      For those that are reading this: This gentleman is too kind to say it, but the reason you still have to do physical work is because you’re just not that good. Trust me, if you were, you wouldn’t be here unless you are like this gentleman. Ive seen… damn! Makes my skin crawl to recall the memory. Still doing it with emotion. It was a changing moment for me and my reality!
      Just keep practicing meditation: 2x’s a day, an hour each time. The first one, balance your energy centers/chakras, focus on each one, only do the 7 for now, and release joy, happiness, great health, wealth, whatever you’re seeking. It must have an elevated emotion! Anger is an elevated emotion as well. Let that sink in.
      Keep doing this until you start seeing the signs. Duplicated numbers or 11 or 1111. That’s the strongest sign you will get. Things will align as you make progress as the universe has understood you and is making moves for you so that the outcome you requested appears in front of you. Remember, you still have a choice. If it appears and you reject it, missed opportunity.
      Anyways, do it religiously, consistent, you don’t have to think of god or Jesus, Ann that jazz. Remember, the creator is within, so you must go within to expand without. Unfold as nothingness to become everything! And please be careful! If you, for some reason jump out of your body for the first time, please just go back in with a simple thought of your body. Return to it. That is not something you are ready for if you are just beginning. I have more to say but that’s for another post. And no, I am not there. I can teach, but I have my own issues to deal with that is slowing my progress down. I’m working on it, but I have students that have made it beyond! They are INCREDIBLE! They can heal all!!! Anyways, good luck to everyone!
      Oh! I forgot the second meditation! This one can be fun! You can either relax and do a guided meditation for sleep, relaxing to sleep or of you a boss, work on your abundance! You’ll need it for what comes next.

      My method :
      1 : Do something relaxing, machinary, répétitive that you like, that takes your mind off things. Such as making Easy répétitive beaded jewelry. During say 15 minutes
      2 : when you do that, think of what you want to happen in your life and visualize it.
      Do that every Day for 3 to 6 weeks. Préférably at night between 11 pm to 2 am, your brain will help you more.

    A silly tip I have is to take a moment when you’ve just had a good laugh, take that thought and replace it with what you desire. Visualize and hang onto that joyful feeling for a moment.

    I believe in the power of visualization. When I was an amateur boxer part of my training was to spend an hour in visualization. I would visualize my technique and if I saw something wrong I would make changes. I would visualize being in the ring against my opponent and I visualized me winning the fight. It did me good because my record was 96 wins and 3 losses. All of my losses were split decision so those fights could have gone either way.

      I can relate to you. I played soccer when I was younger, I visualized those games and my plays. I always had the outcome I wanted.

    The images are a symbol or to provoke an emotion within. The image represents the feeling so the more vivid your imagination AND the emotion (energy in motion) the clarity of this image and emotion then it happens and if all blocks and channels (resistance, conflicting energies) are removed.. the sooner it arrives. Also, I don't know how to logically explain frequency energies. We radiate energy like a frequency channel, it must look like what abundance and happiness etc looks and feels like. That is a meta thing I can't actually explain with words lol. We are energetically like snowflakes, on a spiritual level we have a scent like a flower that is unique to us. That is like energy waves that come from our heart space and the more pure it is, the better the manifestation because the ego didn't get involved. But this was an amazing explanation! Thank you very much sir!

      Think of it like this:
      When you hear a song you love and you recalled the “party” you heard it which you had so much fun for, your mind takes you back and your feelings as if you were there come through you. It’s in your mind, your body feels like it’s really there so joy comes. Now, with that being said, the more you do this, the more you think of partying and feeling joyful about it, the higher the chances of you going to a party and having a good time are very likely to happen.
      Apply the same logic to your desires. Notice you already believed you had the party, you were there. Only the universe needs to get your message and make it happen. Depending on your focus will depend on how quickly it comes. Now, if your focus… is ‘okay’ not great, it’s also best to train and keep moving to your goals physically. Don’t lose track of your goals. See yourself at the finish line! You will get there!
      Also, real quick: when you ask for stuff, monkeys paw. Be careful how you ask. It would be nice if others didn’t get used or hurt for you to get what you want.
      Example: I ask for millions in currency, didn’t specify how… the universe can do something like kill a family member for the life insurance money, or to be in a will. If not asking correctly, these things can happen and will most likely come to pass.
      The smallest doubt will derail your request. Stay present, focused and joyful! Meditate. Silent the mind. ✌🏽

    Thank you so much for this video! I have searched the whole RUclips platform, and none of the videos were as useful as this one. You have given us practical tips without fluff. You definitely helped me realize how to loop a short scene. I was trying to compose a long film full of clarity and emotion, and that was so hard to maintain, mainly the focus. Nobody talks so much about these important details, and you do. So grateful I have come across this video!

