im stuck between a home, condo on the strip or downtown. ive only been to the strip. my budget is 2500-4000. i was thinlking of moving to san francisco for work but i can just fly if im in vegas. Nervous so confused but u seem like u know alot of places and would understand me lol. i decided to slow down on purchasing a home in summerlin and first rent to make sure i like vegas. right now im living in houston and im from miami and new york city so im a city boy. Sick of the slow country life in houston lol
If you're sick of the country/slow life I would not suggest summerlin or spring valley. Although they are both very nice I def felt like I lived in the desert suburbs out there 😖. With that budget you can easily rent a really nice place downtown or on the strip for sure. If you're looking downtown check out Auric it's new and beautiful best place to live downtown imo and they are in the process of building a new mid rise and high rise next to their existing building. For the strip there's a few nice condos you can rent/buy. Palms Place is nice because you're a lil off strip but you have the luxury of being tied to Palms Resort and Casino with bars restaurants pools and attractions right next door in the hotel. If you're missing the city life like I was I would suggest sticking to the strip or downtown. Vegas can be quite boring and suburban everywhere else 😅
@@TaraDelgado this is perfect to here because i was nervous about being bored. i want to shop and enjoy nice resturants. when im free i can fly to san diego or la. Perfect this makes alot of sense i appreciate u thank u. One more things is there any cons to living in does condos u mentioned. Is it safe or anything i should worry about last time i lived in a condo was brickell miami. I agree i just want to enjoy life and have fun so summerlin might be too boring but i plan to drive out there and explore in a few weeks thanks. last thing do u think downtown or strip i know just like miami sometimes u dont want to live where all the noise is like i wouldnt live on south beach but downtown was nice. Ill try it for 1 year wont hurt.
Nice I love Brickell I was actually just looking at some places out there as I might move back to miami. No issues at the palms I always feel safe there and I go out alone. It's home to my favorite rooftop bar in Vegas - Ghostbar. I will say though downtown can be quite sketchy. There's a pretty bad homeless problem so you have to be careful where exactly downtown you are. Im more of a downtown person so it's just works better for me. I like local bars, cheap food, and wild tourists so it's more my scene lol but if you like high end shopping and restaurants a more upscale lifestyle stick to the strip.
I also forgot to mention Elysian is a top rated company for apartments out here. They have them all over Vegas including close to the strip so check them out. Juhl condos located downtown are nice too.
