I did some testing, heres some stuff I found (Note: long with loads of info, and not everything fully proofen, let me know if you had different findings!) Apprently it spawns these seekers for all allies who arent in a rift but still within 30-ish meters (range seemed inconsistent, the most I ever saw a noble round go was 35-ish meters). this only counts towards guardians in your fireteam, so if I understood it right, this doesnt work on blueberrys in public events, but it does so in crucible/gambit/strikes (matchmade activities). thanks to @avie and @apollo for these infos. Walls can block these seekers (if a guardian is nearby but has an obstacle inbetween), sometimes they find their way around. Tracking seems fairly agressive. This already means that the more guardians are around, the more seekers will spawn. The more allies you affect with either healing or buff, the more extension you have. if you have 2 guardians around you (and NOT in any rift, neither yours or their own) it will easily extend your rift for the entirety of the cooldown, provided you don't leave your rift (extension only proccs if you are in the rift when the seeker attaches). it seems to be between 3-4 seconds per seekers that found an ally. they seem to spawn at an interval with somewhat of a 'buffer'. Ive seen em spawn between every 4-6 seconds (first batch spawns at the moment of rift placing). the buffer means if noone is around, noble rounds can still spawn but will wait for someone to fly to. if they find a guardian within range, they then fly off to him (multiple rounds can fly to the same guardian. if they find no target, they 'dissipate'. If you're close enough when the seekers dissipate and have lumina, you'll get noble rounds (not sure if 1 or 2). If you use empowering rift you can't procc benevolent dawn with the seekers, this only works with healing rift. But I don't see the status of my noble rounds for lumina either, didnt figure that one out yet. Well of radiance only flies out damage buff seekers, no healing seekers. Fun fact: If you are on middle tree solar, place your Healing Rift and switch to Empowering Rift, you can put down both rifts at the same time. Also, if your rifts are at 0:00, but you are still extending, and you place the different rift than the one you placed (f.e. you placed Empowering last, place Healing) you reset the timers on both rifts (in the case of this it's 14 seconds).
quick thing to point out with arc soul it only stop the count down if the initial rift timer is still up so "Healing rift" or "Empower rift" if the "Extended Rift" timer is the only one present then the rift will stay but the arc soul timer will count down
As far as Noble rounds with Lumina is concerned, Aztecross seems to have figured it out. Any of the Noble Seekers that don't get used on a teammate, go to your Lumina and get converted into Noble rounds.
thats not true, i tested it in a private match. the rift spawns noble rounds to give to lumina, even when its not equipped. i know its not the seekers because the remnants lumina spawns and the seekers the rift spawns dont look the same
@@fallen5983 Well in Aztecross' video, every Noble Seeker that did not seek to a team mate gave him a Noble round. So maybe it's not the Noble Seeker directly but the invisible Noble round buff is on the same cadence as the Noble Seekers.
@@TheCloudCreation thats what it looked like but not what actually happened, you can see at 7:56, the rift has already spawned 2 seekers, but it also spawns 2 lumina remnants that float to him while the seekers remain floating where they are, and its not the rift just spawning more because it will never have more than 2 seekers out at a time
Fun fact. If you get your drift energy back and then change your rift from empowering to healing or vice versa you can drop 2 rift's at the same time and keep them up. It also extends the arc buddy from the warlock arms that I forget the name of. It only extends that timer for about 40 seconds or so in my experience and it's annoying to exotic so
fun facr : the seeker orb numbers based on the total party numbers, the more player in your party the faster it generate orbs..and it wont seek anyone that are not in your party
I don't know if I missed this part, but what if one player with the boots stands in both an empowering and healing rift? do teammates get healed and the damage buff or one effect overrides the other?
I'm pretty sure the way that exotic works is if you get to max stacks it give you that crazy weapon damage buff no matter the super. The duration is equivalent to the overshield, but this buff stacks with other stuff in the game, so combining it with top tree tether is insane for weapon damage or bottom tree tether for the extremely crazy dps of it.
Honestly, these ARE amazing. I was skeptical about them before trying them, but after having used them, they are absolutely amazing. Especially in nightfalls. Endless rifts and party buffs. Pairs great with Lumina.