    Thank you. My missing component was the first-person visualization when visualizing i usually visualize in 3rd person creating a barrier between my mind and emotions so the pain if i fail wont be as intense, and hurt so much I'm very sensitive. i was detaching from my manifestations before i had even began to manifest. I've been a weak manifester, avoiding the potential pain of failure, showing i dont truely trust in my own power. I found out I'm afraid of full power or the intensity, so now that's out the way i will go in completely vulnerable, i will manifest first person for now on. I will go to heights uncharted by my current self. I will be fearless, or it i do fear, i will act in courage. Knowing what i desire is already here i just have to align with it. Thank you again.

    I never comment below videos but this time it's deserved. I have been trying to visualize properly for 2 years now and it always got harder and harder as the time flew. I have never realized that I was trying to visualize long scenes and I never replayed them from the beginning as a loop.     So true. A scripture says "Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Your technique really works! But but but I have learned the hard way to manifest what I want this way BUT there are consequences. Afterwards at times, what I wanted and received, turned out in the long run to not be in my best interest and I had made a big mistake in manifesting it due to consequences. So now I ask God's will and permission first because only He can see into the future and know if this thing I want is good for me or in the long run not good. He may have a better plan for me now or down the road. I know this for a fact from many personal experiences. And I've shown others in prayer time how to use it when they needed something. I could tell a lot of stories here to fill up pages. Manifesting can be a good thing, or a disaster to play around with. Tonight I was just tempted to again solve a problem this way. But I'm reminded of all of the above. There are always some kinds of consequences when we mess around with or change things in the quantum level. So I will pray first to the only one who knows what's best.

      I pray in tongues, because the scripture says it's praying in the perfect will of God, so God then manifests according to his perfect will for me. And I believe He gives us the visions (visualizations) and it's up to us to align with them. I've asked God to write my story, because He will come up with a more amazing plot than I could ever imagine.

    Visualizing works best when your intentions are clear and detailed.

    this is stuff that has been crafted as well between hypnosis and cybernetics/psycho cybernetics. visualize with detail what you want, put in VAKOG (visual, auditory, kinesth, etc) and put your physical body into visualization. Do the visualization (if its a belief or habit you want to install and develop) as first person... of seeing and doing it all through your own eyes. And do this for 10-15 minutes for 2-3 times a week. This is also the fastest and most direct way to change a belief that isnt helping or serving you anymore. This is also based on several powerful long standing hypnosis principles they use to drastically fix peoples problems like ocd, fears, weight, etc. The subconscious cannot tell the difference between reality and something that is vividly rehearsed over and over again in the mind... whatever you think and put resources into constantly is what it feeds back to you. This also reinforces psych's rule of RAS (Reticular Activating Syndrome) that states.. whatever you put tons of thoughts/feelings/resources into... is what your Subcon will activty filter your model of reality for and constantly feed back to you now.

    Action is the only event that produces results or manifestation. You don't need to feel anything. You just need to keep doing and acting and the feeling will manifest as well. Don't waste your time feeling first to manifest what you want. Act first.

    As a kid and young adult I thought in images, daydreaming sorts of things I honed during my few months in Desert Storm.
    As a middle aged man and now older I became more verbal and took on storytelling sorts of imaginations and creativity.
    I’d just have to relearn and maybe utilize the synergies of both and more to incorporate all senses and intuitions.
    I really enjoyed and appreciate the video and most all comments just as well.

I’m now playing catch-up watching as many of your videos as i possibly can. You just seem to explain things in the easiest, simplest ways possible. You have no idea how you are changing my life. Thank you for this video & all your others. I’m 70 yrs old, just came into this 1 1/2 yrs ago and my mind is blown every single day. Re: my past, it was truly 69 yrs of an absolute train-wreck of a life but no more!!     this is why artists, poets, painters, musicians, architects are wayyyyy ahead of the rest of the world and even this type of knowledge - its instinctual for visionaries because their whole life is made up of images and symbols - you cannot teach this with visualization - Having a hunch is not from visualizing its from the infinite and assuming the state you wish to create will ONLY bring you the feeling you are yearning for, not in the way you visualize it. Theres a lot more knowledge out there. Keep going!!

