This is very close to heresy! You have to have a $5K gun to be a good shooter! :) There are so many factors to running a good, fast stage time that I honestly feel the gun is a minor factor as long as it's reliable and reasonably accurate. Sure the high end guns are easier to shoot but overall, the gains are generally small. Better to spend money on ammo, training and practice.
Thank you for the video, I am about to get into uspsa and I am going to run a g19.5 as well.
@@darkdante2k4 oh awesome, I'm always glad to see new Compedators!
It’s the same way with golf, you can use Tiger Woods’ clubs but will never be as good as him.
19 is a great gun and target focused is the way .
My buddy shoots a Glock 26 and smokes guys shooting Shadow 2’s. It’s the Indian , not the arrow .
I personally shoot the 34 and P320 X5 Legion but I started out with a 19. 95% Shooter.... 5% tool. Great video! Thanks for sharing. Just sub'd
Can’t go wrong with a Glock! Great video! I’m definitely inspired to start competing in USPSA competitions! Keep up the content!
Team Glock! Right on brother.
Love the message here. Too many people get all wrapped up in having some crazy expensive rig.

Not sure if you mention it in the video, but have you tried the Glock Performance Trigger? I love them in my guns.
I purchased one after filming this, I have a few thousand rounds on the performance trigger now and do like it but they have some quirks
Is that an MOS model?
you're a cool dude
That’s awesome dude.