Might already been said, but couldnt find it here. But one middle-tree dawnblade can very easy have a 100% uptime of both a healing and empowering rift at the same time. Tried it and it seems to be sending out both healing and empowering orbs then. Just put down the healing rift first and then right away swap to empowering and then put that one down once its ready, then rinse and repeat. Two rifts ontop of eachother
I like to pair these boots with bottom tree void and empowering. With empowering you’re kinda sitting ducks in your rift so it’s hard to stay alive, but with devour you can live as long as you kill stuff. Pretty good.
Dude, these exotics literally use the exact same damage perk from Lumina(Blessing of the Sky) and the rift orbs turn into Remnants when they fail to find a target... It's no accident or bug that it works with Lumina, it's intended
The lumina pairing isn't bugged, I works but only if 1 or both of the seekers don't find a target, they are then given to u as noble rounds so u can go out and use them yourself, so if 1 finds a target the other will periodically give u 1 but if neither do u get 2, it's as simple as that
Will come in handy for raids and VoG. Warlock takes the middle of the room and just heals up teammates. Can have 2 warlocks tag back and forth if need be as well.
Wondering if the Noble Seekers count towards Lumina Catalyst progress. Edit: They don't but it makes it a heck of a lot easier to just send the actual Lumina Noble rounds out.
Once I got them I loaded into a strike and there were 2 other warlocks there with them on as well. It was literally impossible to die...it was like constantly having a well in your back pocket these are nuts!!
wait a sec. do gear swaps still work like back in the day with lunas and phoenix? what if you use the new boots and sanguine alchemy on bottom arc? wouldn‘t that be infinite rifts and buddys?
Well of Radiance + Double Bomber + Boots of Assembler, with 100 Discipline, 100 Recovery, 70 Strength and with how Benevolent Dawn works, this is very good for constant healing grenades plus near infinite empowering rifts. As for double bomber, I'd say it's more up to the person to choose between that or something like perpetuation. Though shoving in a heavy handed and firepower in there really makes this shine even further. Also one Warlock with Boots of the Assmbler and other Warlocks running Getaway Artists would be quite amusing. Instead of using any more grenades than the first to charge the Arc Soul, just pay a visit to that bottom tree Stormcaller rift and keep your arc buddy running. I could see that being highly amusing in things like Altars, Override or Battlegrounds.
I was using this in the 6 player activity with lumina and I didn’t even have to shot anything just help my team. This might be my new favorite exotic. Sucks that I’m a solo player tho
I like using Lumina, bottom tree storm with the boots and healing rift. You get the noble rounds which heal allies, gives them (and you) a damage boost, you get survivability, and everyone that hops into your well gets an arc buddy. You also rarely have to reload because the noble seekers (from enemies and the rift) reload Lumina. (Nearly) unlimited rift, no reloading, arc buddy, damage boost? Where's the down side?
Small point but the chest dropped me an exotic I already had before it dropped the new legs. Its happened numerous times. In this instance it dropped me Promethium Spur on my 8th run and I got the new legs on the 11th run.
I got the boots on my 4th run. The only exotic i have been using since. Dont think i will take them off anytime soon. I already was a support warlock anyway...these boots just made that build even better. Not to shabby bungie
Unlimited grenade build: Well of Radiance Dawn Blade. That's literally it... I have coated the Subjugated Mind during Override with solar grenades. You could barely make out where any part of it was.
Good to see they proc Benevolent Dawn. I think it's unfair their buff is as high as Lumina's Blessing of the Sky (my main primary, by the way). You have to kill an enemy with Lumina (when you are competing with your teammates for kills) and then locate your allies and shoot. With these, you can spam the buff non-stop with no effort.
another cool thing you can do witht he exotic is have someone is use sanguine alchemy and kill things in your rift to make the rift last forever if theyre killing adds
Yeah I did find it weird when it wasn’t giving me blessing of the sky even if it say it supposed to give it to you and an ally i guess that part of it is bugged because u see it flying towards u and they doesn’t give u the buff
You can also place both rifts with one warlock if they place one and then place the other. It will then spawn both healing and damage. At least I'm pretty sure it was working when I tested it in the new activity.
