- This time on Busted Knuckle Builds we are showing off our latest model of turnkey rock bouncer. Earlier this year Jake Burkey set out to build the ultimate rock buggy that could also haul around your friends and or family. That's right a true 4 seat rock bouncing buggy with 4 real doors and plenty of room for adults to actually be able to sit in the backseat. A ton of engineering went into this machine to make sure that everyone can enjoy fourwheeling without sacrificing performance. That is why the Busted Knuckle Off Road 4 Seater aka the T4 uses upper trailing arm suspension on the rear and 16" shocks up front. This first one is actually for myself as the new Busted Knuckle Films rock bouncer since I have a growing family and everyone wants to go riding. The best part is we pulled all of this off and only stretched the wheel base 5" making it 130" wheelbase. Check out the vehicle and let us know what you think in the comments. This is the best looking rig to date from BKOR…everything about the chassis looks very though out. The side profile shows the flow from front to back and the bed area is awesome. That idle through a big single muffler is nasty!

A setup to be able to pull the rear seats out and have a tray type setup in the rear like a 4 seat rzr would probably work out good as well, for those longer rides with no passengers

With all the additional tubing in the chassis on this one Jake just didn’t deem the anti intrusion bars necessary.

Yessir. We did a fire suppression system on one not long ago. Worked out great. We can totally do it

So, with upper and lower trailing arms, what kind of triangulation do you have?
They are double triangulated just not an extreme amount
How wide is that T4 buggy outside to outside. Is it that much wider than a 72” SXS

I think that is only for the vision at this time but these will have the option of a frameless windshield
