Long live the Cobra Jet Express!!! Fred and I spent 3 hours one night at Pomona getting getting me caught up with the entire West Coast CJ gang!!! His cream colored 390 Mustang was gorgeous, ran D/SA during the years Dave & Ron raced this car. Can't wait to see it again.
Love this car. Raced against Fred decades ago in SS. Great guy, racer and car. Super nice person. Oh, In-‘n-Out Burger guy. Was this the green/blue car from long ago?
This was great and so is Fred. Seen Fred race that car many times and never realized it is still pretty much the same as it was the first time I saw it in the 80's. Runs really good .
Fred and I have raced three times. I won twice. Best race was on a Sat afternoon at Pomona when he left first, my car didn't hook so I left it flat footed and and on a 9.67 I went a 9.67 and got him! Always a gentleman racer.
Fred's brothers Gary and Greg were my buddies back in the day. We were motorcycle crazies back in La Verne and Pomona. Unfortunately I lost the poloroid I took at Pomona of this 69 with the In n Out logo on the doors. Fred is much more laid back nowadays, lol.
hey Bobby.........you need to run into Richie Allen in his super stock 68 Mustang with Joe Cunningham ....... Rich has been doing it forever!!! Nice guy too.
Being a Ford guy seeing such a badass machine like this love it
That was one of the best interviews you have done ; Fred is just a average racer having fun ; you can relate to him ; keep up the good work.
Gotta love Fred Moreno, been watching him race for years, beautiful car.

Fred Moreno it’s racers like you that inspire the rest of us. Bobby great interview always keeping it in focus.👏👏👏
Another great video. Agreed, stock and super stock is my focus. Fuel is cool, but those two classes rule.
