Alien fusion has same DNA with the original, the opining is spicy with the ginger and cinnamon, and it's sweeter because they added also vanilla! It has a great longevity around 8-9 hours. I love the original more, and the red bottle is STUNNING in real life❤

Alien is my best friend’s signature fragrance, so I always think of her whenever I smell it. I had to move for a while and I find myself spraying Alien when in a perfume shop. I might get one of the flankers so its different enough for me to wear but will give me a comforting feeling. Eau extraoirdinaire and eau sublime sound great! Greetings from Bilbao 😘

For me the best of the best is Alien Essence Absolue.
I have a number of Alien flankers and loved them before the main one. It was initially too strong for me. Now I do love them all, just got Flora for Christmas and the Sublime to add to my collection. Love them all!!!!

Fusion is my jam. I find myself choosing it daily as it is toned down just a pinch but the red berry notes very much enhance the original notes. Please let us know your thoughts if you get it :)

Alien Oud Majestueux. I just received it today. Oh... my... God, it is such a beautiful!, warm scent. Similar to Alien, but more warm, spicy and discrete. The lasting power isn't as strong and good as Alien, unfortunately, but as long as it lasts it really is STUNNING :) I simply can't stop sniffing my hand! I have purchased a backup. It seems to have been discontinued, so I just had to make sure to have another one to enjoy. I rarely fall head over heals like this. This is pure appreciation :)

Try Alien Mirage on skin! it's so goodd, my personal fav drydown of all the aliens. Lasts very long imo. If u like vanilla you'll probably like it.
I've been trying to collect all the alien flankers during quarantine, gotta do something to make this year a bit better right? The hardest is absolu, its impossible to find and about triple the normal price the rare moments I see it on eBay here in the us 😭
Oh and I'm glad u mentioned the barnyard fecal note because.. yea when I first smelled alien oud m. I was like, what did I just buy... I'm still getting used to it 😂
I just got both, Musc and Oud. Skin chemistry is such a wonderfull thing! They are both beautiful, but Musc is so much better on me. It reminds me of Givenchy Organza edp. Concerning Oud...I do not detect ''fekal' note...fortunately 😂. It seems to me that Oud is a lighter version of the original Alien..that I LOVE! So, for me, Musc is definately better. Maybe I can layer them...

How do you feel now its been reformulated by Loreal? Its terrible compared to the original which is strong and long lasting. If you buy Alien now it will be weak, last half the time and smell like soap!!! Hate Loreal for cheapening this fragrance!

I miss the old formulation of alien when it smelled like grapes in a vineyard :(.. I smelled the reformulated version today and it has a medicinal smell on my skin before finally drying down a soapy scent hours later. I do love angel edt tho

I am a big Alien fan. If I was forced to pick one favourite fragrance, it would be Alien (and it's flankers). I have 8 different Aliens in my collection, 10 if you include different formulations of the same scent. The only one that was a big fail for me was Flora Futura, I get next to no Alien DNA from it...big disappointment! I have a very hard time picking a favourite, I love most of them, but, I too have to put the original as number one, it's the one that started it all.
No one ever mentions Alien Aqua Chic and that is easily one of my most complimented frags...

Last week I blind purchased my first Alien and it is the Oud one (to me the original was lacking something) and upon receiving the gold bottle I figure it out that this is it. I love heavy and rich and sweet gourmand fragrances and this one is top notch for me (I use only one spray in my hair and I can smell it all day long so the big 90 ml bottle will last me a long time). Two days ago I placed another blind order and this time it is the Alien Fusion (the red bottle that you dislike) but the Cinnamon note sound exactly like my cup of tea and I got such a good offer that I just couldn't refuse :)

Alien Mirage is so so lovely and more of a fresher scent and yes its a much lighter scent to orignal Alien. Mirage was my 1st Muglar perfume, then i got Aura now i have just ordered Alien i love all 3 Aura is very different i didnt like it at 1st but tried again and brought it.

Ughhh Eau Extraordinaire just does not last on me....AT ALL 😢 ....which is so sad because I think it smells really nice. I just bought Fusion :) I’m excited to wear it. I also have Alien Sunessence, which is nice as well...not my fave but I like it.
I have the same problem with Eau Extraordinaire too and I'm at a crossroad whether to keep it or return it for that very reason... did you keep yours?

I love Alien Original and thats why I’ve got Flora Futura to be able to keep wearing something Alienish but more flowery and light during the spring, I don’t feel I wan wear Alien during summer.

Essence Absolu only lasts about 2-3 hours on me :( but I do adore the smell, so cuddly-sensual

Your descriptions are great but when you describe the longevity, I realize you are one of the exceptions where everything lasts longer than on most. My skin drinks the perfume so for me Sublime lasts about 4-5 hours. The Oud one was unfortunately the worst one for me. I like and get along with Oud in other scents but it was hard to like it as you said it is stinky like an odd type of smell the first 20-30minutes, then it fades to a faded Alien on me. It didn’t last long at all and it disappeared after an hour! I tried it a number of times and had to sell it. It didn’t like me and I didn’t like it.
I love the rest of them though! Fusion is the next one I need to get. Love the original and Essence as well.
Oh darling I am so sorry to hear that :( It is indeed very personal how the perfumes last on us (maybe except Jo Malone coz that brand doesnt last on anyone lol) however maybe try putting the perfume on a very moisturized skin? This way it wont sink in so quickly. Kisses

Me too 😢 but I watched a dupe video from karina Waldron and she said that be layered fatal attraction mixed with be layered vanilla dreams it’s an amazing dupe. So I Immediately did the math and it was cheaper (for the amount of oz you get) so I made my first purchase. Hope this helps you as an alternative.

Hello! Thank you for showing us your collection of Aliens.I'm thinking of buying either eau sublime or extraordinaire. Would you recommend Alien extraordinaire or Alie eau sublime for summer in Greece (its hot). Also, i'm into more fruity, light or fresh or floriental perfumes. I really like original Alien on others but I find it a little too heavy for me. My signature is L'imperatrice by D&G. I hope these information helps a bit.

You should try aura!!. I didn’t like it at first it was too green but give it time and omg it is the best! (Nothing like alien or angel) alien is very sexy and my number 1 but aura is right behind it lol. My husband loves it on me he says it’s sexy (I think it’s the vanilla) 🙈

@@PaulinaPerfumes The opening notes are green but it dries down to vanilla that starts to take over. I want to say the green notes even smell kind of like a green soda pop. It does has a little bit of a medicine note in the background but not in a bad way. I love Aura perfume notes and it reminds me of back in the days like the Charlie perfumes when they were popular. The scent smells very familiar to another perfume I have smelt before in the past.

I just got into Alien this year and I didn't like it at first but now in LOVE it. I think fusion smells beautiful and it has good longevity, not as good as the original. Yes the newer EDT ...is totally outstanding...Angel EDP has been my signature for years but the EDT is far far more beautiful and delicate

Alien fusion to me is a weaker alien added with a citrusy ginger note in the beginning. It is refreshing but the ginger note fades after an hour or 2. I tested it in a store. Can not say much about the longevity.
