I bet Billy will be looking forward to your return. Lots of changes now. I also bet you will be visiting the Mucky Mansion too! Sad Rick is leaving though!! That lovely smile of his will be missed.
Love when you 'waffle' because it shows you're thinking about your set up, what you enjoy, and the things you'd like to share with us! Thank you for bringing us along on your life in the UK. Good luck with passing the MOT.
If your neighbors will not mind.....videos of the lovely homes decorated for Christmas would be wonderful. When we go to the pub, I need something non-alcoholic to drink. And fish and chips! LOL :) Fingers definitely crossed for the van.
I love watching Layla. She reminds me of our beautiful black Cocker Spaniel, Bonnie Girl. We lost her a few years back but she loved a good country walk too.
Alex, that is great that you will be back at the convent! Wait until you see the Mucky Mansion! More for you to film! Beautiful drone shots….The scenery is stunning! Good luck with the last step to get your camper! Love from Pennsylvania, USA 💕🌷🐻
Thanks Alex for the video. Not back in France until the summer you say. By the time you get back Billy and Yanis will have the convent turned inside out and and back again. Yannis with the jack Hammer banging walls down and Billy with big ambition god knows where it will all end up, but Billy knows, all in his head. Miss you doing the convent videos as I am sure Billy does. Cheers Alex. Watching from Australia.
So wonderful for you to share a glimpse of the smaller villages in the area. Great to have lots of walkways. By next year you will have the van up and ready for your trip to France! Keep waffling young man!
Alex you are very considerate, environmental conscious and logistically master. Your YT channel shows how marvelous your brain works! You are a natural video director….organized, logically sound, narrating your “story board” and weather predictor! You are fun to watch, good luck with the van fixes.
Sorry you don't have your van back yet, but hopefully it'll be soon. Your drone shots are beautiful! I'm disappointed to hear it'll be a while before you go back to France, but it is understandable with all you are working on in the UK. Does this mean you'll eventually stop helping at the convent, etc. if your business starts taking all of your time? I hope not because you really add so much to those videos. Thanks for you continued work!
I love your latest videos where you walk around and show us a bit of the England countryside. Today`s video was very interesting and I wanted to suggest maybe telling us more about the longboat and how life goes for people living on those. Just a suggestion. Keep up the videos coming!😀
It’s breathtaking, the snow is beautiful! 😂 excited for your return to France. The camper, yeehaw! Everything always happens at once, right? Love your videos!
Beautiful day, beautiful English landscape ! Love when you add music to your videos, it enhances so much the experience. I agree with you about canal holidays . The problem is that by definition you can only pass beside hilly landscapes which are often the best to explore. You are stuck on a flat canal,on a difficult to manoeuvre boat which ends up feeling pretty claustrophobic. Similarly, you will probably find that motor hones are really best fo limited periods at a time - I am speaking from years of experience ! ❤
1. Yessssss.. for the news of you going back to France. 😁😁 I love seeing Leila every now & again in every videos. 2. I'm glad that Lady is nice, unlike the others in your previous video. 3. I love the English country side. Wish I lived there. But I'm not, so thank you for your videos. 🥰
Another wonderful video 👍👍. Love joining you and Lela on your trips out and about. Enjoy hearing you ‘waffle on’ very informative and interesting. Fingers crossed your van will be ready for you and you can start working on it 🤞🤞🤞. Take care, stay safe and well. Judy
So happy your van camper is progressing. It's a beautiful view with the drone, where I live in Canada its flat, no snow just rain this year. Thank you for sharing, Alex.
Cheers, Alex!! Your drone footage is always spectacular, and the current one does not disappoint!! This may be an offbeat comment, but I really enjoy the "angry bee" sound when you snatch the drone out of the air!! I'm impressed, as it obviously requires precise hand-eye coordination. English country villages are truly lovely!! And the canals are quite picturesque!! In the past, I followed a number of narrowboaters, and it was fascinating. The sheep grazing on the green fields of a late English autumn brings back memories of my time in the UK. And yes, I like the residual snow too, but we haven't had any yet in my neck of the woods. I feel that will change very soon... Is the pub in the old lockhouse? The windmill and the background of farmed fields was really beautiful!! The interesting WWII plaque mentioned Coventry. I visited the Coventry Cathedral Memorial 1980. It's abundantly clear that you really like dogs!! I do too, also cats and donkeys, I might add!! Layla is such a good doggie, so agreeable!! And finally, you are interesting, Alex, no matter which country you are in!! So, take your time, your content is 👍 Chuck in Northern New England
What a beautiful video❣ You are a master at capturing the shots that we wouldn't normally see. I hope your van is ready next week. I would love to see some of the Christmas decorations, shops and festivities in December if that's something you would like to do. Blessings to you and the furry girl.