If you aren't in Locked Loadouts, you can swap between the two rift types. This means (at least for Well with benevolent dawn) you can stack both types of rift even by yourself, and they last forever. Also, standing in both rift types stacked together, you give out seeker that do both heal AND empower
Imagine a gang of warlocks w/ these boots making unlimited rifts and unlimited arc buddy turrets w/ a buff. I just wish the shoe portion was modeled after some Timb's or Jay's
Have you tested, if you put down empowering rift, and your ally puts down healing rift, and you stand in them both (like stack the rifts) do you spawn seekers for both rifts at the same time? And in a 6 man activity, your empowering rift kinda stays up fulltime, but you just need another warlock to drop a new healing rift every now and then?
Empowering will definitely be meta for GMs, healing though - not so much. It does not give overshields. Enemies will one shot you no matter what. Yes you can recover faster from almost dying but it is unreliable.
I couldn’t even get warlock boots yesterday sadly I got hunter boots first try but did 20+ runs on my warlock and had to give up since I barely could stay awake
Assuming you're in a fireteam of 3 (2 warlocks both with the boots plus third person) and Warlock A runs Empowering Rift while Warlock B runs Healing Rift, would the third fireteam member get the Healing and Blessing of the Sky?
What if you placed both an empowering and healing rift on top of each other? If 2 warlocks with the boots stand in one rift it spawns a ton of orbs, would the 2 different rifts give both the healing and empowering seekers? That way there'd be a central "Buff Station" for lack of a better word
A guy in comenta say that the boots takes priority on the empowering rift, so ignoribg the healing, but you can place 2 neat each other and (for a briefy time) be empowering and healing by runing from one to the other and so on.
Tbh the Empowering damage could probably use a nerf so that the super buffs can retain their usefulness. Otherwise these are like some of the coolest exotics they have come up with. A support’s dream.
This is an amazing exotic. The only problem is with the drop rates so unbelievably low just like the first set of lost sector armor. I'm never going to be able to get my hands on it so I don't even bother with it. After doing nearly 50 tries on the hardest difficulty with absolutely zero success in getting it at the end. I just don't bother anymore.
Pretty sure 2 warlocks can place 2 rifts on top of one another and quadruple the orbs spawned. And that extends upward. Sort of like how pheonix protocol used to give super for every well you were standing in.
When you say "the rift is pretty much doing the same thing as lumina already", how so? If you are standing in a healing rift it's not giving your team mates a 35% damage buff like noble rounds does. Your rift only gives a damage buff if its an empowering rift right?
been a titan main since D1 beta. warlock is my least played and least favorite class BY FAR, but even i will say that the boots of the assembler is my my favorite exotic in the entire game. lumina for heals and empowered, ikelos smg for warmind cells and add clear, sword for up close focused damage or a linear fusion for more ranged encounters. global reach and fireteam medic mods for damage and more heals from warmind cells... taking charge mod to get CWL from picking up orbs and powerful friends mod to give my team CWL as well and protective light for myself because why not... overcharged fusion grenades for everyone getting overshields, rifts for empowering OR heals (depends on my mood), and the well of radiance to do what it does best. i have 100 recovery and tier 5 discipline, but i am NEVER without a grenade or rift. they are both always active 👍🏼 i gotta say, as a guy who mains healers in MMO games i freakin LOVE PLAYING THIS!!! p.s. i still have to say the obligatory final words from a titan main: #titanmasterrace 😝

The seekers go into the lumina if they can't find a target. With one team mate in the party, he will get a seeker and the second one will expire and become a noble round. That's what I think it is at least
I was a warlock main, switched to hunter because they are actually fun and have a power fantasy to them. But after being a long time warlock main, I can safely say that this really isn't Bungie giving us love, it's them saying "Stay in your lane team buffer/healer bitch". Everyone who does the support role already uses lumina on middle tree. This may be one of the better exotics we have, but a good exotic for a warlock is a low bar to clear. And no, I wasn't a chaos reach spammer.
The amount of seekers increases (up to 5) based on how many are in your fireteam but only if they are actually in your fireteam. Random blueberries in patrol or Altars will NOT increase the amount of seekers. These boots are tits in elim/trials, tits in raids & override, very good in strikes/NF & basically useless for solo (outside of matchmade activities)
If you're using bottom tree stromcaller for arc soul, does it give teammates who are hit by the seekers arc soul as well? Or do you have to be standing in the rift to get it still

So maybe it's not the Noble Seeker directly but the invisible Noble round buff is on the same cadence as the Noble Seekers.
you can even see at 7:56 2 remnants spawn and float to him while the seekers are already spawned and floating around
I used these boots in the seasonal activity and spawning 6 seekers was amazing. Constant healing for my team mates or constant damage buff. Love them.
