I mean when your kid gets a free booster pack + a free card / cards, at least buy a little something even few bucks worth. I don't know about you guys but i would unconsciously insist on doing that just to show my appreciation. And Coop you're the best ! You're making kids and even adults happy ❤
The trade up challenge needs to end. That's just rude to keep trying to take advantage of some people's generosity.
What is the trade up challenge?
@@Nicky_Dore people will start with something of little to no value like a paper clip or a very cheap common Pokémon card and they try and trade until they get something good. A lot of kids do it and I don’t mind helping but when full grown adults try and do it it’s kind of annoying.
@@lionsbetryin989 hmmmm. But obviously coop knows what he’s doing. Surely he can just say no deal right? But I can see it being annoying yes.
@@Nicky_Dore Coop is a very generous guy. Most vendors won’t even entertain the first trade up he did it 4 times before finally telling the kid no. It’s just annoying when people take advantage of his generosity.

There is something special about watching the parents reaction to someone genuinely being kind to their children and engaging with them in a professional way. These kids will forever remember these interactions man, you're awesome. Wishing you the absolute best man and I hope I get to meet you someday at an event.
All ive done is invested in my boys pokemon habit (that i started) and i used to give them away constantly to random kids and nieces and nephews. Finances have been hard lately, and i literally weep when i watch your videos. Its all i want to do. Thank you for the joy
What I really love when I watch these videos is how supportive the parents are of their kids' hobby of collecting cards, despite not knowing anything about it.

This was a blast to watch man, it is so nice seeing all the cards and packs you give away to kids. While sorting my cards for my first convention in September I put a bunch of cool looking cards away in a box to give away to kids. It is also nice to see that you buy at 70 and trade at 80, i have seen a few buy at 60 trade at 70s but no 70/80s. You are a super cool dude, I am really digging all your vendor POV videos. I am hoping to catch some of your live streams too. Keep up the amazing work man.

Coop, I strive to be like you Man. There’s been so many times when I go to card stores and kids come in and their parents can’t buy them “expensive” cards (5,10,15,20$ cards at time) and gift them away and it gives you such a good feeling because I wish I was that kid growing up since I wasn’t able to get them when I was younger . Much love man I hope the channel continues !

@@TrinhNguyen-85 I was also annoyed that the kid kept interrupting every conversation Coop was having, but I remember doing something similar as a kid when I pulled a big card and wanted to show the shop owner.
I absolutely love seeing kids being into the hobby, but I just find the concept of a trade-up challenge to be a little tacky and entitled.
@@nicksignore8301 I lost it at the end with the ungraded articuno trade. When he went and opened the case before he even finished saying yes. I would of told him to not touch my shit.
@@DarKing131 yea he was getting too comfortable with Coops booth. That kid in general needs to learn some manners. He interrupted Coops conversation with that guy multiple times. But I remember being that age and not thinking about those things.
