think pixel may be too.
Also, all the earbuds in this video go into the ear canal pretty deep apart from the bose.

IPX4 means it's sweat resistant (can resist splashes of water) and therefore fit for exercise. I don't get why you think it's not? The only reason I could see would be the fit and the rate at which one earbud falls off.
Feel free to use whatever earbuds you want in the gym but I'll always say what's recommended and what's not in my opinion. Howver it usually has nothing to do with the IP rating as most earbuds come with at least an IPX4 rating these days, even cheap ones. And as you said it's rather a question of fit and that varies a lot from person to person
