Just like Melissa Gilbert we were both born May 8,1964, I grew up along side Little House On The Prairie, never missing an episode. On the occasion I catch it on TV it sends me right back to my childhood.🧡🙂
Melissa in little house is just beyond the best ...my favorite show of all time..and I still watch it .and haven't seen thirty something is such a long time but when it was originally on TV I absolutely loved it

Tim Busfield is my hero. I was in front of him, looking into my truck's side mirror, very distressed after seeing my doc. Tim just looked straight into my mirror and smiled. Made everything better. Loved him in 30 Something. Melissa and he are such a great couple.
I had a cigarette with him years ago at a Sacramento Kings game. We both went outside to smoke and we were the only ones out there. We had a casual conversation about the game. I didn't ask him anything about show biz or even acknowledge who he was. I figured he was just there to enjoy the game. I wanted to respect that.
You both look so adorable together and I love watching you in Little House on the Prairie (TV series, 1974-1983)
What a lovely couple. They are way more attractive and classy by being their real selves. Hollywood, take note!

this is a princess with her prince. Finally. All she wanted was love and understanding. To let people know she's human. Many people feel they need permission from the world. She is one of those people that no matter what she does we will always love her. I just love every single thing about her. It hurts and bothers me that I will never know her in person. She changed my life when I was a little girl. It was the only kind of a family I known
I have always loved her as an actress. Shes wonderful! Still watch little house and always will

Great interview. I love them both!!! Thirtysomething was one of my favorite shows of all time. Little House on the Prairie is still on and I watch it whenever I get a chance.

Timothy, Thirty Something helped me get through my 30’s, and raising little ones. I really wish for a Sixty Something, a reunion to visit how boomers are navigating aging. It would be so awesome. Think about it? ✌️
I agree!!! Both actors have helped me through those years and are like old friends, and would LOVE to see some 60 something shows!

Loved Thirty Something!
Timothy Busfield (Elliott) and Patricia Wettig (Nancy)were my favorite characters on Thirtysomething...so real. Hope (Mel Harris) was a whiney, high maintenance stay at home mom. She had the best hubby (Michael Steadman) played by Ken Olin, and was never happy. Huge PITA. The last few seasons were brilliant, covering the problems in Nancy’s and Elliot’s marriage, separation, Nancy’s diagnosis of cancer...the acting was incredible, so the “nerd, booger” turned out to be an amazing actor and the 30 something storyline was riveting. Plus ...who in God’s name discovered the young actor who portrayed Ethan. ..So well done. I’d love to see a reunion of all the characters, great series, which I watch every winter on the DVD set my kids got me for Christmas years ago,

I'm two years older than Melissa, my sister and I watch Little House on the Prairie all the time!! I still watch it!! I have all the books. My sister and I are about two years apart. I lost her in 2008, so hard. But when I watch this show, just brings back so many good memories!! Love these two!

I remember seeing Melissa in Sun Valley, Idaho back in the early 1980's. She was skating on the ice rink there. She looked very graceful on ice skates and beautiful!

I grew up in northern Michigan and currently live here and would never live anywhere else..I would love to hang out and talk raising chickens with Melissa ❤️...We are so happy to have you here in Michigan Melissa and Tim .
They moved to the Catskills in 2018.
Love these 2. Watched both of them from 13 years old onward i am 61 today. Little house was my fav show from start to end of it. I Loved thirty something show. Watched that show my husband at the time and I, it was our fav show at the time never missed an episode. They make a great couple.

Well she is 56 and he is 63....so they are not very young anymore. But they also look pretty natural which ages one. Perhaps if they were still covering their gray and she wore more makeup...but who really gives a shit? They are just being themselves. I respect that...its rare in Hollywood or real life for that matter!

I wish Thirty Something would stream on some channel on TV. That was one of my all time favorite TV shows. I was 30-something when it originally aired. I'd love to watch reruns.

A talented actor!
They are down to earth and didn’t get caught up in the so called Hollywood glamour!

OMG..I laughed so hard when she talked about having rotator cuff surgery and how good Tim was at doing her hair. I also had rotator cuff surgery and my husband was HORRIBLE at it..hahahah we still laugh about how bad his pony tails were..but he never married or had children until het met me so that would be why..I love both of these people and still watch Little House on the Prairie..thank you ..this was awesome.

It's as close as we can get to 60 something... for now... Timothy Busfield played such a heart breaking,endearing husband with his 30 something wife Patricia Wettig on Neflix. "Dolly Pardons Heart strings"..Worth a watch !!
That was a great episode I cried like a baby.
I'm actually a big fan of that 1973 television version of A Miracle On 34th Street that she mentioned and had no idea until just now that she had tried out for it. Incidentally though the little girl who DID win the part of Susan, Suzanne Davidson, had no further screen credits. Like the saying goes you never can tell.
