Not everyone is a manager, we just all wear the "manager" shirts. However most everyone in this video has been fired/quit already. We had a rough couple of months with some questionable AMs.
And I also work at a pizza shop wearing gloves on the make line is completely optional as long as you’re not touching food after it comes out of the oven. All bacteria is killed in the pizza oven that heats up to around 550°. There’s absolutely no reason to where goes if you’re preparing dough, tossing pizzas, stretching dough or making pizzas.

I see some people comment about "not wearing gloves" blah blah blah. i get it, some people dont want germs or contamination but for me? im not a germaphobe, i honestly think that pizza tastes more authentic without gloves IMO. damn karens lol
So many complaints about gloves. Ya'll do realize that most of the time you eat out you're probably eating food that's been touched by either somebody's bare hand that has been touching other things or a glove that has been touching other things right? You want it completely sanitary make it at home yourself (and make sure to wear gloves since that's apparently so important).
That Spinach pizza u made was horrible. Take the extra minute and make sure sauce is on the edge and the toppings are spread out. Not all in the middle. That was a thin crust tok so the edges were probably brunt.

Wearing gloves does not prevent cross-contamination. The only way to prevent cross-contamination would be to wear a different pair of gloves each time you pick up a different food item. OR, to have a scooper for each food item. That's probably the most concerning part in the video, is that the employee is just picking up the grilled chicken and the jalapenos and the cheese with their hands. Having a scooper with a handle for each food item would prevent cross-contamination, but simply wearing gloves will NOT. Also, for a place like Dominos, all of their food is cooked at 450 degrees for x amount of time. This kills all possible bacteria and allergens on the food, which is why they've been approved to not have to supply gloves to employees.
