Somebody did a good job on the hl, it's clean.. that being said i just done the 6 inch satv a arm lift with 4 inch portals on the ole 800

I just put a 6 inch long arm kit on a 2022 polaris ranger northstar, love it, portals are really for mud I believe and from everyone I talk to the new gen 3 portals are a whole lot better then the old ones. I have no issues at all with toe or alignment, drives straight at 55.

Seems that on the lift kits it’s more of an issue compared to the portal lifts. At least from our experience

@@txmdoriginal true that , I recently did the 6in satv lift on my commander my angles aren’t nearly that but I don’t see the rhino 2.0 axles holding up lol going to run turner next

Ball joint issues with portals due to the extended wheel angles?

If you’re running factory ball joints, then yes. We would recommend upgrading ball joints to Keller’s or something similar. That’s just our opinion though.

Magic number is 22° for max CV angles. Maybe that has changed, but CV replacement sucks.
