For my C220 4 Matic 2018 it was A 217 770 24 00, although yet to fix this so hope it the right one. You will need a drill, & Rivet Gun.
Wow didn't know there are so many procedures to lock n unlock the soft top. I can guarantee most owners are clueless.

cleaned my car opened the roof. vacuumed it. now I can not close the roof❗️. the rear windows would not roll down. can one help! thanks
all fuses have been checked✅. taken respond to the button but does not open for anything. because the rear windows do not run down
After finishing the procedure is there a need to reset something? I've done the procedure as instructed and it still shows message "open / close soft top completely"? This means I have missed something? Also the car had rollover bars blown - so after exchanging them for the new ones do I need to reset the error message before the roof can be operated?
