I love how you included that Deku would be considered a "true" hero by Stain, because if you think about it, his way of thinking wasn't _technically_ wrong. A lot of the heroes did it for the fame, therefore they came off as "fake." Deku would do it out of true compassion, not selfish desires, and he would feel like _that_ was what a true hero is. Leading to him becoming a villain to get rid of the "fake" heroes. I love this, because if Deku had _any_ chance of becoming a villain, this would be why.
Stain wanted to kill innocents because he didn't like the new definition of the word "hero". If they were called "supercops", Stain would have no problem. He murdered for semantics. Also his backstory in Vigilantes is terrifying.
Stain has some points but he is still psychopathic, petty, a hypocrite and a murderer of the worst degree. The fact that the person who technically inspired his crusade against heroes in the first place called him out on exactly that (before he punched his nose in) should be a telling sign.
I agree not only that but the villans of the story mention sacrifice.why does a hero that has powers have to sacrifice themselves to be heros,they are talking about death of comrades and how it's a obligation that they must do this without any justice or compensation. InJstice the Villan face is probably discrimination of quirks cuz you can't control what type of quirk you get and get crushed by society standards and no help received e.g abandoned and mistreatment.In addition In justice in terms of how useful a person could be and not based on the actuall person personality and feelings.

I think a lot of explanations are that when he was Mido's age, he wanted to become a hero too, but as a quirkless, no one believed in his dream to become a symbol of peace until Nana. He based his 'good to dream but keep it realistic' speech off of both that experience AND the fact that he, as the no.1 hero, was injured beyond repair. I still kinda think that Ofa is a cop out for Mido, but Horikoshi didn't want to write a story based on a quirkless protagonist. He wanted to write about the legacy of Ofa, and as Mido says, how he became the greatest hero. Tldr; All might is basing his opinion on both his childhood experience and his battle with AFO, and Horikoshi just didn't want to write a story about a quirkless protagonist.
I’ve probably watched this forty times now and sent it to everyone I know. I wasn’t expecting this video to hit me so hard. I love the AU you’ve created so much it tells such a full story. I was bawling my eyes out this whole video and the ending the just broke me. The parallels. I am just a sucker for them. But the weight that moment carries in your AU’s story. One of the things I loved about this is the animator/illustrator, made Deku look my calm, and down to earth, while the majority make him look psychotic, and vengeful.

It wasn't 100% the same as this animatic (more like 70%), but it's still so freaking awesome that you created this animatic and posted it in the same week that I thought of it and I have that "awe" moment! If deku became a villain I think this would be why: Just like in season two stain had said that many hero’s are fake and do it for selfish reasons so Izuku began to think that way and realised the amount of people around him who did it for themselves (etc Iida for his family representation, Uraraka for money, bakugou for just being the best and more) but deku wanted to save others and rebelled against the selfish hero system, joined the LOV to get support and eventually forgot all about hero stuff due to his new relationships in the LOV

I followed your direction, did everything you asked. hope it makes you happy, cause there’s just no turning back.” when he said that to bakugo that was just like wow because he is right though bakugo just took him down from wanting to be an hero (it wasn’t all his fault I’m pretty sure) deku was at his lowest point and he became a villain now what he does as a villain there was no going back.
