Bron averaged 28/9/9 that year and played all 82 games. Led the team in points, assists, rebounds and steals that season. Was the playoff leader in points, assists and win shares. Averaged 34/9/10 in the Finals. It was an amazing season
And Ty Lue cost them that first game, NOT J.R.

2018 Lebron was just smarter than everyone on the court. That Toronto series, I don't think I've ever seen one player just straight up demoralize and dominate a team mentally like he did to the Raptors. I mean the Raptors were the best team in the East that year and it just felt like that entire series, they knew they had no shot to beat Lebron. And they didn't, he owned them. 2012 Lebron was the better player though, just from the standpoint of playing both sides of the court. He was robbed of DPOY that year. But I would easily take 2018 Lebron. He was ridiculous

yeah people are gonna realize Steve Kerr is as bad as Thibs at developing young players. Can't name a single young player the Warriors have drafted in the Meyer-Kerr era that made a lasting impact with that organization
2018 finals showed one difference between bron and MJ. After the idiotic move by JR instead of rallying his team and trying to keep their moral up, he gave up and told his team we just loss by his body language, pouting on the sidelines. The game was tied going into OT, it's a whole new game. MJ would've put that team in his back and got the win. Even if MJ loss he would've never gave up, pouted, complained, or visibly showed that he was disappointed in his teammate. Bron shows a lack of leadership time and time again but nobody calls it out

Context is everything, the east was still VERY weak in 2018 and wasn’t till 2019 kawhi even made another east team relevant along with Giannis also he’s saying who was on that cavs team, well to start the year, Derrick rose and Dwayne wade was there, Larry nance definitely someone a casual fan can point out in the nba he’s good, Kyle korver one of the best marksman in the nba to ever lace em up, Kendrick Perkins a nba champion, Jeff green is still balling out even at his age, George hill a solid pg during that time, Isiah Thomas someone who was forced out of the nba for no reason much like Carmelo Anthony, J.R smith someone who I’ve always believed could’ve been a superstar had he decided to lead his own team that guy was a freak of nature just watch a few highlights of his it won’t take many he was incredible. Jae crowder, someone who literally every team in today’s nba is looking for a true 3 and D guy. Channing Frye one of the best stretch bigs during that time to pair with Kevin love. Jose calderon I mean the fact we have people dragging these players is one thing but to constantly see it no matter what team lebron gets on is a whole nother topic we can go on and on about some other day it’s pathetic and disgusting seeing this type of stuff night in and night out, great series by lebron but calling his team a bunch of bums is just sickening.

So angry he broke his hand
what I think is crazy is there was still some questionable calls that swayed in the warriors favor in that game 1. if those calls were called accurately the Cavs would have won game 1 easy by 5 points.
there was also a rumor that bron injured his hand punching the wall after that game which is why the rest of the series he didnt shoot at the same rate he had been shooting all playoffs. if that is true and he never injured his hand it might have still been a competitive series. that team was so overmatched though that I viewed it as "if the Cavs push it to a 6 or 7 game series thats like bron winning a title" there was no reason the Cavs should have been close.
