Thanks for this tutorial, i just came across busted canvas a couple days ago, i always make Halloween crafts for my daughters birthday, the creepier the better, going to do this with a skeleton busting out.

I am doing a busted canvas for my granddaughter who is in her first play. It's an actual playhouse rendition if The Adam's Family. I want to use the playbill along with her in her costume. I want to make tge busted canvas like a theater curtain with folds. Any ideas or suggestions?

I would try making the cut like a curve. You could try it on paper, like a half circle.
