This music strongly reminds me of times i'd go shopping (mostly for clothes) in a bigger city, during the christmas holidays, often along with a long time friend, until it was 7pm and completely dark with shops' lights and christmas decorations illuminating the wet pavement. It gives me a very strong image of character on the right, in the foreground, outside on a cold evening past dark, having fun in snowflakes falling slowly, in a quiet main street deserted at that time of day! with the lights of shops reflecting on the pavement covered in melting snowflakes, with a few silhouettes of passers-by and a giant clock tower in strong perspective in the background. Despite being in art block, i'm getting the sudden urge to draw that on digital. As someone with aphantasia, it's one of the very few times i get something so incredibly close to a mental image; a few years ago i had listened to a lofi version and it gave me a general impression, and years later the original version looped keeps that same idea and makes it strikingly specific, and days later i still remember that same image just as vividly. Absolutely incredible. I can't remember the last time it happened other than with this music. Thank you Toby for this wonderful music, and thank you for this looped version.

It sucks how everyone is hating on Toby Fox for producing games slowly. Like...They're video games, They take a long time to make, and you're not gonna die without them. Think of how long it takes to design each room, and design each sprite, dialogue, and all his amazing jokes. Ontop of that he has to test the whole game out after he makes it, and if one thing is wrong he has to go back and fix it, THEN test it again to see how it works out. Poor Toby, I wish him the best of luck and I hope he takes a break if he needs to.
As somebody who’s tried to make a Reality (My term for making a system in which a human can interact and have an effect, like a video game, card game, choose your own adventure book) its pretty freaking hard. I mostly stick to TCGs because video games are even harder to make due to the extra middle step of programming and the extremely frustrating step of debugging. Also, I’m just a lot better at drawing physically than digital art lmao

It sounds very plausible, but it's not in the Deltarune Fandom Wiki. A hint could be that he says "moi" in Chapter 2, but someone on Reddit said Toby joked on a livestream that he's from New Orleans, which doesn't confirm anything about what type of accent he really has beyond the fake, mostly failed Early Modern English one. ... I don't know if Game Grumps played Deltarune, but if they ever do, this would be the peak opportunity to hear Dan's legendary french voice (Jean-Eric)

This music strongly reminds me of times i'd go shopping (mostly for clothes) in a bigger city, during the christmas holidays, often along with a long time friend, until it was 7pm and completely dark with shops' lights and christmas decorations illuminating the wet pavement.
It gives me a very strong image of character on the right, in the foreground, outside on a cold evening past dark, having fun in snowflakes falling slowly, in a quiet main street deserted at that time of day! with the lights of shops reflecting on the pavement covered in melting snowflakes, with a few silhouettes of passers-by and a giant clock tower in strong perspective in the background.
Despite being in art block, i'm getting the sudden urge to draw that on digital.
As someone with aphantasia, it's one of the very few times i get something so incredibly close to a mental image; a few years ago i had listened to a lofi version and it gave me a general impression, and years later the original version looped keeps that same idea and makes it strikingly specific, and days later i still remember that same image just as vividly. Absolutely incredible. I can't remember the last time it happened other than with this music.
Thank you Toby for this wonderful music, and thank you for this looped version.

It sucks how everyone is hating on Toby Fox for producing games slowly. Like...They're video games, They take a long time to make, and you're not gonna die without them. Think of how long it takes to design each room, and design each sprite, dialogue, and all his amazing jokes. Ontop of that he has to test the whole game out after he makes it, and if one thing is wrong he has to go back and fix it, THEN test it again to see how it works out. Poor Toby, I wish him the best of luck and I hope he takes a break if he needs to.
As somebody who’s tried to make a Reality (My term for making a system in which a human can interact and have an effect, like a video game, card game, choose your own adventure book) its pretty freaking hard. I mostly stick to TCGs because video games are even harder to make due to the extra middle step of programming and the extremely frustrating step of debugging. Also, I’m just a lot better at drawing physically than digital art lmao

A hint could be that he says "moi" in Chapter 2, but someone on Reddit said Toby joked on a livestream that he's from New Orleans, which doesn't confirm anything about what type of accent he really has beyond the fake, mostly failed Early Modern English one.
