Perine seems like the better pick up just because he should be the pass catching back. This idea Perine wont get goal line carries is bizarre. The dude is huge, 15 lbs heavier than Steele and an inch or two shorter. I would talk up Steele in any league you are in then try and grab Perine on the cheap.
I honestly feel pretty confident Steele is the goal line guy. Perine is big but he’s never really been a hammer. I’m seeing Carson Steele is only 5 pounds lighter and I don’t think that matters when the dude is 6ft 228. Steele was in on 4 of the 8 goal line snaps in week 2.
@@thefantasyplaymakers Could be right, but keep in mind his preseason play was mostly against guys that didnt make teams. So far in games against NFL players he doesnt look that good in admittedly a small sample size.
