- In this episode we are walking the banks of the Murrumbidgee river out towards Darlingtion point. I run through our setups, lure choices and techniques and the reason for what we run to help improve bank walking success.
I hope you get a tip or two out of this one and if you have any questions at all be sure to drop them in the comments and I will happily answer them. - Спорт
Nice to see a video which explains the gear and techniques. It is great for beginners, but I think we all learn something from watching these types of videos.
I hope so mate, that’s the aim of the game. I enjoy sharing and helping as much as the fishing.
@@DanWebberFishing keep up the good work
@@mattgolding2951 for sure, thanks mate
Loved the video Dan 👏great to hear some tips and tricks that can help us all. Just subscribed 👍😁
Hey Clint, thanks very much for subscribing. Im glad you enjoyed the video.
Great video Dan! I did enjoy it even though there weren't a lot of fish caught, walking the bank is so much harder than being in a kayak the areas you can get to is very limited when you have got steep banks. Some good tips in there, I always use the really deep diving hard bodies even in shallow water mainly for the crash diving ability it never accured to me that the longer bib also helps keeps the hooks further away from the snags.I like your new car, I think that is what I would get if I was to get a new car, I have always been a Subaru man but now you can only get them with CVT transmissions and that is not ideal for Towing a boat.
That’s great to hear, thanks for the feedback. You certainly feel connected with the bush while on foot.
That’s my wife’s I have the Dmax Ute we love our Isuzu’s, we’ve had 4 of them now.
Nice work Dan. Well put together and edited mate 👍
Cheers mate
Gr8 video Dan. Thanks for the tips, particularly hitting those small pockets along the edges. I’ll try it next time I’m out. Cheers
Thanks Collin, I love hitting the pockets, a good number of them hold a fish or 2 and those ones tight to the bank we often can’t fish as well that well from the boat.
Good vid great tips, thanks for sharing.
Thanks mate, your welcome 🎣
Just started watching u guys we’re on Murry are u guys I mean like town wise ?
Hi Matt, we were on the Murrumbidgee upstream of Darlington Point
you ever fished in the darling river?
Only the once, many moons ago. I’ve seen lots of footage of disastrous fish kills since then. What’s it like these days?
@DanWebberFishing I'm up at Wilcannia at the moment, yellas have been smashing dark coloured lures, and some healthy looking cod getting around to, biggest so far 128cm on a surface.
