I really like how Deku had "turned off" everyones quirk to be equal, since he was quirkless. It just shows how to everyone how it feels to be quirkless.

Wait minute.. I can see Ari/Eri actually doing this to save Deku. We already have the quirk erasing bullets and the bullets that bring quirks back. We also have Ari/Eri who just needs to learn how to control her quirk. I can see the ending something like this: 'Shigaraki gets AFO and goes on a rampage or something and targets Deku. Deku and UA try their best but a lot get destroyed in battle. Other heros are trying to help but are stuck battling the other villains. Ari/Eri was freed from hospital a few days before and sees her friends in trouble on news. She finds her way to them and when she gets there she sees Shiggy about to touch Deku's face and she screams "NO!" and her horn glows. Everybody else starts to glow but there is no pain. Eraser-Head is shocked to see Ari/Eri there but he smiles guessing what she was doing because it was the same feeling (I feel bad for forgetting his name. The other kid who was supposed to get OFA. Sorry, Its almost been a year since I watched the anime) described when she gave his quirk back. Then everybody starts glowing. Shiggy's hand touches Deku's face and to everybody's shock nothing happens. Others try using their quirks and nothing happens. Some smile, others are angry. Ari/Eri then turns around, makes everything glow. Like the whole world somehow, and herself. Then it stops. All quirks are gone. Ari/Eri turns around to look at them, "No more fighting, everybody. Why not hug?" And smiles' Ahhh sorry if this doesnt make any sense
If anyone is wondering why Todo's hair changed color, His hair color is a genetic trait directly linked to his quirk (think Tokoyami's head being a bird despite that not being his quirk), so removing his quirk (opposed to turning it off like Aizawa does) would probably also change his hair color to what it would be without a quirk.
My god this made me realize that I’d Deku did become a villain his goal WOULD be to make everyone feel the same as he did. And to get rid of the one thing that discriminated him all his life.... Absolutely Brilliant!!!👍

Villain!Deku is almost like Brightburn or Redhood. Like, what someone with the qualities of heroes would be if he didn't become a hero. Which I think is more dangerous than an actual villain that is just pure evil. And Villain!Deku is certainly very OP, he has studied all the current heroes obsessively and he did so too when he got in UA in canon so he'd probably still do so even if he didn't go to UA. Having that much information would make him so powerful against them and you totally showed that in your animatic! Nice! (The Aizawa scene is my fave hahaha that was perfect!) Also, I came from part 2 before I saw this and I was a bit confused about where part 1 was since it's not in the recommendations so I stalked your channel a bit.
That was really cool! I like the concept of, instead of going for the typical 'kill katsuki', you made it so Deku made everyone quirkless! An underrated artist! I subscribed!

This is such a good idea! Villain deku with no quirk has to use his smarts to get back at all those who hurt him. He creates a machine that takes away everyone’s quirks so they know how he feels. That is a 50k+ fic if I’ve ever seen one!

Leading someone into a back alleyway so he and a few others could ambush the student and steal their quirk and kill them. After he was powerful enough, he sent NOMU’s out to attack over the city. He stands on a rooftop watching, and as the TV crew fly up, he looks up, waves, takes off his mask and smiles. Somewhere in the distance all the MHA students are seeing his face as a villain onscreen. They suddenly understand what happened to their friends. But they were mostly shocked that the sweet, selfless Deku would be the master villain behind all the mysterious attacks. Deku waits in an abandoned building, knowing Bakugo would find him. Sensing someone walking up behind him, Deku simply says “Hello, Bakugo. I’m glad you found me.” Bakugo lunges at Deku, and they fight. Deku had an advantage though; he knew Bakugo’s fighting style and quirk well, and Deku was using a different fighting style then in training! Deku managed to win and trap Bakugo under a pile of fallen metal bars. “This is your fault you know, you teased me for being quirkless all my life, drove me to insanity, and now it’s your turn.” Deku reached down, stealing Bakugo’s quirk. ‘’It was a pity it ended so soon. I’m going to enjoy your death.” Deku said, before shooting Bakugo in the heart with his gun. Going back to the roof top, he held out a small remote. He held it in the air and yelled as loud as he could, ‘NOMU’S STOP!” Before looking at the camera crew and saying “I want the whole world to hear this...” he looked straight into the camera, saying “not all are created equal. Some don’t have quirks, while others do. I will put a stop to this once and for all...” he pressed the button on the remote in his hand “I will destroy hero’s.” A huge bomb rises out of the building behind him, and starts blinking. The bomb, charged with One For All’s power, would steal all the quirks from every human in the world, so they would know the pain of being quirkless. The bomb started up creating a powerful pull of energy. People’s appearances started to change. Those who had mutations started looking more normal, and the quirks where drained away (even Deku’s) making the world like it was before quirks appeared. Deku, succeeding in his goal, simply said: “Now no one will have a quirk.” Before leaning back and falling off the building calmly and falling to his death.” Edit: I also made another one kinda like this but Deku gets reformed and becomes good in the end. Y’all are going to tell me that I do not have to post this, however, I feel strongly about this easily overlooked aspect of the series/fandom. I HAVE TO post this: Bakugo, Katsuki is a bully character. As someone who was bullied from prekindergarten through to my first year of high school back when I used to live in a TOXIC ENVIRONMENT (El Paso, Texas) I have a bias (as “unfair” as most of the fandom will SCREAM at me that it is) toward bully-type characters and would rather not have them in a series if it can be helped. His character is unfairly pretty because the original plan that Horikoshi, Kouhei had for this specific character was for him to be a nice-type character and instead turned him into a bully-type at the last second. The main reason that most of the fandom even SOMEWHAT likes his character is because he is OBJECTIVELY visually aesthetically pleasing. Obviously anyone who is at least thirteen and up KNOWS that being in ANY WAY, SHAPE, AND/OR FORM of a relationship with someone who was a bully during their younger years is signing yourself up for suicide and/or homicide and/or just death. Because death is a better option than being in a relationship with someone like that. This is my personal opinion on a popular topic in this fandom. Do not come for me just because I am expressing my personal opinions in a civil manner about something that I have strong feelings about. I just do not like seeing good and well written characters get hurt because the fans in a fandom want those characters to interact with a bully-type character. I am not okay with unhealthy relationships and I would hope that my fellow fans would agree that being in a relationship with a bully-type character is unhealthy and difficult (painful) to see in fanworks. Deku actually did something that’s kind of a good and bad thing. Maybe it’s kinda better with people not having quirks, I mean look at us in the real world, we hold up fine!