    I visualize this way all the time effortlessly. I've been visualizing like this for as long as I can remember, I just do it naturally.

    Sometimes I imagine things and want them to happen, but when the opportunity arises I find myself acting or speaking unwisely, eventually making the opportunity disappear, sometimes for good. I think that the moment a long-desired thing appears as a real possibility, I get so excited that I experience some kind of anxiety, or fear of failure, that leads me to a real failure. Can we overcome this by visualising ourselves as a wise and controlled person?

    This question goes with the outmost respect as I haven't witnessed myself it's potentiality but I believe in it: How does those who claim visualization as an actual mean for shifting or shaping reality respond to the existence of people who have aphantasia? I mean, dealing with the emotions might be a thing but trying to picture things is virtually impossible for them, maybe with few exceptions on the spectrum.

    I don't really think in images mostly words, if I try to hold an image in my head it's very very dim if at all.

      It becomes better with practice. Treat it like a muscle and it will become clearer and clearer. It's worth developing this

      Start small and build from there. picture a small object like a brick fireplace with a wood mantle, picture the flame flickering, then picture the engravings that are etched throughout the wood. These types of images should be easier to imagine or picture because of the vibrance and the feeling of comfort it brings. It is probably easier if you picture things from memories you recognize in your life with strong emotion, maybe childhood friend you might never see again and the things you did for eg.

      @@davidmcewenemt Thank you, but you need to understand that Aphantasia at one end of the spectrum can involve all the mental senses, so it’s not only the visual imagination which is affected, but also the auditory, tactile, olfactory and gustatory senses. I consider myself lucky to still have the auditory sense pretty much in tact, but ‘feeling’, or what most contributes to the emotional charge which seems to be key to getting your system to work - is very much tied into the visual impressions most people quite naturally form in their minds. This simply does not exist in the case of Aphantasia, because the brain is not wired so as to allow this type of mental connection.

      Rev Ike coined a term called Hearalize. If you can't visualize then hear in your inner ear what you want to hear. "Congratulations on the promotion!" "On the new car/house!" Etc said someone close to you - family, friend, co-worker, etc.

    David, right off I wish to know if you have printed material in regard to your segment on dca’s. I have been in an impoverished state for five years and trying to get the understanding to manifest that which I need to reach my dreams. I am retired, no family, on social security and can’t find a place of my own that I could afford. That sounds like a lot of negativity but it’s the only way I can share at this point. I really want to fully realize the Truth. I believe that I am one with Source and I am learning to see myself in a healthier light. I deeply want spiritual change in my life!!

      Passive is more getting into the moment. You can focus on your breath going in and out slowly for example. Active is more or less visualization

    What about people who have Aphantasia? I don’t see pictures in my head. I thought that was a metaphor until i was older. I don’t know people can see actual pictures and stuff when they close their eyes. I see black. And my brain I just talk to myself all the time. So can someone like me learn to visualize ? (I do see stuff on psychedelics so I think technically maybe possible to learn ?)

    At 15:00 you said Active Meditation should be done for 10-20 seconds... Then you proceed to say "passive for 10 minutes, active for an additional 20"...
    Which is it - 20 seconds or 20 minutes?

      Active meditation is 20 minutes on a scene that is roughly 10-20 seconds. Essentially focusing on that short scene on repeat or slow motion 😂 for 20 minutes. Not trailing off and creating an even bigger movie.

    David I have been passively, and actively attempting meditation, with little to no results. I can recall you mentioning about not having enough “water,”to nourish all the “plants,” (idea). I give each idea (20) secs., of time before going on to the next idea, altogether I have (10) ideas I want to manifest. I expend at least (48) mins., twice daily meditating, with little to NO results. How do I know how much I have, (nourishment) in order to know if I’m trying to “water,” to many goals??. Should I reduce the amount of goals, if so by how much??. I have been meditating for over a month now.

      If you focus on too many it's like trying to water multiple plants but with only enough water for one. The idea isn't then to try and increase the water supply, but to focus on one seed powerfully. Giving most of your attention to that.

      But yeah, that’s a cheap and way overused strategy here on YT to get you to check a video out. It’s a bit sad, because frankly this video in itself is very interesting and does provide us with a useful technique to help visualize effectively

      Obviously, this video does not explain who "they" are because that topic is well beyond the scope of the video's subject matter. However, there are hundreds of videos on this platform that do explain who "they" are, and how "they" have been controlling mankind for eons. But somehow I get the feeling that you are already intimately knowledgeable about those entities...

