Do you ted those windrows? Also, there are several options for similar mowers, why did you choose the Pottinger?
Dadnatron we chose this they were a demo already on the tractor. It was a combo deal. they so far hold up great. Cut is good not as clean as krone.
In Poland we lik to use Samasz mower - good and cheaper as Pottinger
Also, what drill did/do you use to plant? I don't see rows and wonder if you are using a Brillion?
Dadnatron yes I have 2 12 foot brillion seeders. Works great if sandy dry soil a drill might be a better option.
Thanks. I'm trying to decide on a drill/seeder for the Lexington KY area. I'm leaning towards a Brillion.
Dadnatron I think some weather situations drill might work better. This spring it flooded rain then we would go 10 days or more no rain with wind and heat and it dried out the top
Do you cut the outside perimeter first?
Frank M yes 3 laps 9 wind rows..
Josh Cage thanks!
