It takes time to animate these characters, give them unique movesets, dialogue, and they have to go through layers of testing. Also, releasing the most wanted character last usually has games’ lifespans last longer. If you don’t want to wait, make your own fighting game and buy the rights to Spawn. Be patient. These take time to develop. It’s best to get these characters later, but finished and in prime condition rather than rushed out and worthless. You’ll get your money’s worth.