      You can start by writing down the scene you want to visualize on a piece of paper. As he mentioned, it's important to keep the scene short. For example, describe the place, who is with you, what you are doing, and what you hope to receive-just the basics. Then, try to visualize that scene. From there, you can refine the image.
      Remember, when you visualize things in your head, it doesn't have to be crystal clear or in high definition; that's not how it is for most people. Just keep practicing to see the things you've written down, and you will have a clear defined vision. don't overthink it and what's important also is to not forgot to charge your vision with feelings Best of luck!

    Hi David, agree with question above. You said to water the seed 10-20 seconds but then say to have 30 min meditation or mini w 4 minutes of active. How do we do that and keep to 20 sec images? Rotate through them? Liked the video overall.

      So ideally you are repeating those 10-20 secs throughout the whole active part of the meditation. Focusing on a singular scene in which you are going to make more and more clear. So you aren't watering the seed for 10-20 secs, you are creating a scene that runs for around that time and then repeating it.

    Hi David. I am one of the unfortunate few sufferers of aphantasia. In case you haven’t come across this before, it is a neurological disorder which affects one or more mental senses. In my case I have no capacity for visual imagination whatsoever, and this is due to the brain not being wired in the normal way. In fact the only sense which works well in my case is the auditory function, and it is this which produces my inner dialogue, which is the closest I am able to get to mental imaging. So my question is as an expert on the subject of visualisation, what can you recommend for someone who is incapable of mental imagination?

      One of our main goals in doing this is to elicit a feeling. If you can use your auditory function to get there, you should still get similar effects. Play around with it and see what connects for you. Aim to feel into the feeling you want to be experiencing

      I have aphantasia too. And I have manifested things by thinking of them in words. Plus I believe that when I see those double / triple numbers (1111, 222, 333, 444, 555 etc) its good luck. So I would see those numbers multiple times a day and then each time I saw them I would think of what I wanted. Other times (in early sessions) I just thought of the thing and then later it would cross my path at random..

    You said 10-20 SECONDS of active visualization (15 minute mark), then later in the video you said 20 MINUTES of active visualization (21 minute mark).
    What am I missing?

      You choose something to visualize a scene that you can run through in 20 seconds then repeat that 20 second scene for the entire 30 min visualization.

    Hopefully someone can answer me on this. I have been a 3D artist for 29 years and drawing since I was a child and love art. The problem for me is that I can sort of visualize, but let's say my wife does in great detail. I cannot see anything in the details my wife can down the tufts of feathers on a known bird species. All I can see is fast moving blurry shapes moving past a keyhole. I make a conscious effort to focus on observing something. Now I don't recall if I lost the ability or that I have never had it. Could this be a 3rd eye issue, just genetics, but how can I change this?

      It is probable that you have partial aphantasia. This is a neurological disorder which results from the brain actually being wired differently from what is considered the ‘norm’. There is no known cure, and being difficult to acquire funding, the majority of scientific investigation is geared toward hyperphantasia, which is the polar opposite of aphantasia.

      I actually replied a few hours ago, but now I see that for some reason my post has disappeared, so I’ll just briefly reiterate what I said: if you investigate ‘aphantasia’ you will find that there is a test to help you establish whether or not you have the condition, and if so, where you fit on the spectrum. I encourage you to do your own research, but just let me say very briefly that aphantasia is a neurological disorder in which one or more of the mental senses do not function. The low end of the spectrum involves only one or two missing senses, but at the other end of the spectrum there are those who have no mental senses. I would say that this would be pretty rare. In fact there are many artists (myself included) who suffer from this condition without it really interfering with creativity. But it can certainly make life difficult. Unfortunately for the time being there is insufficient funding available to make ongoing research either attractive or feasible, so it’s highly unlikely a cure will be found any time soon, and in fact I have even found it difficult to get professionals such as doctors to actually accept that Aphantasia is a very real condition which needs to be taken seriously. 😦 In fact, it seems to be just as difficult for someone with a healthy visual imagination to conceptualize the idea of having no mind’s eye - just as difficult as it is for us to conceive of the idea of being able to experience visual imagination.

      You can choose a different scene that would also imply the accomplishment and help you assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled. That hand shake was just an example. It could be a scene of the money hitting your account, getting a cheque, etc etc. There's no right or wrong in that sense so long as it fits the rest of the criteria I mentioned in the video
