Kenya Airways is without doubt the best African Airline and with arguably the nicest cabin crew! Agree the weakness is their entertainment centre and probably could do with more africanizing of the couture in the cabins and introduction of wifi

She and others from her church are going to Uganda on a mission trip, and I wanted to see what Kenya Air looked like. She won’t be blessed to be in Business Class, but I did want to make sure the airline was safe. I believe she’ll like it very well.

As of Halloween it'll be 5 years since my visit to Kenya. We also had the privilege of flying Kenyan Airways. It was the best experiences I had flying. The food was exceptional and service was above and beyond. I too would fly Kenyan Airways again!
Having flown Kenya, Egyptair and Ethiopian Airlines in business, I will say the following: Seat-wise, it is a tie between All three, depending on aircraft. But I’m going to have to give it to Kenya Airways as they have the most consistent seat type. And also damn comfortable! Food: Ethiopian hands down. Even on a two hour flight, they don’t use a tray. Everything is placed individually on your table! They actually have Ethiopian dishes and everything is cooked separately so nothing is over Cooked! Entertainment: Ethiopian Airlines. Largest and most diverse selection. Overall: Ethiopian. They have a good seat if you’re lucky, or an okay seat. They’re basically Emirates with a discount.

I have just returned from a series of dreadful flights by Kenya Airways. Over the course of my three week holiday Kenya Airways has made me miss 3 connecting flights. Plus when we did miss they always made it difficult to get a hotel. In addition one of their planes KQ270 is very poorly maintained with awful seating not worthy of business class. The flat bed in the KQ100 & KQ117 were reasonably comfortable however on both occasion the TV remote did not work. Each flight was delayed on average between 2-6 hours. Would I use Kenya Airways again? Absolutely not.

Although I am pleased they lost the case and have been billed £2296 for the delays, and missed connections they will now have to pay since being awarded compensation. This is just a small amount to them and more people need to speak up for compensation, otherwise they will just continue.
Finally something worth a while. If you could review more of exotic airlines but economy class please for ordinary people who actually subscribe to your channel. Thanks

I have had an enjoyable experience with Kenya Airways. The cabin crew is is very warm and friendly. In terms of entertainment, I agree with Josh that we could improve. In South Africa Airways Business Class for instance, you get as many as 90 movies compared to 18-20 here.
