Thanks for writing to us as it tells us that you are engaging with the content. Most of our communication happens non verbally and that's the most reliable way we get information. For example verbally someone can say many good things without really meaning them. Therefore when we bring awareness on reading the aura we are intuitively non verbally extracting information about another person and connecting with them deeper. Aura: I could see it there is gorgeous red lining a small bit out (cant be more specific because I could not hold my eyes in place). My eyes kept trying to look at it directly and each time I brought them back to your third eye I would an entire etheric(?) reflection of your whole being right next to you. Like an auric reflection!

Hi - I am just very interested. So... addressing the Mental Body - this is a 'field of thoughts' So very interesting. I think that Empaths are very misunderstood, and sort of put into predictable 'niches' but this answers to me what an Empath is, sensitive to the 'thoughts' but it becomes very important to not be guided by the 'Emotional Body' . Interesting info I had heard different names for each body though 7 body system according to the Devas Physical Body Astral/Subtle Body Causal Body Toroidal Body Diamond or Light Body Iridium Body Indiam Body
Correct 💯 Many people through meditation went beyond the physical body awareness and experienced these bodies and named it as per their understanding, context, traditions and history. I think that Empaths are very misunderstood, and sort of put into predictable 'niches' but this answers to me what an Empath is, sensitive to the 'thoughts' but it becomes very important to not be guided by the 'Emotional Body' . Oh well.. sorry, I need much study with the Sheaths

I saw a white and golden/ yellow light! But the more I looked, I thought I started seeing other colors, it was like strips around you
Saw a kind of glow with on face level yellow tint.

I saw something that appeared to be yellow or white but it was outlining your head and shoulders as if it was drawn around you with a drawing tool!

Iridium Body
Indiam Body
Correct 💯 Many people through meditation went beyond the physical body awareness and experienced these bodies and named it as per their understanding, context, traditions and history. Following your practices I saw a light bluish/White light enveloping your head and shoulders. Interesting experience, and yet I am perplexed as to why I'm unable to see a color when following the same practice to find my own aura. Any advice? Thank you