Hey Alex. As most of us I am sure have picked up your chanel from watching Billy and the gang - this is a nice mellow alternative and you are definitely getting better at producing your own content 😁 oh and by the way Im in Nottingham so familiar with some of your locations lol
Wow 🤩 What a absolutely gorgeous place !!!!! Thanks for the info on said boat life ,I’ve so wanted to live on a boat and was so jealous because of being a zillions of miles away with no canals nor boats …phew you saved me from my dream coming true 😂 Not long now before you head back to Billy’s ❤❤❤❤(🤔 where has this year gone cause it’s 37 odd days till new year ) Fingers crossed 🤞 for the camper getting sorted and on the road Are you taking her to France ?? Thanks for the video … Ps : Waffle away cause you can ❤❤❤🙌😁
Mucky mansion…. It’s a pity that in the Uk it relates to Katie Prices dump… However Stan in France is a true renaissance man. Lots of opportunities for Alex to film the progress there.
Loved the vlog with the drone and the aerial shots of the village, canal and windmill. Extremely interesting and I enjoyed every minute. Keep up the excellent vlog Alex!
There is a distinct difference between the drone footage of a vlogger and a professional camera man and you demonstrate that in each of your videos. I like these village tours as they are from different perspectives. The windmill is beautiful not like the ugly wind generators we often see. Keep on doing you. It is unique.
Ohhh my your Droneshots of the village and fields are pristine! So much green and a bit of white here and there just like in a dream! ...means the tree on the observation spot was planted in 1990? the windmill so white and just like like a starched lace, Superb!
Alex I am just loving these views of your village etc as i miss going to England! been to Warwickshire , I'm sure you are used to neighbours ,it is good to have a close knit community like that! the aerial views are spectacular 😮I've been to Shugborough Estate
Very enjoyable the clouds were as you say cool, awesome. As I have said before it is nice to show how beautiful parts of the UK look and unlike France in the rural areas you will always meet people whereas in France they seem to disappear during the day except between noon and 2pm You should certainly find a lot to film with Billie and family. 🍷🍷🇬🇧🇬🇧
Fingers 🤞for the MOT! I’m looking forward to seeing your refurbishment and really glad to hear you’re going to be returning to France 🇫🇷 sometime in 2025!
It'll be amazing when you get the van up and running, and you can take us with you on road trips and show some cool video and drone shots from wherever you're travelling.
Wow Alex!! Absolutely gorgeous views. Makes me want to book a trip. Can't wait for more. Hopefully you get the van back soon. Im anxious to hear your ideas for it. See you next week 😊
Lovely to see the country side in England, i miss it very much after emigrating to Western Australia when i was around 24yrs old. Have visited many times but not so much now. So look forward to seeing your drone shots.
Oh wow, Alex. Stunning footage. If I were on the tourism board over there, you'd be my go-to-guy for advertising. Thank you both for today's excellent viewing & helpful knowledge. Cheers from Canada ☕
Alex, thank you for sharing another great video. I really enjoy the drone footage of the villages and countryside. Many of my ancestors lived in England, two of which were passengers on the initial voyage of the Mayflower to the US. Your videos provide a glimpse of the beautiful country where they lived. Looking forward to seeing what you do with the van. Hope you get it back soon.
Stunning countryside - so pretty - we have a windmill down the road from us here in mid Sussex. Quite a few police forces are now using drones to police rural areas to help reduce thefts from farms and remote communities.
I bet Billy will be looking forward to your return. Lots of changes now. I also bet you will be visiting the Mucky Mansion too! Sad Rick is leaving though!! That lovely smile of his will be missed.
Lol more like muddy mansion
When I think of England, I picture these beautiful villages. Thank you for sharing beautiful England.
Great that you are going back to the convent.

I totally agree! Well done!
Lovely area. Thanks for sharing. Good girl Layla!
I love watching Layla. She reminds me of our beautiful black Cocker Spaniel, Bonnie Girl. We lost her a few years back but she loved a good country walk too.
I really enjoy your little trips around showing off the beautiful villages. Hugs to Lala❤❤❤
Oh brilliant.. Can't wait to see you in France again...
Good luck with the MOT.🤞🤞
Alex, that is great that you will be back at the convent! Wait until you see the Mucky Mansion! More for you to film! Beautiful drone shots….The scenery is stunning! Good luck with the last step to get your camper! Love from Pennsylvania, USA 💕🌷🐻
I have a nice Sunday in GB, Sweden, Portugal, Italy and France, because of you and other youtubers. Thank you all.❤❤❤❤
Such a charming village! A narrow canal and a windmill! Lovely scenery everywhere.
