Love the quick double knife drills. Great way to maximize my time when I have a narrow window to grab some work.

I’ve been with you for years. I went from a broken mma fighter to watching your videos when I was injured to doing everything I did before plus adding Silat and Kali classes twice a week. Your channel helped me go from sport combat to John Wick. Lol I’m no John Wick. I can take him hahaha. I’m lethal though. Thank you 🙏🏻 brother.

Very nice. Note to myself. Invest in ALL of the armed training programs asap. Never know when an where this may come on handy. Especially palying round an implementation into all the other slash an stab drills

Love the drill Guru Paul I. I have actually done backfist punch backfist, rear hook and lead hook, wow fits right in with that transference, thank you Guru Paul and your Kalicenter associates. 😎👍

The way I was trained the jab is almost as a flick using the tip to gouge above or around the eyes

Just curious as to why do you hold your knife with your thumbs and index finger held loosely and extended like that?

      Mainly for speed and precision.

Really great, thank you Paul. I did have to slow down, only because I struggle in mirror image. Seeing as well from behind to a slow count is best for me, as being new to this, there's a lead and lag effect...