Ultimate support Warlock!!! Let's go!
I don't know if I missed this part, but what if one player with the boots stands in both an empowering and healing rift? do teammates get healed and the damage buff or one effect overrides the other?
Can you talk about top tree nightstalker and the new hunter exotic?
That thing is broken
The lumina pairing isn't bugged, I works but only if 1 or both of the seekers don't find a target, they are then given to u as noble rounds so u can go out and use them yourself, so if 1 finds a target the other will periodically give u 1 but if neither do u get 2, it's as simple as that
using these boots plus lumina is so much fun. even though there isn't a need for a full on healing build in most content, it's still fun af
It was literally impossible to die...it was like constantly having a well in your back pocket these are nuts!!
wait a sec. do gear swaps still work like back in the day with lunas and phoenix? what if you use the new boots and sanguine alchemy on bottom arc? wouldn‘t that be infinite rifts and buddys?
interesting. don’t know if that works but maybe our boy nick can find out 👀
While running Middle Tree dawn in override I actually had three concentric overlapping rifts down .
i had a record time of 2 minutes in a single rift
Sucks that I’m a solo player tho
same also be careful when using them ive crashed my game when the fps drops
@@EvilRaptr Well damn thnx for the heads up lol 😂
0:41 I had every other hunter exotic but my first 2 drops are Orpheus rigs and bombardiers. So it's not always guarantee the first one.
I tested this yesterday and found this all out , it's crazy
Unlimited grenade build: Well of Radiance Dawn Blade. That's literally it... I have coated the Subjugated Mind during Override with solar grenades. You could barely make out where any part of it was.
Gotta love how Thorn + Necrotic Grip combo is mirrored by Lumina + Boots of the assembler
Got these first try used them with my pal lumina and well it was just perfect loved it
The Noble Rounds for Lumina come to you if the orbs fail to target a friendly player, so if you are solo you will get x5 from one entire rift.
Can we get a vid comparing the new vortex frame warlock class sword to FG DPS please, would love to see the breakdown
Taking these in for the day 1 next week
Nice, but Hunter boots are better 😎
They will probably ask for Lunafaction for Well, so good luck
@@mukash1838 Luna for bosses, assembler for ads, like oracles
I wanna see what ehroar does with the Hunter boots, right now I got lucent blade, 4x feast of light, top tree tether and lament
another cool thing you can do witht he exotic is have someone is use sanguine alchemy and kill things in your rift to make the rift last forever if theyre killing adds
You can stack a empowering rift and a healing rift on top of eachother and the rift extension works for both.
back here after day 1 vog these boots were really useful during the raid
Yeah I did find it weird when it wasn’t giving me blessing of the sky even if it say it supposed to give it to you and an ally i guess that part of it is bugged because u see it flying towards u and they doesn’t give u the buff
Btw, lost sectors are not guaranteed to be items you are missing, its just weighted towards that
Definitely going to build a intellect build for supers boost an make it my primary for raids.
You can also place both rifts with one warlock if they place one and then place the other. It will then spawn both healing and damage. At least I'm pretty sure it was working when I tested it in the new activity.
You should go over some of the top contending dps strats in prep for vog, I’ve been doing testing and there’s some new top contenders.
That was my thought. Healing in this game isn't all too relevant unless overshields are provided.
The lumina is not a bug, if it cant find an ally, it gives you a noble round, check cross' video.
All these leg exotics being fantastic
getting hit by a seeker from a warlock running bottom tree stormcaller should give you an arc soul for 5 seconds
You don't get the exotic guaranteed if it's the only one you're missing, you just have a very high chance of getting it
U get it guaranteed if an exotic drops if you haven’t gotten them yet . Your just not guaranteed to get an exotic drop
@@TheJcamp1771 No I literally have every exotic in the game and I got 2 pairs of Frostees before I got the star eater scales, so you tell me
Did you happen test if standing in both types of rifts makes both types of seekers come out?
