I’m excited to try the new one but I can’t get it anywhere cuz it’s out of stock :( I do love the old version though so sad they couldn’t keep both! What’s on your eyelids????It’s so sparkly and pretty ❤❤
I found it available here: www.givenchybeauty.com/gb/p/prisme-libre-mini-loose-powder-F20100174.html agree they should have kept both version! On my eyes I am wearing the Christian Dior Mitzah 10 colours eyeshadow palette. If you what my latest video on the Dior foundation stick I am showing this exact makeup look 😉
Finally have my new one to try it out and I think the biggest issues for most people are down to 3 things, 1. The previous powders did have super fine shimmer and with the talc it covered it (I have a few of the original versions though some definitely had more of this effect than others) but this leads into 2. Which is that this powder I think really is finer and therefore easy to pack on too much easily so it looks way more radiant (plus without the talc mattifying as much its easier to see) which is also that this powder requires a lighter hand. I never used the original as setting powder but always finishing (dry skin) so i cant say from my experience alone but based on everyones experience im unaure this could be used as a setting powder using a light hand. And 3. I think Givenchy marketing it as setting is a really negative hit because its telling people how to use and apply the powder and you really cant use it the same way anymore at least not without a learning curve. Even with companies using finishing and setting interchangeably most of us have an idea on their use and how, so this is really kicking them in the shin 😂
