I absolutely LOVE this approach! None of the "put the corners inside each other, then switch your left hand and..." videos make it clear enough exactly which corners are supposed to go together and when. Your approach is SO much easier, and the end result is better anyway, IMO. Thanks so much for making this!

Hi there Janet Donahue. I am also 71 and have watched so many videos on how to fold fitted sheets recently. Most of them use the same method of standing up and putting your arms in the corners then crossing this bit over that bit etc etc by which time I had practically done myself an injury getting caught inside the flippin sheet. One woman got herself in a right state just explaining it and I wondered why she even bothered as the whole thing was a confusing mess! Now THIS method makes far more sense to me as let’s be honest here, the fitted sheet is NEVER going to come out of all this looking anything like his “flat” buddy and will have creases regardless how well you fold it. The most helpful thing I have learned throughout this whole folding debacle, is the wrapping them all together in a neat little parcel. It has saved soooo much space in my linen cupboard and I can now Judy take out whichever “parcel” I want and everything is together rather than rummaging through pillowcases to get the matching set etc.
sorry for the mind boggling text.

Andrea, let me tell you... I already had the flat sheet folded and in the dresser. I thought about the fitted sheet videos I've seen before and thought to put one on. I too, could not, got lost in the "fold this way" steps. Your video popped up and decided to give you a chance. You were 85% done with the first method and I was already walking to my closet to get the flat sheet and undo it JUST to do this method you presented. I LOVE IT! Now, I've come to realize the pillow cases are missing BUT with the flat and fitted together it looks like a cute little pillow and now don't have to worry about another set missing something and or just being a bundle blob. This is so simple yet I'm so glad you shared! ❤ Thank you

Before watching this video, I literally had just told my husband that this was the LAST time I was going to try watching a video about folding fitted sheets. If I couldn’t get it this time, I’d stop trying. And this video was EXACTLY what I needed!!! Not another try and fail at that same old method, but a new method that was even better! I'm new to your channel and I love all these tips and tricks that you are doing. I just watched one of your sheet folding videos and all of the ones you do on the other video are different that how I do my sheets. I did a quick summary of how I fold and store mine, in the comments section. This is the first video that I've ever seen where anyone folds their sheet sets so similar to how I do mine. There are still some differences but I do mine super similar to how you folded and bundled set number 1, with the stripes.

And I did see that one with Martha Stewart where that audience member just couldn't get it. However, I finally watched one from Bed Bath and Beyond and it suddenly clicked in my head and I can now fold my fitted sheets so the corners all fit inside each other. So, I won't use your method, but I love how you just found what worked best for you. Congrats!

As a short person, folding larger fitted sheets the "traditional" way is a pain. Your method, inspired by Marie Kondo, is awesome!

Thanks for the video I've been doing it the hard way for years doing the corner to corner on the fitted sheets and putting bundles together with the fitted sheet on the outside flat sheet and pillow cases on top of that but it takes up so much space. So today I'm going to wash my queen size sheets all four sets and be done with it
