Just four days ago I got his with a MASSIVE energy drop. I couldn’t even go to work. I was absolutely exhausted. I have been pretty tired in general though the last two weeks. My heart would beat so fast , I couldn’t keep my eyes open I would have rapid eye movement , and I would have to lay down for about 30/40 mins! Now I am having days where I can’t get out of bed!! I almost always get “upgrades” in the wee hours of the morning 2-4am. Many times it wakes me up and I often feel on fire. I suffer from tinnitus and usually have a specific ringing in my left ear but the other night I got an upgrade that brought the ringing up so high it was jarring. Thankfully that only lasted that one night! I only wish I knew what was being upgraded!

Yes, I have experienced both the software and hardware upgrades many times since January of this year. You are correct that these only seem to happen when my schedule allows. My head twisting slowly in meditation, as far as it can go in either direction has happened only 3 times. The instant need to nap has happened at least a dozen times in the last 6 months. Today, the 30 minute nap turned into 2-hours. But I felt great afterwards, like you mentioned. My day isn’t ruined by it. It is only made better. Thanks for doing a video about it!

Oh yes I have felt this many times for numerous years now. I legit have felt my inner body parts moving around inside of me. Strange jerks as I am laying in bed, sudden sharp pains in places that I NEVER imagined or felt in my body, etc. at first I thought I was losing my mind, then I realized that I was freeing my mind and allowing. Thank you for sharing something that I’ve felt and have been afraid to express because so many don’t believe in this type of thing. But I believe it’s real and it’s nice to find someone who validates what Ive experienced in the past, (lots of hardware upgrades), now going through more software upgrades, fatigue, vivid dreams, unsure about what’s next but also a greater sense of calmness. Over the past couple of years I have been getting upgrades around 3.00am. I see and feel them and I just say thank you but I have experienced 2 painful upgrades. One was in Vienna while we were visiting my partner’s family. I was bedridden for the day. My Stomach area felt like it was turning inside out. I was not sick, just strange pain. Then, last week I awoke around 3.00am and my throat chakra and my chest, I was in agony. I attempted to do some healing where the pain was and a really strange thing happened in that the pain transferred to my hand!!! No I wasn’t dreaming as I was wide awake with pain. Only lasted an hour.

I've been experiencing this my whole life more or less, but it became really intense for me and my twin flame when we met. I've had like high pitched light bombs and codes been putted into my head. The light bombs was really scary from the beginning.
This is very interesting information for me and no doubt many others thank-you so much. I have lost count of the software upgrades as you call them often with associated tiredness. The level of tiredness varies from minor to almost forced sleeping 1-3 hours in the day when before the energy came I was fine. The energy often last many hours however. Much less often I’m experiencing the physical pains out of nowhere sometimes agonising then a few minutes later all is well. In almost all cases whether software or hardware I can feel the energy through the crown and selectively hear it as a roaring sound. No-one else in my family is experiencing it and it can cause some tensions tbh. Despite all this spiritual energy as I call it I’ve not noticed much difference to me afterwards. If there was some noticeable upgrade then at least I could point out some benefits of this to my wife! Anyway perhaps soon I’ll see some upgrades more clearly. Thanks again.

OMG, I get this early mornings, cramping in my feet and legs, sudden tiredness between 7/9pm knocks me out for around 30 mins and then feels wide awake. Then I go along on a path, like I feel like i have been told I need to concentrate on chakra healing, what kind of meditation I need to do. If you would have said all this would have been happening 18 months ago I would have said ...what !!!! Don't talk daft, you will gather that all this started last year 2023 around may/ june time. Interesting! I recently have experienced something very strange about a week ago. I was asleep and woke up being aware of a wave of energy moving from the top of my head to my feet that actually moved my body like a ripple of water. I was conscious but not startled and fell back into sleep. I’m not sure how much time passed but then was woke again to the wave of energy moving like a ripple from the right side starting with my right arm across my body to my left arm. I was aware again but not startled. Before this happened and since this happened, I have been having extreme fatigue in the afternoon. I’ve also been having terrible headaches and lower backaches that go into my legs. I assumed the fatigue and pain is from my multiple sclerosis but I’ve never felt the wave of energy through my body like that. Now I wonder if it is all connected. Thanks for the video! ❤

Yes walk alone in nature, pause, turn around, carry on. I like to hold the plants with 2 hands, feed the birds, meditate. My guitar playing is beyond my reasoning. I am dreaming and have at least 3 dreams sometimes very short really dramatic, visual. One dream I had a car crash. woke up in a van all of us are cloth puppets. African cloth puppet man with tweed hat explained I had passed over, we went into the woods to assist someone passing over. I felt very calm after the dreams.

I've been experiencing this my whole life more or less, but it became really intense for me and my twin flame when we met. I've had like high pitched light bombs and codes been putted into my head. The light bombs was really scary from the beginning.

This is very interesting information for me and no doubt many others thank-you so much.
I have lost count of the software upgrades as you call them often with associated tiredness. The level of tiredness varies from minor to almost forced sleeping 1-3 hours in the day when before the energy came I was fine. The energy often last many hours however.
Much less often I’m experiencing the physical pains out of nowhere sometimes agonising then a few minutes later all is well.
In almost all cases whether software or hardware I can feel the energy through the crown and selectively hear it as a roaring sound. No-one else in my family is experiencing it and it can cause some tensions tbh. Despite all this spiritual energy as I call it I’ve not noticed much difference to me afterwards. If there was some noticeable upgrade then at least I could point out some benefits of this to my wife! Anyway perhaps soon I’ll see some upgrades more clearly.

OMG, I get this early mornings, cramping in my feet and legs, sudden tiredness between 7/9pm knocks me out for around 30 mins and then feels wide awake. Then I go along on a path, like I feel like i have been told I need to concentrate on chakra healing, what kind of meditation I need to do. If you would have said all this would have been happening 18 months ago I would have said ...what !!!! Don't talk daft, you will gather that all this started last year 2023 around may/ june time. Also I am finding I am getting a selection of white, grey and black feathers 🪶 in my garden 😮

It's part of the community. When it comes to the feathers, I heard that feathers means that the angels are sending messages! So that's amazing!

Interesting! I recently have experienced something very strange about a week ago. I was asleep and woke up being aware of a wave of energy moving from the top of my head to my feet that actually moved my body like a ripple of water. I was conscious but not startled and fell back into sleep. I’m not sure how much time passed but then was woke again to the wave of energy moving like a ripple from the right side starting with my right arm across my body to my left arm. I was aware again but not startled. Before this happened and since this happened, I have been having extreme fatigue in the afternoon. I’ve also been having terrible headaches and lower backaches that go into my legs. I assumed the fatigue and pain is from my multiple sclerosis but I’ve never felt the wave of energy through my body like that. Now I wonder if it is all connected. Thanks for the video! ❤

Yes walk alone in nature, pause, turn around, carry on. I like to hold the plants with 2 hands, feed the birds, meditate. My guitar playing is beyond my reasoning. I am dreaming and have at least 3 dreams sometimes very short really dramatic, visual. One dream I had a car crash. woke up in a van all of us are cloth puppets. African cloth puppet man with tweed hat explained I had passed over, we went into the woods to assist someone passing over. I felt very calm after the dreams.

I am 63 always so energized ,sometimes like supernatural for my age am like this even without coffee, but lately I have my energy drop abruply like you said I have to rest which I barely ever feeling tired. And yes not often can count the pulling sensation it’s odd, you think is this not really happening or real.
