remember that bottom tree arc recharges your rift faster when you're around teammates in addition to giving you buddies - I see fallout was mostly using welllock in this video for divine benevolence but I think an arcbuddy build may be very viable and still give you some offensive viability in addition to all the support option

This is absolutely my main boots. The potential for buffs is higher than any other exotic. U can’t even tell how many noble rounds u have half the time because the buff gets pushed off the screen💀
I absolutely love this new exotic and its synergy with Lumina and Middle Tree Dawnblade! Waaaayyy better than my previous support build of double heal nades and emp rift. Though I had a hard time tracking its properties with Lumina in the Override because it was just so chaotic lol

Fun trick for pve, you can drop a healing rift, then swap over to a empowering rift, drop that, and both of them will continue being refreshed forever. makes the conduit event really fun.
U can swap ur rifts and use both empowered and healing at the same time, you don’t have to rely on another person using a rift. you can also generate orbs when you are standing in a rift that isn’t even yours. These boots are amazing 🤩

Typed before finishing: Also in PvE, middle tree Solar Warlock gets energy for buffing / healing, which meant Lumina helped me toss grenade overshields near constantly. So in PvE, this exotic and Lumina lets you heal, empower with 33% damage boost, and drop overshields like crazy. You barely even have to get kills, just make the rest of the team unstoppable killing machines.
It'd be pretty cool for a darkness subclass to have the opposite of these boots. Instead of noble rounds it's poison/debuff rounds. The rounds would have to NOT be able to stack or It'd hands down break the game.
Also, the healing rift seekers proc Benevolent Dawn, your well creates seekers, AND you can make seekers by standing in someone else’s rift. Imagine a meme build with someone on your team using the dawnblade toe boots.
Between this combo and the thorn/necrotic combos keep Warlocks as a viable option despite all the Needless nerfs they keep getting (yes chaos through walls 100% needed sorting)
More tidbits: The boots don't care whose rift it is. You can have another warlock friend stack the other rift type on your rift and you can extend both. It also works with Well of Radiance. Yes, really. And, again, it also doesn't care if it's your well or not. I don't know if it extends the well, but it sure does make seekers while you're in one.
Also if you stand in an allied rift, you buff their rift. We’ve been running one boots of the assembler on healing rift an another warlock without the boots on empowering. Stack the rifts and go to town
Also remember (unless something has changed) the Arbalest will one shot body while being buffed to most guardians. So if you have a friend who can do this combo with you. Have fun
Please look at Star Eating Scales next! While it’s been confirmed already that it does more damage that Celestial Nighthawk, I’ve heard that it makes top tree tether insane. As in, it’s about a 100% debuff instead of 30%, and there is potential to do more damage than Cuirass when using the right weapons for DPS (like anarchy + a slug or sniper, or dual slug)
This exotic goes a long way to explaining this weird crucible game i had. This one warlock was shooting lumina buffs to the whole team 24/7. I thought he was a hacker
I legit got so upset that I farmed 90 minutes for this and realized it didnt work when I was in a public event... but now that I know that allies need to be in your fireteam...this thing is insane.
So the new strat for raids is have 5 people in a lunafaction well whilst 1 guy is in a separate well with empowering rift on and shooting divinity at the boss while having these boots equipped? Sweet

So... It can produce the seekers if you stand in the rift for a moment And the seekers won't go after someone in a rift So if you and a friend just waddle in and out of your rifts can't you go forever
i have been using well, and i can put a healing rift down and then switch and then put an empowering rift down and they both last forever, i do not know if the seekers stack tho
WHAT. Is it worth losing your super and nades and melee every time you switch? I know on well you get ability regen when your team gets your buffs, but is it that good? Or are you talking about pve?
@@goodward5187 I'm not 100% about rifts in particular, but I know if you change grenades mid-match, you lose all super and ability energy. Doesn't affect you like that in pve though. That's why I asked.

Ive ran an unlimited arc rift before, unfortunately after awhile the rift will stop giving you an arc buddy

If you are in the recieving end of that noble round from an empowering Rift, its an crazy 35 percentt DMG buff

Nope, it makes them on a timer while you're in it. You still get noble rounds solo.
You get them a bit faster at times if no one is around to receive rounds.
No it just slowly regenerates noble rounds up to 4 as long as you stand in your rift.
I think jts just the noble rounds that dont fly to an ally or the ones you 'run over'/collect before they fly out.

Bottom tree storm caller, you get the benefit of arc soul and you get your rift back when next to teammates faster

Unfortunately only the rift is extended and not the arc soul part. After twenty seconds it’s just a normal rift.
This is basically a true support class exotic.

Energy regen is going to be crazy on Well-lock.
Class ability regen mods on class item and boots make these boots get well-lock cooldowns to 2 seconds with 100 discipline/recov.
You can also stand in an allies rift and still generate them and still extend the rift
1 arc bottom tree for arc souls. Have them run getaway artist. And then 2 boot well-locks(1 empower 1 healing, both with lumina.) Have fun.

As a lumina main I love this new exotic. really fun to buff other people in pve and pvp.
It should be if it heals a team mate. So if they are already full health you don't get the buffs.