The flow of this animatic and the way everything lined up to the beat was phenomenal, and made the animatic so much fun to watch. The idea of Villain Deku removing everyone's quirk is a unique one and I'm kinda wondering how he did it. Was it Overhaul? I feel like it's something to do with Overhaul. Also that little Shigaraki cameo was great and Aizawa was so well drawn. The entire sequence in the beginning was amazing and the fading from child Deku and Bakugou, to middle school Deku and Bakugou, to current Deku and Bakugou is a great idea and was so fun to watch. The music choice caused such a dissonance, as upbeat as it is, with the visuals and I loved it. I feel like you can get a lot of Dekus mind set right now from the song The satisfaction, the malicious joy, the playfulness, and the complete certainty that he'll win; Deku is finally getting his revenge and he is ecstatic about it.

Damn Deku that was cold blooded turn every villain hero to no superpowers no more that's kind of badass
Y’all are going to tell me that I do not have to post this, however, I feel strongly about this easily overlooked aspect of the series/fandom.
I HAVE TO post this:
Bakugo, Katsuki is a bully character.
As someone who was bullied from prekindergarten through to my first year of high school back when I used to live in a TOXIC ENVIRONMENT (El Paso, Texas) I have a bias (as “unfair” as most of the fandom will SCREAM at me that it is) toward bully-type characters and would rather not have them in a series if it can be helped.
His character is unfairly pretty because the original plan that Horikoshi, Kouhei had for this specific character was for him to be a nice-type character and instead turned him into a bully-type at the last second.
The main reason that most of the fandom even SOMEWHAT likes his character is because he is OBJECTIVELY visually aesthetically pleasing.
Obviously anyone who is at least thirteen and up KNOWS that being in ANY WAY, SHAPE, AND/OR FORM of a relationship with someone who was a bully during their younger years is signing yourself up for suicide and/or homicide and/or just death.
Because death is a better option than being in a relationship with someone like that.
This is my personal opinion on a popular topic in this fandom.
Do not come for me just because I am expressing my personal opinions in a civil manner about something that I have strong feelings about.
I just do not like seeing good and well written characters get hurt because the fans in a fandom want those characters to interact with a bully-type character.
I am not okay with unhealthy relationships and I would hope that my fellow fans would agree that being in a relationship with a bully-type character is unhealthy and difficult (painful) to see in fanworks.

The flow of this animatic and the way everything lined up to the beat was phenomenal, and made the animatic so much fun to watch.
The idea of Villain Deku removing everyone's quirk is a unique one and I'm kinda wondering how he did it. Was it Overhaul? I feel like it's something to do with Overhaul. Also that little Shigaraki cameo was great and Aizawa was so well drawn.
The entire sequence in the beginning was amazing and the fading from child Deku and Bakugou, to middle school Deku and Bakugou, to current Deku and Bakugou is a great idea and was so fun to watch.
The music choice caused such a dissonance, as upbeat as it is, with the visuals and I loved it. I feel like you can get a lot of Dekus mind set right now from the song The satisfaction, the malicious joy, the playfulness, and the complete certainty that he'll win; Deku is finally getting his revenge and he is ecstatic about it.

It’s been a while since I watched this and it’s really good but I forgot that the last time i read the description, so i read it again and man i was not expecting “Todoroki is basically Zuko without the signature hair”, just gonna say Todoroki will never be Zuko.