Hello Alex *****and*LELA❤❤❤thank you Alex's sister😊
Beautiful drone footage Alex, such wonderful scenery! England looks Awesome!
Thanks Alex for the video. Not back in France until the summer you say. By the time you get back Billy and Yanis will have the convent turned inside out and and back again. You’re too kind! Some people would say pain in the a** too! 🤣
What a gorgeous village and windmill. Thank you Alex for sharing your beautiful area with us.
Never really considered windmills in 🇬🇧 Britain. Nice to see one with the sails. Lela is a sweet dog. Love the variety in your videos. 😊
Thanks for another awesome video, Alex! The drone shots are always amazing! What a lovely little village on the side of a hill. Well done.
Great to tag along on your daily adventures….. UK certainly has such lovely countrysides, and charming old towns…. Thank you for sharing!
I was your first viewer and I thoroughly enjoyed your video! Beautiful scenery, good news about your van and I’ll look forward to your next video. 😉🇦🇺

What a lovely village. Enjoyed seeing the canal and windmill and the music while driving was wonderful. Thanks, Alex.
As usual Alex a nice bit of dronage shown thanks
Mucky mansion…. It’s a pity that in the Uk it relates to Katie Prices dump…
However Stan in France is a true renaissance man.
Lots of opportunities for Alex to film the progress there.
Maybe Stan and Sadie cannot afford to hire a professional to film for them?
@janetpendlebury6808 maybe
... Alex is such a lovely person to have film if they do.
Loved the vlog with the drone and the aerial shots of the village, canal and windmill. Extremely interesting and I enjoyed every minute. Keep up the excellent vlog Alex!
Looking forward to your ……. Van Renovation Video’s
Me too!!! 😴😅

As you're remodeling the camper Alex, consider adding insulation to the walls etc to keep it warmer if you do want to use it in the colder months
It'll be amazing when you get the van up and running, and you can take us with you on road trips and show some cool video and drone shots from wherever you're travelling.
Beautiful scenery! What a nice area, loved the windmill and canal. Sweetheart Layla.
Thanks for staying in the loop
Your first shot of the windmill was dark, but at 24:15, the silhouette of the windmill is wonderful!
Loved the video Alex, some wonderful aerial shots there of the village. Layla is a lovely dog nice to watch her running about enjoying herself as well
Alex. I thouroughly enjoy your videos and Layla and your comments on the locals... hahahahah!!! Warranted or not, that was funny!!
I should score them out of 10! 😂
Wow Alex!! Absolutely gorgeous views. Makes me want to book a trip. Can't wait for more. Hopefully you get the van back soon. Im anxious to hear your ideas for it. See you next week 😊
What a pretty village. The windmill was really nice to look at and the canals look really, really old.
This was lovely, Alex. I'm happy to hear you will be back in France filming in a few months. Till next time.. take care.
I loved the windmill shots! Showed autumn to its fullest, with low golden sun, and brooding clouds. Spot on! :D
What a way to start my Sunday!! Love the beautiful scenery of the village ~ while in America. Thanks Alex 💕
It’d be nice if you do a drone footage/ camera footage of Princethorpe ……
Love watching your filming.I live in France now but still miss the UK.Keep filming.😊😊😊
They shut down certain parts of the canals during the winter to do repairs. Boaters are aware of the closures by the CRT.
That's a pretty village, and her dog is an Irish Setter. We owned them when I was a child. Very hyper dogs!!
It was super sweet!
You do a great job Alex, enjoy watching all you show.
Napton on the hill 30 miles from me some great shots nice to see it from above x
Like the music that you added! Beautiful village and canal!
Great vlog Alex! Great drone shots. Looking forward to more vlogs from you. 😊
If you want beautiful landscape of Yorkshire where they shoot the show “creatures great and small” is absolutely magnificent!
Cool video! Love your dog and the windmill footage!
Is it a working windmill! Beautiful shots!
Beautiful village!! ❤
Beautiful village and countryside. Good work, Alex.
The drone piloting was very interesting.
I sure do enjoy your video's. It's so beautiful over there. And the land is so flat.
Super interesting and how great you know your own history!
Very pretty there Alex xx 🎉 thanks for sharing 👍
That windmill was so pretty!
Would have loved to see the church and cemetery you were parked next to, otherwise another great video!
Stunning countryside - so pretty - we have a windmill down the road from us here in mid Sussex. Quite a few police forces are now using drones to police rural areas to help reduce thefts from farms and remote communities.
Alex, this video makes me want to do a cycling tour of English country villages.
