Did I miss out your top Lightroom Mobile tool? 🤔👇🏼
Thanks Hannah, that was quick, concise, and really useful
Thank you
Thanks so much for watching…. Really appreciate the comment too 🙏🏻
Thanks Hannah. Very concise and there were 2 or 3 i wasn’t using. Don’t know if you’ve already done it but a video on your lightroom organisation would be interesting!
Thanks for watching Craig… glad there was a couple of new ones in there for you 🙌🏼 I did make one on my mobile workflow a while back. But you give me a good idea to maybe do one more centred around organisation…. Watch this space 👀
I’d love a video on organising too
@@loushared6602 sold. Thanks for the inspiration. I’ll get to planning one 😃
Very helpful video for a Lightroom Classic user. I recently upgraded my Ipad with the goal of traveling without my laptop. Last week I broke down and added an overpriced Apple Pencil. However, I quickly learned that the Apple Pencil works very well with Lightroom on an iPad. The pencil helps in making precise selections and quickly navigating around Lightroom. Nice feeling of returning to pencil and paper. As Hannah described the Lightroom remove tool works like magic on an iPad. Thanks for the video.
So glad it was helpful Dan. I think the pencil is a worthwhile investment it really boosts the experience and great for the fine controls. I’m a convert to travelling without my laptop now - it’s a very freeing feeling so go iPad only. And I definitely feel a bit more ‘creative’ when using it. Are there any major tools you miss from LR classic?
Hello Hannah, so far the only tool I miss from Classic is select object in masking. But Adobe will likely find a solution to that. Select people is also absent but select subject usually works in that regard, even with a large group. No surprise, but Ipad OS makes file transfer and backup to a SSD difficult from my iPhone 14 Pro (Lightning). However, using AirDrop to transfer RAW files from the iPhone 14 to a M4 iPad Pro is much faster than I expected, like a second or two. I still need to try USB-C RAW file transfer from my Sony A7iv. But I can always sync files to Adobe Cloud or iCloud.
Excellent, useful and concise. I had no idea generative remove had come to LR Mobile. Thanks Hannah.
Thanks Alan 🙌🏼 So happy it has come to mobile - it’s super impressive too 💥
Great tips and tools ! I love Lightroom on my iPad along with the Apple Pencil. I’ve never used the white balance tool before, I’m giving this a go next . Adding boarders I’ve never used or noticed it! Does make the images look abit more professional I think 👍 My favourite tools are masking and the new remove tool is a game changer! I’ve been trying to play around with curves recently, the traditional S curve seem to work well. I have been guilty of using the recommended presets before when editing on the fly , sorry 😂😂
Pad and pencil is a game changer isn’t it… 🙌🏼 I use borders all the time, it does give the images a nice look. Haha - on presets. We must all be ‘guilty’ - some of them aren’t actually too bad that are baked in…
Very cool to see someone giving nice tips instead of just hating on Adobe even if they deserve it.
Thanks for watching. Really appreciate it. I guess there’s always improvements that can be made but also always some good stuff too…
@@HannahYoungPhotography exactly, some Adobe tools are just irreplaceable, this wave of I quit Adobe for X and Y doesn't make sense for everyone.
@@REMY.C. I’m with you. I did jump ship to DaVinci for my video editing. Mostly to try it out and then found it’s pretty good for my (basic) needs and as it’s free software stuck with it….
Thanks for this video as I have bought a Android tablet and intend to edit my holiday photographs on them. As I have been using snapseed for my street photography. But my street portraits I want to use lightroom.
Thanks for watching and I hope it gives you a little help for editing on your new tablet. Enjoy :)
Nice one. Very useful, thanks
Thanks for watching Michael 🙏🏻
Excellent video.
I just wish we could use the Apple Pencil on the iPhone… those sliders are small! Or maybe it's my fingers! 😉
Haha! I’m 100% with you - the very same thought has crossed my mind. And I have small hands 😂
Great video! I dont have the Add Border and Share option anywhere though 😢 App is up to date as well? I'm sure I used to have it... where the heck has it gone?! Grrr
Thanks for watching 😄 Oh no that is so annoying. I recall someone else mentioning this to me in the past. Mmm 🤔 Need some advise from Adobe on this one…
It doesn’t come up as an option when I hit share from the grid view. Only when I’m in a specific image which is open…
