btw matt, instead of adding MORE chilli flakes to make it spicer just let it cook longer, the longer the chilli flakes in there cook the spicier they get🙂

Love the videos and all your content. Wanted to just point out that hose are not San Marzano tomatoes. It's a marketing ploy by the company. They are actually San Merica Tomatoes that are much different than San Marzanos. Keep up the good work. Pizza looks great!
How do you feel about just canned (crushed/sieved) tomatoes blended with salt for pizza sauce? Imo that gives it that real Italian flavour, that I usually strive for. Love your longer videos!
I know what you mean, like raw tomato simple But this one is more about flavour it’s actually more of a Detroit or New York style tomato sauce and I cook sauce like this for flavour and spicy

Matt, Pizza looks delicious, like fracking everything you twist and turn, but I must say, I am missing the Original "Bite-Off" gesture that you used to do in all you gram videos. I only have perspective from a summer job but you wouldn’t taste from the main utensil used to mix, instead you’d use a tablespoon or teaspoon and then that would be put in the dishes area to be cleaned

I tried making this yesterday and kind of failed. The crust/dough just ended up having no structure and fell apart. I went with the exact grams in the recipe, but not sure what i did wrong. I preheated a cast iron flat top to about 500 and put the pan on that for about 5 min before going in the oven. Should i be leaving it on there longer? I didnt really know how to tell when would be enough.
Is all 140 grams of cornmeal in the dough recipe going in the dough? I’m getting a 60 percent hydration between the flour and corn meal. Does that sound right? The dough in the video seems much wetter
