- Hope this is good enough for now... Due to popular demand (it's not that popular but I've always wanted to say that) here is part 2.
Villain!Deku AU is so frigging entertaining to think of. Whether Deku's a villain or a hero he is a cinnamon roll that I love.
Story (because I suck at visual story telling but watch before reading this cuz, for effect, i guess) :
Deku makes headlines as a dangerous villain.
Kacchan is seen at a hospital(?) and a lady hands him a diagnosis, one that is related to Kacchan's favorite insults to Deku.
Deku plans out his strategy, and remembers a place from his home, where the Sludge Villain Incident took place.
Deku sees that All Might and the other heroes aren't doing anything.
He "needs a place to hide but [he] can't find one near" - he must hide, he must save Kacchan.
He is reprimanded (yadayada) and realizes that having superpowers don't mean anything if you don't use whatever you have for other people.
Kacchan and Deku come face to face.
Far above in the city, the whole sky is painted in the color of sirens, and something else.

Phøinex Girl even thought you commented this 3 days* ago and probably understand now. I SHALL STILL EXPLAIN! So! Bakugo bullied Deku for almost his whole life. Do you think a true hero would do that? He might have enough powers to be a hero but he doesn't have the heart, I'm practically comparing him to Endeavor. If you put it together they're actually almost exactly alike, they both want to beat Almight, they both have very strong powers, and they both are clouded by greed and the thirst for power. Also they both quickly judge a person by their powers.

Wanted Villain: _" Deku "_
Quirk: *Quirk Deletion*
This quirk allows Deku to disable others' quirks, so long as he knows how they work.
*Initially* : Deku must physically contact the individual with a quirk and have full knowledge of the science behind it. Only after extended periods of physical contact will the victim's quirk begin to falter, and eventually fail to work.
*Eventually* : Deku must know the user's general ability to be able to disable it. He can now permanently switch off someone's quirk if he knows the what makes it function.
*Breakthrough* : Deku can remove the compatibility between a quirk and its user, thus preventing them from ever being able to utilize it again. He needs only see it used once to control this factor.
*Final* : Quirk Deletion functions regardlelss of knowledge of opponent's quirks. He freely decides who can and cannot wield quirks. There are times when he will delete the quirks of a heavily populated city's worth of people simultaneously.
(SN: This goes hand in hand with his original obssession with studying quirks. )

When did that idea come to him? While he thought back to the times he told him that he couldn’t be a hero? Jee Bakugou
well, deku kept on telling Bakugou that he wanted to be a hero and in the anime he didn't ultimately lose hope til All Might goes "nope" (heh that rhymed). He persevered and tried his best to be the hero or the good guy against all odds, and now... he's a villain.

Daric Art it’s okay~ I like to read others insight and opinions to things. ya it was sarcastic cuz I was a bit mad that Bakugou would say that in the first place (or, well u, but tbh it’s not too far from what he’d actually say if a situation like ur idea happened).
And btw, thank u for such content! I love villain Deku I swear he’d be so amazing as one in canon, with his big brain it will probably be one of the best shows.
Its a cool idea if the mc is a villain (with a bit of morals) and has to think up amazing plans to trick the heroes. How they got broken, were they justified, r they truer than a hero. Not a lot of shows have bad guys as mc and that needs to change in my opinion... I mean, what can I say? I love Joker...
@@stories-kit I love Joker too! i've always been that weird kid in class who was the only one who liked villains (I might actually be the opposite of Deku) and yes, we definitely need more villain mc's. that's actually the reason I started the AU...

Ahhh! So much details put into it, like the siren's light illuminating Midoriya from behind too, the little articles on the side (fruit cut daily, the quiz), and how the doctor's office is the only light. Only hope of people before it is cemented. Though my favourite part has to be the Midoriya made out of his insecurities. Especially that the base for everything is his mother's words: I'm sorry Izuku, I'm sorry. And they are one of the bigger words. That hit me in the heart. Just, beautiful! Thank you for putting in so much work and effort
that one shot where Deku's negative silhouette was composed of all the horrible things people said to him was just... mmmm. good stuff.
also, that last line, tho. savage call out.
p.s. that part where Bakugo's getting his diagnosis and instead of writing it out you slide back to him insulting Deku sometime in the past was so good. i felt like i could hear bakugo say it.

Okay, but nobody gonna talk about how “Quirk Deletion” fits Villain Deku perfectly??? Like, everyone always told him he couldn’t be a hero because he had no quirk, so making everyone else on the planet quirkless like him?? Amazing. It’s right up there with Stain’s reasoning and ideals.
I had an idea similar to what I think you are portraying, about Izuku being a villain to stop the Quirk Singularity theory. Like he is doing it for the better of people, but he is having to be a villain and make sacrifices to do so.

Okay. This is one of the best villain Deku AUs I've seen! It's a beautiful animatic and the lines are very well thought out! please continue this, its one of my favorite Villain dekus ever

I know he's supposed to be a villain and all, but this AU is giving me so many Charlotte vibes, and I really love it alot? Charlotte is such a great anime with quite an original twist on the supernatural plotline.

I love how this one is different from others I've seen, he's not in the league of villains for one and how he says it's not because of Kaccan or just because of him.
I love this concept. Most Villain Deku stories I find, whether it be a fanfic or animatic, Generally go around the idea that Deku wants to simply kill AllMight. The idea that he wants to simply get rid of quirks all together makes it make more sense. In my opinion anyhow. Great animatic!

Mkay here’s what I have
Midoriya saw everything as black and white, which represents yin and yang-good and bad. But after learning the hard way that heroes-the people he looked up and dedicated his LIFE to-weren’t all they were cracked up to be, things turned red and black, and these colors are often associated with something evil or negative.
Midoriya stopped seeing the good in anyone because he held the same grudge over everyone. Once the source of the grudge was gone, (aka the quirks) everyone faded into the background. Like I said in my comment on part one, Katsuki still stand out to him because Midoriya’s hatred for Katsuki is much stronger and deeper than quirks. Because it’s easy for a stranger to throw you away because your quirkless, but Katsuki and Midoriya were best friends, and Midoriya had always looked up to Katsuki. Abandoning a quirkless stranger and abandoning a quirkless friend ARE NOT the same thing, and will have VERY different consequences and it will affect the victim in different ways.

okay, so Katsuki is still black and white. This might be because Midoriya still remembers hor much he trusted Katsuki, his friend. So there’s still some good in Katsuki to Midoriya. But, of course, Midoriya was lied to and betrayed by heros.
Now you may be thinking, "Midoriya can’t POSSIBLY still see good in Katsuki." Well, he responds to Katsuki’s line of "you were supposed to be a hero" with "you were too." I think Midoriya WANTS to believe that someone will stop him, that heroes were the good guys and he was wrong. I think he wants Katsuki to stop him, and I think Midoriya telling Katsuki that he was supposed to be a hero was his final shot at getting Katsuki to stop him.
