Shadow was just announced when you watch the end of part 2 so we might be going toward this so I believe it could be a last minute thing since there's going to be a timer that way they can set up either for part 3 robot Sonic or the dark lord or both😎🎚️🤔

Honestly I just came here because I was listening to live and learn, I’m hyped for the movie though.
This is one of the absolute best video game stories, ending, and soundtrack ever made. Nothing else like it. It's just incredible.

Everytime I get to this part it gives me chills. Something about Live and Learn starting, the camera angle to Biolozard with the slow text then it roaring. It's just perfect.

I like how during this fight, Sonic sees Shadow become weaker as the fight progresses. It's almost as if they were foreshadowing Shadow was gonna "die"
Lmao it’s not that deep. Sonic only says “you rest I’ll take it from here” just for a reason for them to switch. Much like how shadow says “leave it to me sonic” when they switch.
He also wasn’t weak, they just needed more power hence why when he removes the rings on his wrists he lets his true power out that makes him completely weak after.

I remember the first time I reached the final boss, the transformation and the music just made this boss one to remember.
I wish Sega would allow more games like Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2 to be made. The story is just so creative and special to the Sonic universe, and the ability to play different characters and stories all with different types of levels and abilities combines with the dialogue and storyline to create a feeling of pure happiness when you beat it, simply because it was such a good game.

Prolonging this fight to the 4 minute mark to get all the dialogue and then beating it in under a minute should be an achievement. It feels way more epic that way

When i was a kid i never understood what happened to Shadow, i thought he fell down to Earth lol, until Sonic said “Sayonara Shadow” then it hit me, the somber music kept playing and i started crying. Live and learn came on and it hurt even more, but the tribute at the end made me so happy. Ill always love this game, cherish it forever

I swear everytime I see the scene of Shadow falling and the reflection song comes up playing in the background as he and sonic save the world, it makes me tear up a bit. It's implied in the game that Shadow gave up his life, but just Sonic walking up to everyone a bit sad by this news is just so heartbreaking to me. What a great game

Something about this whole moment especially the fight just gave me chills everytime i got to that part. The way the camera pans from Earth to Biolizard then the slow text while it roars all while Live and Learn plays. This just feels like one of the more climactic fights since you can see the Ark slowly hurdling toward Earth during it all.
Sonic and Shadow are like Goku and Vegeta right here. 😊😊

Adventure 2 is by far my favorite Sonic story. We need more games where Sonic is doing Mission Impossible stories.

I just finished the game again (I played it when I was younger) and god it really hits the feels...
When shadow asks: "Mariah, this is what you wanted, RIGHT?!" it hit me kinda hard.
It gave his character SO MUCH potential for growth, living for himself, not for what people wanted him to be.
Being the good guy after he had helped creating the bad. All this good shit.

To me, Shadow is the coolest character of the SonicVerse. Sure he hates us, but if we can live and learn from our mistakes that we caused and done, then we could change and create a better future. Then Shadow will understand us and become.......friends.

I believe the real Shadow did die, or is missing? and every Shadow afterwards is considered some form of clone or copy something or other, I could be wrong but I feel like that would be what was best for the story.
@@ruinsgate8883 Yes your right, when super shadow fell down to earth, the moment he crashed on the ground off-screen is when he died, if shadow was still in super form he could’ve lived but since he used all of his remaining ring energy to activate the combined chaos control with sonic he could’nt survive the fall from such a height. The shadow in sonic heroes and all games beyond is just a clone of shadow.

the whole scene just warms my heart, but one of my favourite details about this scene is how Tails and Eggman are interracting. Eggman showing his emotional side and leaving out all of the rivalry he has with Sonic and his friends for a moment, showing how the whole line of events impacted him and made him question the person he looked up to the most, while Tails as smart guy of Sonic's group is just there bringing out positivity. Truly a beautiful moment..
