THIS IS INSANE… as a person in the middle of building a rhino this is just unrealistic😳😳. I have a lot of questions but my biggest one is the bed? How did you cut the bed like you did it looks amazing. + I hate the way the factory bed looks.
Literally just took the tailgate off, took the plastics off the sides and cut the inner metal liners. Lastly, just added the two support bars on each wheel well to keep if from rattling around

Did you guys reuse the rhino brakes? 30% reduction on the portals? I want to do this to mine on stock height suspension. Fantastic job
Yes, 30% gear reduction on the 4” Teryx Gen. 1s. The brakes are Teryx brakes with the factory Rhino ends. They’re the same from the Rhino to the Teryx. The only thing we changed on the machine side was the fact that we extended the brake lines.

Do you have any recommendations on where to get a steering rack I have a 2007 rhino 660 with a 6” lift I need a rack and can’t find one long enough
We found a billet rack from a website I can’t remember. However, I do know they don’t sell them anymore anyways. May have to fab something up or retrofit something.

So I have a 2012 rhino, will portals for a 2014 viking bolt up to my rhino? Couldn't really hear what was said by the guy in the back ground about vikings portals.
So, we really want to try this. We will say WE DONT KNOW as of right now. However, we do know the axle splines are the same. We would honestly think it would take real minor fab work to get the portal brackets to marry up to the rhino control arms.
Something about the old rhinos I always liked. I've got to do a top end rebuild on my bike, I can't find a machine shop that bores 4wheeler jugs. I live just south of y'all any recommendations on a good machine shop? Thanks
We don’t know of any machine shops for ATV/UTV’s but you may be able to call some local dealers and they could potentially point you in the right direction. May just price a entire new jug online. 🤷🏻♂️ maybe cheaper that way.

What kind of fab did you have to do to make the seats fit?
Wasn’t too hard. Get the RZR seats, pull the plastic base, made tabs for the front to slide in and a piece of flat strap welded to the back with the lock screwed in it to keep the seat down. I believe we have a video on it in our playlist somewhere.
I just bought a rhino 2007 fifth a SLC lift. I was told 6” but it’s got 35” BKTs and no rub. I’d like to know what axels y’all got

Truth is, you’d be in a few grand. The axles would be the expensive part.

Yes, give it take. Obviously which company you get to build your axles, materials and labor cost would all go into affect. That’s also getting a great deal on portals.

What is year teryx did the portals come off of? I have a 05 660 that i am going to do this on soon.
The Teryx was a 14 year model.
Did y’all use the rhino wheel hubs or the teryx?
@@jhcarpenter1 everything from the outter cup is Teryx. Teryx spline outter cup, Teryx gen.1 portals and the rotors that came with them.

With the clutch kit and portals, it’ll still sling those 37 skinny’s.
