Very good info, I have a top end clicking noise on mine so im going to pull the motor this summer to replace the rod / crank as a precaution (she has about 4000 miles) and had a high rev ignition box that I think oil starved it and she thumps really loud now at times. Struggles to start but will stay running. valves all checked and in spec, so it has to be the rod being slightly loose, sounds like piston slap but just doesnt go away sadly even warmed up.
Very nice, definitely interesting video. Cant wait to watch the rest as you continue on. I have a 03 650 Prairie that's needs rebuilding. Summer time job. Hope its rebuildable.
Hey have a question for you. I’ve got an 09 rhino 700. Reverse works phenomenally in neutral Atreves perfectly pray but when I put it into gear to move forward the motor just shuts off
I have a 07 700 Hisun 4x4 runs and drives like it's should starts up ever time has lots of power but my problem is that it started putting water in the oil and oil in the water so I changed the water pump and seal and oil filter and ever thing new into it stared it and drove it 2 miles around my field then back to my house and checked it to make sure everything is fixed and working like it should and it was just like before I put the new oil pump and seal on it what could it be any info would be great I got a hole top end gasket kit for it and before I do that big job I wanted to see if it could be anything other then that don't want to do all that work if it ends up being soling different
Ok thank u I got the 2 new gaskets for it not going to put the new ones on thanks for getting back to me I going to be making my own video rebuild of my hisun700 I have a video on here now on my utv and what its doing if u look on my page then u can see the one I have and what its doing
Patiently in storage waiting for me to find a good deal on fender plastics. I’ll be getting it back out this spring to finish up a few odds and ends left to do.
Really looking forward too this build I like different builds tired of the the can am and polaris stuff that other RUclipsrs do.

Did you remember the spring that was inside the rear shaft? I missed seeing that part of the video... Great work...
I did! It’s safe on the work bench.

I would say it’s a safe bet that your head gasket is blown. That’s the most logical way for the two to be mixing like that and most likely the cause.

@@AppalachianMountainRiders if you find two good deals tell me one of them most are for 200 dollars that I can find
Johnson Gaming that’s the prices I’ve seen too. I just keep an eye out for some used plastics in better shape than my old ones. Hoping I find some!🤞