I couldn’t even get warlock boots yesterday sadly I got hunter boots first try but did 20+ runs on my warlock and had to give up since I barely could stay awake
Assuming you're in a fireteam of 3 (2 warlocks both with the boots plus third person) and Warlock A runs Empowering Rift while Warlock B runs Healing Rift, would the third fireteam member get the Healing and Blessing of the Sky?
Plug 1 from the nightfall can roll reservoir burst and it's high impact so it's easily better than null composure
Is the Lumina 'glitch' the good version of the Thorn-Necrotic Grip combo?
yes
I love these. I rarely take them off if they're needed. I got a 69 roll with highest on intellect and recovery. I was so stoked
@@micaelcortelete6087 Seems about right. I knew it worked if they were next to each other, just curious
Tbh the Empowering damage could probably use a nerf so that the super buffs can retain their usefulness. Otherwise these are like some of the coolest exotics they have come up with. A support’s dream.
Can you do a updated warlock build? Or do you recommend me to an older videos build that or relevant?
you can spawn a healing rift in the new six man and switch to damage rift and be able to have both rifts up at the same time
who will do that lmao
@@revan1865 i mean it literally takes 2 seconds and you have both rifts for a very long time
This is an amazing exotic.
Your rift only gives a damage buff if its an empowering rift right?
been a titan main since D1 beta.
warlock is my least played and least favorite class BY FAR, but even i will say that the boots of the assembler is my my favorite exotic in the entire game.
lumina for heals and empowered,
ikelos smg for warmind cells and add clear,
sword for up close focused damage or a linear fusion for more ranged encounters.
global reach and fireteam medic mods for damage and more heals from warmind cells...
taking charge mod to get CWL from picking up orbs and powerful friends mod to give my team CWL as well and protective light for myself because why not...
overcharged fusion grenades for everyone getting overshields,
rifts for empowering OR heals (depends on my mood),
and the well of radiance to do what it does best.
i have 100 recovery and tier 5 discipline, but i am NEVER without a grenade or rift. they are both always active 👍🏼
i gotta say, as a guy who mains healers in MMO games i freakin LOVE PLAYING THIS!!!
p.s.
i still have to say the obligatory final words from a titan main: #titanmasterrace 😝
So in taniks boss fight have somebody with Luna and somebody with these boots.
5people in Luna well and the boots warlock alone with empowering
And Titans can go cuirass of falling star
Ooof I need you to go over what is gonna be the most likely meta for VoG😭 the new rocket mod is a game changer in terms of heavy. And the grenade launcher mod too! I need answers!!!!
The seekers go into the lumina if they can't find a target. With one team mate in the party, he will get a seeker and the second one will expire and become a noble round.
That's what I think it is at least
Please make a video on the artefact mod - Breach and Clear 😀
When casting a well also will other players be better standing outside of well to get the 35%
As a titan main its good seeing warlocks get a little love
I was a warlock main, switched to hunter because they are actually fun and have a power fantasy to them.
But after being a long time warlock main, I can safely say that this really isn't Bungie giving us love, it's them saying "Stay in your lane team buffer/healer bitch".
Everyone who does the support role already uses lumina on middle tree.
This may be one of the better exotics we have, but a good exotic for a warlock is a low bar to clear.
And no, I wasn't a chaos reach spammer.
I don't think the Lumina buff is random, apparently it gives you Noble Rounds if your rift doesn't send seekers out to teammates
I left a rift in a crucible match , when I got back to it's spot, it had generated 4 noble rounds that I could pick up.
this might be an old question, but does the buff apply to weapons AND abilities?
Ultimate support class mode.
can you make a deathbringer catalyst video? Does it make deathbringer usable? or even the best rl?
The amount of seekers increases (up to 5) based on how many are in your fireteam but only if they are actually in your fireteam. Random blueberries in patrol or Altars will NOT increase the amount of seekers. These boots are tits in elim/trials, tits in raids & override, very good in strikes/NF & basically useless for solo (outside of matchmade activities)
If you're using bottom tree stromcaller for arc soul, does it give teammates who are hit by the seekers arc soul as well? Or do you have to be standing in the rift to get it still
I love your videos. But we’re way past using Izzy. How about lasting impression or another new perk on any other weapon?
