U probably don't wanna use flakey salt if ur using grams and stuff to measure ur ingredients it might not be salty enough or idk Is 1 gram of flakey salt as salty as 1 gram of table salt?

I've found that putting the tray on a pizza stone crisps the bottom nicely and eliminates the need to cook on the stove before baking
You can also put the tray on the stove after it's been in the oven to add some crisp to the crust.
